Fantastic experience: I went to Alpine back in 2015 for wisdom tooth removal and again today after moving back to Mount Vernon. Dr.Patel is so friendly, knowledgeable and seems truly interested in the care and treatment of your teeth. The hygienist, Kim was also fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I am always well welcomed and Jenny does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The staff is very well managed and the premises are very clean and welcoming. Enjoy enjoying seeing everybody.

Aubrey was very helpful and patient explaining the process over and over until i was able to understand also on the phone when i had to call back. She was able to figure out the best way for me to be able to get the work done that i need. DDS Colleen Tee is one of the BEST providers that really made me feel comfortable and i can trust. April 21th. 2025. Today as always, everyone was very nice. Dr. Tee is WONDERFUL AND KIND, she always takes the time to talk and to be sure that I am doing well. She really makes me feel good. Thank You so much Dr. Tee, Alpine is lucky to have you. September 29th,2025. I am soo glad I was able to get on time to my appointment for my dental cleaning. It was my first time meeting the Dental Cleaning Technician, I think her name is Kim. I hope i got that information right, she was so nice, patient and kind also her assistant , my apologies for not being able to remember the names. Of course Dr. Tee always been sure That I am doing well. She is like a little Angel Thank You

Negative experience: My dentist's "bedside manner" was absolutely atrocious - failed to even introduce himself Take the time to read the lowest end of the reviews here, you'll see that my experience is not uncommon, and that it's quite likely that you'll have a poor experience at Alpine Dental. If you want someone to rush you in and out, not ask for any input, and to treat you like a block on an assembly line - come here! Bonus: If you get any material put in your mouth, for the rest of your life every dentist you go to will remark about how poor the work is! If you want continuous spam no matter what, give these people your information! If you want to support community? Take your business elsewhere. These people don't deserve the support of the town they're leeching off of. Find a dentist that doesn't see you as a dollar sign.

Fantastic experience: I have had teeth problems my whole life so I was really scared to go to the dentist. My experience was so good. Everybody at Alpine Dentist are so kind and gentle! Fantastic experience: My gold crown popped off and I was able to get right in. Everyone was efficient and my dentist was genuinely concerned I did not feel any discomfort.

Negative experience: Went for scheduled appointment, get there and was informed that authorization expired, wasted trip for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I really like Dr Hensley. He takes his time answers any questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I overheard him talking to another patient and it was the same way. His staff also was very polite.

Love love Kim also, who cleaned my son’s teeth! Had an appointment today and I get panic attacks and they hit when they hit especially at the dentist and it’s embarrassing but Dr Patel is the most patient doc I have had and helps me get through it, this is the 2nd time this has happened and thanks to him I get through them and his helper! Thank Dr Patel!

Fantastic experience: Had been nearly 2yrs since my last exam. The facility was clean, front desk staff were polite and helpful. My hygienist was Cody, I found the whole experience to be the best I've received in the Valley. My needs were met, and a plan established with no "up sale" pressure.

Even though it is a very large practice, my experience was very personal without being rushed at any point during my visit. I definitely recommend his practice Based upon today’s visit.

Positive experience: Initial visit was to address a failed crown. Even though we have insurance, the staff seemed WAY more interested and insistent about how they going to be paid and very little interest in my wife's problem.

Fantastic experience: I really like everyone in this office. Dr. Tee was great at explaining all that had to be done to my mouth and she noticed a spot that needed to be biopsied. I had to have 4 teeth pulled and partials made. Jason was responsible for making my partials and after they were made he made sure that they fit properly. I highly recommend Alpine Dental for your dental needs.

Positive experience: The dental hygienist should have come and talked to me about my daughter’s visit. She gave the receptionist a referral for my daughter to see an orthodontist due to her teeth being crowded, but she should have had the decency to talk to me. My daughter is only 15. Communication is necessary and expected.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best dental experience I have ever had! Kim was fantastic with my cleaning, very thorough and no pain. She was really kind! Nancy and Dr.Singh were a great team. My front tooth had a filling that was discolored that needed to be redone along with a small chip. I have always been insecure about it so I was very exited when they were able to do it same day as my cleaning. I left with a new smile and more confidence then I have had in a long time! Definitely come here!:) thanks again team!

Dr. Heasley put all my anxiety to rest, and I will be moving forward one step at a time as I have lots of work ahead of me. Dayla was my hygienist… She did an amazing job, cleaning my teeth and was extremely helpful answering all my questions. 10/10 and would recommend this office to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for an easy procedure, but I was with my wife as she awaited results from a stoke scare. I couldn’t drive the one block distance as I was also unable to walk awaiting my own surgical necessity. A hospital employee pushed me there in a wheelchair. The dental office staff all were very busy helping patients, but they had one of their employees, who too was very busy helping patients, push me and my wheelchair back to the hospital. They did this with smiles and good cheer.

Fantastic experience: My filling fell out on a holiday weekend, Friday, and the awesome staff was able to get me in Tuesday (the day after the holiday) at 9am to get it fixed. My dentist numbed me perfect, no numb tongue but no feeling at my teeth, cleaned it up and refilled it! I was out in time to go to work. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I have always had good experiences at Alpine Dental. I had a tooth extracted today and I was quite stressed about it. It was a better than expected experience. Dr Heasley and his assistant did an amazing job. I had a pretty severe infection from a failed root canal that I had over 30 years ago. Thank you for doing a great job and always putting my feelings and how I was doing first.

Negative experience: They gave me a quote somewhere close to 10k worth of cavity’s that needed to be filled. After doing 10k worth of work they said I still needed around 8k worth of work done they also ignored a huge cavity on one of my molars that should have been filled first instead they ignored it and let it get worse so they could get more money out of me don’t go here their extortionists not dentists.

Positive experience: Overall good experience first time there. All staff was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. The dentist was through and took his time explaining things to me. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was friendly and gentle. I happily scheduled another cleaning 6 months out. The only reason I'm rating lower is there was a lot of redundancies in the paperwork process coming in as a new client. I filled out all my information on an online form to be a new patient, then when they called me to schedule an appointment they asked for all the same information again to make a profile. Then when I got there for my appointment I filled out forms that had all my same information for a third time. Now that I'm in their system I wouldn't expect to have to do this again but it did seem a bit overkill. I'd really give them 4.5 stars if it was an option. Overall good experience, just some excess paperwork.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for just over three years. My first visit came after not seeing the dentist for over 10 years due to high anxiety. This office has been nothing but wonderful in every visit. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and I was treated with such care and kindness. I have recommended this office to friends and family; and have continued to go here even after moving almost an hour away.

Fantastic experience: No one likes the dentist, but you’ll love Alpine dental. They will change your mind. The staff is amazing. You can tell they enjoy working together. I see the same people there every time and I’ve been going there for three years. They are very transparent when working with your insurance. I have recommended them over and over and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I went to Alpine because of some very lousy dentures I had for five years or so. They fit horribly. They made up new ones that couldn't fit any better. If you need dentures I would strongly suggest starting her and getting good fitting dentures the first time.

Negative experience: I was not given antibiotics when I’ve felt sick for months. I had 2 fillings which I’m hoping is going to help with the infection I’ve been having. But since they didn’t see an infection I was not given antibiotics. I don’t plan on going back as I take infection in my body very serious & clearly they don’t.

I was seen again this past Friday.Marleen worked with such care on cleaning up my new bridge. Excellent! The two office managers, couldn’t of been more helpful, and got me in early! Fantastic experience: I had a root canal at Alpine a few days ago and I literally had zero discomfort during or after the procedure. Very good work! I highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Normally my experience here is great this last time not so much. The dentist I seen was more worried about upselling me a worthless root canal and crown than my pain to try and get me to go to a partial. Claiming it would save me money. Nope I left there with the second most horrible experience in my life with my lip split open in two places and a cut inside my cheek. I will never let that dentist work on me again

Positive experience: I am not very happy I requested a certain dentist on my first initial visit and got someone else! Hygienist Teresa was fantastic and so was Assistant/xray Kat (Bolivian lady) did my X-rays. (Sorry if I butchered the names)

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Alpine Dental. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I had X-rays done and an evaluation. Staff all around (reception, hygienists, and dentist) were all very kind and non judgmental. I saw Dr. Tee and she was friendly and welcoming. I was able to get in for a cleaning the following day. Kim was my hygienist and she was AMAZING. I told her I was anxious about my cleaning and it hurting and she gave me some topical anesthesia for my gums, which helped immensely. She was reassuring and answered all my naive questions sweetly and my cleaning was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a dentist. I even overheard the business owner, Dr. Patel, warming saying goodbye to multiple staff members by their names. It was very sweet. The establishment itself was clean, tidy and in a very convenient location for me. Nice garden views from some rooms when you’re not laid back with sunglasses on.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a cleaning with Kim at Alpine, she is beyond wonderful! She answered all of my questions, was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel’s since 2008. He is an outstanding dentist! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Today my son (13) had his first experience with getting dental work done beyond a cleaning. He was extremely nervous. The dental assistant took the time to explain what everything was and how it worked which made him feel super comfortable. The Doctor was gentle and patient, checked in often and stopped immediately when my son asked him to. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend them for all dental work.

Fantastic experience: My first visit at Alpine Dental with Dr. Tee was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Tee took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which made me involved with the process. This made me feel good about what was next to come with my situation. She also informed me of the steps she will take to make this process go smoothly. I never felt rushed. She and Alpine Dental staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. Negative experience: They didn't verify my insurance, then did my x-rays and cleaning as a "courtesy," because they assumed my insurance was valid. Unbeknownst to me, my insurance wasn't valid until December, so they sent me a $520 bill for X-rays and my cleaning. Make sure they verify your insurance before doing anything!

Positive experience: I'm pleased with my bridge Staff is Awesome but wa disappointed when the cost was higher then the original estimate

Fantastic experience: I broke a crown and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. They took great care of me! I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and his assistant were phenomenal!! I was nervous about the needle but felt nothing! I was nervous about the sound of the tools grinding but they kept chatting and it relaxed me to keep my mind on them and not the tool sounds. They are so caring!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff all around; front desk, assistant, and doctor were all very friendly and accommodating. Got a full checkup, X-rays included, and an itemized list of work to be done with my out of pocket cost and insurance coverage. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I liked Dr. Singh, and I really liked the dental hygienist who I was lucky enough to have clean my teeth. Initially, unfortunately, I was given inaccurate information about root canal pricing over the phone. This led to an unpleasant surprise. However, to Alpine Dental's credit, when I explained what had happened, the office manager compensated me with a free teeth cleaning with a dental hygienist who did a fabulous job. The office manager also retrained the staff person who had inadvertently given me the incorrect information. There was one other issue: I was told there could be no flexibility about who would do a crown buildup if Dr. Singh did my root canal. This surprised me: with every other root canal I've had, the endodontist just put in a "temporary". I was told this would not be possible in my case. In other words, if I had my root canal done by Dr. Singh, I'd also have to have him do my crown buildup after the root canal. But my regular dentist will do the same buildup for significantly less $. I don't understand the reasoning behind that. And it led me to have my root canal done by another dentist -- an endodontist. (Dr. Singh is not an endodontist). In retrospect, though I'm confident that Dr. Singh is a competent dentist, I'm glad I had an endodontist do my root canal. I gather that endodontists have in-depth, specialized training re: root canals. Thankfully, the endodontist I was referred to by friends turned out to be excellent in every way. I liked Dr. Singh. His assistant was fine, too. My dental hygienist was fantastic. And I give credit to Alpine Dental's office manager for being open to my feedback, and taking responsibility for what was an inadvertent error. Given all of the above, I'm giving Alpine Dental an overall rating of 4 stars: it would be 5 stars for the dental hygienist, or 3 1/2 stars for the root canal/crown buildup decision. Add in my sincere appreciation for their responsive customer service.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to anyone in need or oral surgery. Their team has been so wonderful from beginning to end. They allow you to control you own treatment timeline so you don't feel pressured. Super accomidating and we don't have dental insurance.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this office and the staff! They celebrated Halloween “Despicable Me” style. Even got to check in with Vector! Oh Yeah! Had to get my whole mouth numbed up, so they offered me a weighted dragon. Ummmm…..YES! ♥️ Always a pleasure getting to visit this office.

Brenda the assistant was amazing taking xrays quick and comfy. Theresa the hygienist was great!! She was knowledgeable, gentle, checked on me through cleaning and did the best job! I also got some grear tips for my homecare. Great office!!

Fantastic experience: It was great! I actually was able to eat 1st real meal for 1st time in 5 weeks and am very optimistic Thank you! I wanted to add that Dr. Heasley has been absolutely awesome. I had trouble with my dentures off and mostly on and Dr. Heasley has been a great support. I finally got my hard liner from Jason the denturist last Friday and am amazed at the great job he did. I've been able to eat anything and haven't had to use any adhesives. It's been a life changer! Thsnk you Dr. Heasley and Jason!
