Fantastic experience: Lynsey was an amazing hygienist. She walked me through everything she was doing. Samantha was very nice to deal with at the front desk was able to help me with filling out the new patient forms.

Negative experience: Been to this clinic few times and hygiene is very poor unbelievably. Very old systems and X-rays are very painful and unhygienic .Even I found the office staff is very rude and discriminatory. Bit expensive too

I honestly feel so secure when I go and not at all stressed because all the people that work there are so helpful and the dentist is so experienced that I know I’m in good hands. I thank everyone at this dental office for doing all you are doing to make this easier and less stressful. I will continue to recommend this office to anyone I can!

The dentist was gentle and kind, which helped my kids not be nervous. The office is clean and has a nice, welcoming vibe. I’m really glad we found this place for our family’s dental care.

The young lady that did the cleaning, x-rays, and other applications was very thorough and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend these folks for all your dental needs.

Check out went quickly and the young lady helping me was very kind and cheerful. It was a good experience!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and let me just say, the level of care and consideration that my Hygienist Lindsay has is top notch, she made sure to inform me of my current health and let me know what I can do to improve my hygiene! Her work station is very clean and organized which is HUGE for me as the patient because I am a severe germaphobe. 10/10 would go see Ms. Lyndsee again! Also there was a another woman there just watching.......I think her name was meghan......much help

She also fixed my braces wire that was sticking into my gums, and it dosent hurt anymore! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and others. Very high feeling about this place, and Amber Oakley was awesome. The best!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! They have always been kind and caring- and have helped me get an appointment quickly if I have a problem and want something reviewed. Kelly is a great hygienist and I’ve had many other well trained and professional staff members. I would recommend them to anyone! They also helped my 4 yr old nephew with his tooth pain without 24hrs of the emergency. They really care for their patients. Samantha who checked me out also was very helpful to make sure I got what I needed.

Negative experience: If I could give “0” stars I would have! I called to schedule an appointment to get my tooth fixed (filling fell out)…I specifically told the person that was scheduling that I need an appointment to get my tooth fixed, I asked her the latest time I could schedule to get it fixed, she said 4 pm. I scheduled the appointment, arrived a few minutes early, they give me a bunch of paperwork to fill out which was finished after I went back to the room. The person back there said they had to do a couple of X-rays, those were done, doctor came in asking about my teeth, discussed if we were doing everything “today” (they found another cavity), he left the room. The dental assistant said she had to go get the procedure plan, then she comes back and proceeds to tell me that I have to come back to get everything done and asked me if I was available the next day. I asked if they were not going to do any of it, she said no, that it was already 4:20 and they close at 5. I told her the appointment was made to get the tooth fixed and that I had to leave early from work to be there for them to not do what I asked when the appointment was scheduled. They didn’t seem to care.

Positive experience: The patient, my wife, has Alzheimers. I'm her caregiver. I was not permitted to sit with her during her exam. She will not remember anything that was said or done to her. I think this was disrespectful and unhelpful for her care.
