Fantastic experience: The front desk team, schedulers and both dental providers are I’ve seen for emergency work were friendly, reassuring and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden even though I wasn’t scheduled. I haven’t gone to the dentist because of traumatic experiences previously with other dentists….I’ve been to see Prestige twice in one week and have had only positive experiences despite having teeth extracted. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Logan is very thorough and gentle. I actually enjoy the teeth cleaning process with her care. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent dentist. If something is awry, he will find it and fix it.

Fantastic experience: I am totally impressed with the professional welcome home atmosphere from the entire staff. From the time you walk through the door until the time you leave you are treated like your part of the family from the entire staff with all the precautions they have to take to ensure you & the staff are safe. I had a routine check up & deep cleaning & I am completely satisfied with everything that was done. Fantastic experience: Been coming to the same dentist for over 7 years, but recently stopped taking my insurance. I was so nervous about finding a new one, but gave this place a chance - so glad I did. The place was so clean and everyone was as so friendly. I came in for a consultation (last dentist said I had my first baby cavity) and they were so informative or process and any upfront costs (no surprises). They had time to get them fixed for me and I trusted them so much that I went ahead and agreed to getting them done. They did a great job and have now found my new dentist. :)

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming to Prestige for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and this practice. Every visit I’ve been met with warm smiles and greetings. Macy is awesome and an excellent dental hygienist. She is friendly and attentive and will show you exactly how to take care of your teeth/gums with the ‘Macy Method.’ I really appreciate that she will do her due diligence in cleaning and make sure I’m taken care of walking out of every appt.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. I am moving from Colorado to Texas for my dental needs, and I went to another provider first. I was uncomfortable overall there, and sought a second opinion. They offered me that for free, which was great, but I felt it was different immediately. Professional, clean, great customer service. They did a new exam and gave me honest advice on what I needed. Not only did I feel better about the overall experience it was less money than the first opinion. I feel in medical professions people don't question the results enough - and this is proof that maybe you should. Prestige gave me fast, honest advice. I will continue to be a patient for sure!! Fantastic experience: Seriously, best dental experiences in 10+ years! These folks are true professionals. David was my hygienist and he was so kind and explained everything in so much detail. They use high tech stuff too. I have sensitive teeth and some recession so getting scraped with those sharp picks hurt. None of that here! They use this amazing tool that shoots water and has some kind of ultrasonic waves. I didn't feel a thing AND my mouth still feels super clean. It also removed some surface staining so my teeth are whiter. They found I had a cracked filling during that visit so I went today to get the timing replaced. Easy experience. Seriously, 30 minutes and I was done. I literally can't say enough good things. Just go there - you won't be sorry!

Negative experience: Greed is my word to describe this place. My wife had a dental procedure done here. She had dual insurances. Delta is her primary and Aetna is her secondary. Her benefits with Delta have been maxed out and Aetna denied part of her claim initially. My wife paid in full. Her balance with Prestige is zero. We appealed Aetna's denial and Aetna reversed its decision. Aetna paid an additional $545 to Prestige. By some woodoo magic, Prestige concluded that my wife owes Prestige an additional $431. I want to repeat this point. My wife owes nothing to Prestige before Aetna payment. After Prestige got an additional $545, my wife owes $431 to Prestige. We asked for a refund and I was told that this is how things work. The staff and the owner have been very rude and patronizing. I have no choice but to take Prestige to court. I will update you once the court case is settled. The owner has responded to my review. Personal attack further reflects how this business treats its customers. He mentioned that adjustments and write-offs were made to minimize out of pocket cost. He is not running a charity. You know he is lying when he says something like that. Imagine, you paid because insurance denied a claim as asked and as a good customer. After the insurance company reversed its decision and paid, you cannot get the money back. Imagine that you have to file a small claim in the court in order to get the money back. Imagine, this is how you are treated after you paid more than $5000. Greed!!! A piece of additional information: His lawyer threatened me with legal fees and etc. I explained to his lawyer. Obviously, his lawyer agreed with me and advised him to settle. He eventually paid the amount I was asking for plus court filing fee. A follow up: My wife did a bridge at this place. It went bad a few days ago. My wife contacted them. She got a response saying that we have released them from all liability and asked us to call his lawyer. His lawyer's response is even worse. He quoted the statute of limitation for medical malpractice is 2 years. Do you still want to go to this place

However, necessity forced me to go and I was greeted warmly and the assistant, Nerton, was beyond compassionate, yet professional. I have switched dentists for decades and I have never been happy until I found Prestige Faily Dentistry. Everyone is so nice and they even have free snacks and drinks in waiting room. My 8 year old son loves coming to the dentist now because he gets to pick a prize after his appointment and there is a TV on the ceiling he can watch. This place is perfect!!!

Negative experience: If you just want to feel like a customer, this is perfect for you. You will be rushed in and out, an expedited cleaning will leave your mouth feeling grimy and needing a good rinse. They sit you down, give you sunglasses and have you stare into a TV mindlessly as they go work. A random dr who doesn’t care about you will come in, try to upsell you some service you don’t want or need. Then you will receive a text or email everyday asking you to pay for some other service you don’t need. I hadn’t had cavities in years, suddenly I had 6.

Fantastic experience: Another terrific experience here today at Prestige Family Dental! I’ve been coming for about 4 years now, and have never had anything less than a great cleaning and thorough exam. My teeth always feel great afterwards! Great staff all around!

Fantastic experience: I normally don’t like to give reviews after a first visit - or should I say return to the dentist after 2 years - but my hygienist, Logan, is one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had. She has a gentle hand and knows exactly when to start suctioning that water out of the mouth. She’s professional, personable and has a kind spirit- a perfect match for someone who fears going to the dentist. Honestly, the entire office from the moment I walked in the door, was welcoming. My dentist, Bryant, was also very friendly and patient; especially seeing that the plan we had 2 years ago may no longer be viable; nonetheless, after years of putting things off, I think I’ve found my people and I’m happy about that. I’ll keep y’all posted. Day 1.

Fantastic experience: Just had my annuel check up today, everything went great, front desk was very accommodating for my appointment, the hygienist took me on time. As always, the entire team is very knowledgeable and provides excellent services. I need a guard, has the quote made immediately and appointment made to take my 3D scan. Everything is smooth, everybody is smiling and willing to assist and answer your questions or doubt.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old had her first cleaning today with Logan and it was amazing. She was scared of going to the dentist but Logan made it such a great experience that my daughter left the office saying she had fun! She's actually looking forward to seeing her again. :)

Fantastic experience: I bring my kids here for cleaning for last 6 or so years and for last 2 cleaning we had Logan who is the best dental hygienist by a mile. She cleaned my son’s teeth like nobody before. He’s isn’t the brusher and leave some of the plaque behind but after her cleaning, they looked like new teeth! They need to pay her her value in gold how good she is. I normally don’t leave reviews whether good or bad but she defo deserves the praise.

I was worried about the search for a new dentist and found this office through my network. 1st experience with Prestige Dental! Met with a warm welcome from Logan and Dr. Nguyen and Rachel! I had several concerns and I felt heard! They addressed and were able to provide valuable feedback and solutions to my concerns. Fantastic experience: After our family dentist retired, I jumped around fr one dentist to another. Don’t get me wrong, the previous ones I visited are good as well and with “good reviews” but it is very hard to find a professional you can trust and feel @ease esp. when it comes to your healthcare/wellbeing. You must not look just for your primary healthcare re: dentist but also their staff and partners - the overall aspect. From the Dr., their front desk staff treatment toward patients, esp. hygienist, the cleanliness of the office building (inside/outside), and the accessibility. Dental hygienist has important role when visiting a dental clinic bcoz most of the cleaning work you be dealing with ‘em prior to your dentist final assessment. Prestige Family Dentistry made me feel comfortable and ppl there are delightful. I just hope my search is over. I can finally say, I am OK again visiting dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Skeptical new patient after 30 yrs of utilizing another Dentist. Impetus for change is now that I'm retired I bought a discount dental plan (Careington) that my old dentist is not affiliated with. Wife booked first and was imprssed so I decided to give them a try a couple weeks later. Friendly staff, very efficient high quality service by hygienists, dentists and office staff. Best of all is that my appointment time was in the middle of the day but spot on for when I was sitting back in the dental chair. I would not hesitate recommending to anyone.
