Fantastic experience: What a great office ! From the office staff to the doctors! 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental offices in town. I used to work pediatric dentistry and was always dreading having to take my son to a children's specialist, but these guys make it possible for the whole family to be seen under one roof! I'm never worried about who we schedule with, because we have seen them all and the services are always 5 stars no matter who you get. Never a bad experience. Very thorough and don't mind when you ask a million questions. I 100% recommend.

Positive experience: Beautiful, and modern facilities. A mostly good experience except for an almost 30 minute delay sitting in a dental chair waiting for the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Most amazing dentist office I've ever been to. The office was so nice and pristine, felt like we were walking into a five star restaurant and everyone was so nice, from the staff to the dentist.We had an appointment for three o'clock and got treated even earlier then we attended. Our dentist Mr. G (Saeed) was so nice, treated us with care and respect, made the whole process even better. Definitely recommend this office to anyone who come across this.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Smiles in Tinley Park truly lives up to its name! I’ve been coming here for a while and always knew how great they are, so I finally convinced my husband (after almost a year) to give them a try. He’s had negative experiences with dentists before, but JJ, his hygienist, made him feel so comfortable from the moment he sat down. The cleaning was thorough, gentle, and professional, and for the first time ever, he left with no hesitation about booking his 6-month follow-up. That was huge for us! And Kristy at checkout was just as wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Between my husband, my 10-year-old (who now raves about the dentist!), and myself, this office has completely won over our family. Thank you, JJ and Kristy, for making what used to be stressful into a breeze!

Negative experience: Very poor experience at this specific office. Though the doctor and staff are very nice they are not very helpful. Came in for an emergency and instead of telling me the that next appointment available with a specialist was in December before i paid; they let me pay $205 and for one xray and then a gave a referral to a place closed on the weekends. It was a Friday. Laughable business model. They could have saved me time by being honest when I came in WITH AN EMERGENCY but they just made easy money instead. Not sure why Google is listing them under Emergency Dentists.

Negative experience: Update: the root canal that I have done in this place still hurt and I can’t eat properly on the whole right side because of the unprofessional treatment that I received at this place.. Still regretting my visit and the level of carelessness that they prescribed me Ibuprofen while I’m pregnant in my 5th month! I was super offended when one of the front desk employees told me “ you are speaking a lot” when I asked her about my bill and why it’s different than the amount that she told me before the treatment! She looked confused and didn’t understand the calculations and I understand that maths is sometimes difficult to understand! But to tell a patient who is in pain after 2:30 hrs session “ you are speaking a lot “ is not a sign of professionalism or respect Although they know that I’m pregnant in my 2nd trimester, they sent an ibuprofen 600 mg prescription to the pharmacy. And this is super harmful to the baby. Pregnant women should only get Tylenol if needed! Not Ibuprofen by any means I will put the permanent crown and I will not visit this place one more time in my life. I’m super unsatisfied

I happened to hear Jennalyn on a call during a short wait, assuring a new patient that her son will be well taken care of. The office is beautifully decorated and I appreciate Ellen showing me around. Dr. Rahman is amazing! I appreciate his patience, his willingness to explain as much as needed for me to make an informed decision regarding my treatment. I'm thankful he was able to address my discomfort that it wasn't as invasive as expected. My cost explained I believe by Sarah C was straightforward, nothing hidden and Anna the assistant, from the X-Ray to assisting Dr. Rahman was kind and present. Amazing Smiles are blessed to have gems like Jennalyn, Ellen, Dr. Rahman. Sarah C and Anna who truly enjoy what they do in serving others. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years and love this office. I see Becky and she was SO accommodating, I was running late and she still squeezed me in and I had my young kids with me and she entertained them while cleaning my teeth. 10/10

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I Would not recommend this practice to ANYONE! The owner of the practice was EXTREMELY RUDE! He came in chewing gum. Introduced himself and the owner/dentist. Examined my xrays after the hygienist told me my teeth were nice, then told me he wanted to pull my teeth. I asked if my roots were good and he said yes. I asked if there was an alternative to pulling my teeth. His response was "well I'm the dentist" "I suggest you find another dentist and don't come back" I was shocked! I responded with what do you mean. He repeated the statement "I suggest you find another dentist and don't come back", then walked out of the room. I have NEVER been treated like that before by ANY professional. If my teeth are good then why pull them? I went in for a general exam and cleaning. I never got the cleaning. How has this business survived? So sad and Very disappointing! 0 Stars

Fantastic experience: My first visit today as a new patient. I walked in and was greeted by an AMAZING staff. The young lady who took my X-rays was AMAZING! Shortly after Dr. Rahman came in and pulled up my X-rays on a big screen and did an assessment of every teeth. He didn’t try to convince me to get any unnecessary procedures. This is the first time I felt so comfortable and trusting in a dentist - his knowledge and bedside manner was simply AMAZING! Ashley the hygienist was AMAZING- she was good at explaining the cleaning and gave me some helpful tips. The office was beautiful, exceptional clean with relaxing music playing in the background. Negative experience: The dentist I saw was great, but the front desk staff seriously needs to get organized. I've been rescheduled multiple times, which is incredibly frustrating. At one point, they even moved my appointment to a day when the dentist wasn’t in the office, forcing me to reschedule again—and that mistake cost me time off work. I gave it another shot later on, but every time I book an appointment, it seems like they end up changing it. It's very unprofessional. If the online scheduling system doesn’t work properly, they shouldn’t offer it at all. I also want it to note that when I went in for some pain I was having, I was brushed off and basically told not to worry about it. Well the pain is still there and never went away. Edited to update: THIS IS THE CORRECT OFFICE.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great dentist who cares about their patients, call Amazing. I scheduled an appointment for my Mom who has brain cancer. Dr.Jason was so kind and helpful to my Mom. He took the time to inform me of what was needed and was very patient and kind when dealing with my Mom.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Smiles is exactly what the name says. From walking through the door and being greeted by Ellen a d Jennalyn to Becky seating me and taking my xrays. Dr. Crescenzo and Dr G were amazing! Very gentle and knowledgeable. Then Sarah C went over my upcoming treatment and answered all of my questions. I found my forever dentist. Felt like home.

Fantastic experience: This is another 5 star update for Amazing Smiles Family Dental Care.. Biting into some hard chocolate, I knocked out a filling on an upper incisor. It was unsightly and uncomfortable. The Amazing Smiles office was able to schedule an emergency appointment with Dr. Karia. Before the dental appointment, I had an appointment with my Primary Care Physician. where I had to wait 90 minutes past my appointment time. Fortunately I was on time for my dental appointment where I was immediately seated in the dental chair to my great relief. Doctor Karia gently and professionally repaired my faulty tooth.. Once again, from scheduling, to check in to check out, this was an amazing and stress free experience..

Fantastic experience: Wednesday was my very first time at this office, 4/23/25 i need to start with how welcoming the front desk staff is. right when i walked in they where all so sweet and each of them said hello. the office is the CLEANEST dental office i have ever seen, it’s so calming also. i absolutely love this office and cannot wait for my future visits. this is coming from someone who has HORRIBLE anxiety. my dental hygienist (i wish i remembered her name) but she’s the sweetest human i ever met and made me feel so comfortable. she made me laugh the entire time by the time i left i felt like they where all my best friends by the time i left my anxiety was gone and i gained a family. then the dentist!!!! he is sweet as pie and also made me feel so comfortable (im nervous with men) and he was so fun & cracked jokes & was very warm and welcoming. not only all of that but before i even met any of them they worked hard to help me with my work insurance to get in and be seen. the girls at the front desk are absolutely amazing & hard workers. it’s their mission to make sure their paitent’s are happy through and through. i’m truly so impressed with this office and cannot wait to get my braces through them & see them more often! last but not least i save the best for last SARAH she helped me with all of the billing and explained everything so well, she’s super sweet & funny & definitely my favorite in the office so far. if i could rate this business 10 stars i would. good job to all of the amazing staff members even the ones that smiled big at me walking through the halls. all of you are wonderful people!

I never have to wait, employees are so friendly and Dr Jason is the best. My dental hygenist was so friendly and helped me through my extreme anxiety. Dr. Jason recommended a treatment program with honesty and explains everything in detail. I never feel rushed. They are always on your side and willing to help with insurance issues. Fantastic experience: Receptionist was quick to greet me Becky was immediately able to ‘take me back’ for my appt. Becky was great ! She was very informative regarding the state of my teeth, why I’m having issues, and how to reduce further issues. She also introduced me to the new (male) dentist. The woman in financing explained my bill and my insurance transactions which is good info. to know.

I was able to fill out new patient forms in advance which allowed me to share the anxiety I had for my appointment. The office also called me to confirm my appointment and checked my insurance coverage for me. When I arrived day of for my appointment, everyone was extremely welcoming. I was introduced to every person working the front desk and given an explanation of where everything was in the office and offered drinks. Jenna was an amazing dental hygienist! She explained every step of the process to me so well and eased every fear I had. She was very patient and so accommodating to me. I can't recommend this practice enough and feel like my teeth and gums are in the best shape they've ever been in!

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying that i have bad dental anxiety. It took me a long time, around 4-5 years since my last cleaning, to take that first step to make an appointment. My insurance suggested Amazing Smiles and the location is perfect, right down the street from my work. The lobby was gorgeous and the front office staff was so warm and welcoming. My Hygienist was JJ. She immediately made me feel comfortable and like family. She made sure to inform me of every step she was taking. And if i had any questions, she gave me detailed answers. I was very impressed with her and her skills. The dentist that came in to examine me was so very friendly and he too took the time to speak with me and make sure that all of my questions were answered. This was such a positive experience. I highly recommend Amazing Smiles and i promise i will not wait another few years before returning, as long as my JJ is there, I'll be back!

Fantastic experience: Amazing smiles is exactly what they say.... They're amazing! Every person, from the person I spoke to on the phone to make my first appointment, to the last person I seen walking out the door was so kind. I hadn't been to a dentist in 25 years and was very scared to be judged for the state of my teeth, but that was so far from the case. They made me feel so welcome, taken care of and safe. I will never go to another dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience every time I come to Amazing Smiles, everyone is so nice Dr. Crescenzo, Sarah, Jodie, Ellen, Zoe, Sue and the entire staff they make it a a pleasure to come to the dentist. I am very please with the dental work I have received. My cleaning with Jenna was excellent today. She always gives you a thorough cleaning and tips that will help you keep them up in between your next visit, She is very nice and so is the entire staff. I appreciated the care and concern Dr. Crescenzo and Jenna showed as they guided me on what procedure I needed to get done to correct some dental problems. The entire staff is great. I love coming to Amazing Smiles and the new place is beautiful! Dr. C, you always give me the best dental care. You show consideration and compassion to your patients. You are amazing along with Sarah, Kristie, Jenna, Chanel and your entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d be saying something like this but I love going to my dentist! The space and people are warm and welcoming. Everyone is extremely friendly. My daughter had her first tooth removal ever - all 4 wisdom teeth - and she was made to feel very comfortable and was not afraid. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and I was even given the phone number of the dental surgeon if she had any issues. The level of care you receive at this dentist office is top notch. Is it normal to love your dentist?
