Fantastic experience: As a recently retired dental hygienist of over 40 years, I needed some fillings replaced. I truly researched for the most ideal dentist to assist me. I was very specific with what I felt I needed, the process to do it and wanted no anesthetic if possible. Dr. Tindell was so incredibly patient and intentional with me. He was gentle, cautious and SO efficient!! I can’t say enough about his skill and gentle yet confident manner. No doubt I have found the perfect professional to accommodate me. And his staff from the front desk to the dental assistant all the way to check out were both polite and positive. Just a great office!

Fantastic experience: The entire team is kind and professional. On my recent visit, I had a lengthy procedure to remove two fillings in preparation for a crown. I shared that I didn’t do well with needles and Dr. Tindell took extra care to ensure that I didn’t feel anything. Throughout the 90-minute procedure, they kept my comfort front of mind and I had no discomfort or pain. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

All that said, today a crown fell off. They replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Dr Tindell and staff are very professional and pleasant to be with.

I have even flown in from other states or driven multiple hours to see him rather than seeing a local dentist. He and his entire staff are nothing short of amazing and courteous and I have absolute full trust in him. I have had experiences where other dentists (not at North Point) have told me I needed certain procedures done or seemed to exaggerate issues which felt unnecessary. Dr. Tindell takes his time, is very thoughtful, and will give you the truth about what is recommended and what is not necessary. His demeanor is one of a long time friend who is only looking out for you. Furthermore, the office is absolutely stunning and makes you feel like you’re at a spa! Fantastic experience: After 10 years of being afraid to change my veneers I met with Dr Tindell. My fear was from a bad experience at another dentist office. Dr Tindell assured me I would not feel pain. I used noise canceling headphones with white noise. This helped me relax. During the entire time, Dr Tindell, Brenda and Jimmy were available to answer my questions on new veneers. I NEVER felt any pain including the numbing needles. (I had to ask Dr Tindell if he had given me the needles yet and they were already done. ) The procedure takes time but they have their own lab and do not send the molds out to be made. This made a difference for me because I wanted some adjustments made. They were able to accommodate me. The new veneers are beautiful and I am so pleased with the care this team used. Dr. Tindell was wonderful. He always asked if I was comfortable and explained each step. If I could give them a 10 I would.

I'm a aspen dental patient and decided to find a more reputable dentist which steers away from the corporate world. Everyone in the office was super lovely and professional. Fantastic experience: I do not do well at dental practices, needing care and teeth removed. After careful consideration I put my care in hands of North Point for a year. Realized quickly the staff was more concerned about my welfare than previous practices I choose NP for my care. Needing to understand the need for extractions and how they would affect my current partials. Dr.Tindell took the time presurgery to help me to better understand the expected results and gave me choices to support my needs. My surgery was gentle, caring and a great success. At 85 years old my choices are critical to the future I have left!

Fantastic experience: From the greeting when you arrive to the fresh baked cookie when you leave this is the best dental office in north Tampa. Freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Positive experience: On my 3/11/2025 visit, Susel did another nice job. I have Humana Gold Plus Advantage Medicare, which North Pointe Dental does not accept. For the past few years, North Pointe Dental has issued me a 20% Professional Courtesy credit adjustment to my charges instead of my using my Medicare insurance. I did not get that Professional Courtesy adjustment on the charges for this visit. Thank you. Casey Wojcik North Pointe Dental corrected the system error and they did give me the Professional Courtesy credit.
