Fantastic experience: First time coming to this office and had a great experience. Staff is really friendly and the place is really nice. I had Dr. Sharma and his assistant Iromy do procedures on me and they did an amazing job. They really get to know their patients well and made sure I was comfortable and in no discomfort. Fantastic experience: Best Dental Experience I’ve ever had! I came in for an exam after a long absence from any dentist. I got an appointment the same day I was calling for one. Once they determined the treatment I needed. I, yet again, received a same day appointment. Dr. Mehta has wonderful customer service. They showed me the best routes to take for cost that they offer, and it was cheaper than my insurance. The treatment was faster than I’d had before and more effective. My confidence in my smile has been restored in just one visit with Dr. Mehta and his charm dental team! I already made appointments for my wife and children! Thank you Charm!

Negative experience: This place is horrible.. I’ve given them several chances but their front office staff is just too incompetent, they over charge you, refuse to speak with my insurance regarding an appt I have that they incorrectly verified coverage for. My parents have had similar horrible experiences with them and have already left. I’m the last to go and should have left sooner.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Mehta and Katherin were amazing! Came in for a root canal and deep clean (after nearly 15 years) and they calmed me down and did an excellent job. Root canals are never enjoyable but honestly this wasn’t bad at all. Will be back for more of my dental work.

Negative experience: Great dentist but the admin staff is really sub par. Called me 5 times and texted 10 times about a single appointment after already confirming twice. Then proceeded to debate me which day of the week the 10th of December is on when they were clearly looking at the wrong year in their calendar Updating my review after they told me to find a new dentist because I was pointing out that their client facing system isn’t working. I’ve never seen such a response in my life. Adding photos of texts as backup. The last two photos were all the texts I received within 15 mins of me already being at the office and already having filled out my paperwork online

Positive experience: They wont refund a service that i didnt receive. They didnt honor the ad for free exam and x rays advertised on the website. They had me pay up over the phone up front just to schedule my appointment. They pushed me to make all my dental decisions in the office the day of the consultation. I wouldn't recommend this place. i wont be back. Update: As my payment plan is coming to an end, I reached out again regarding a refund for the services i didnt receive and the ad they didnt honor and they granted me the refund and comped my exam and x ray costs. if you gather the correct information and advocate for yourself, they might be willing to make things right for you

Negative experience: Visited for exam and cleaning but dentist refused to clean insisting on deep cleaning asking me to pay out of pocket. Treatment plan of over $12500. Unethical to bill United Health care $247 when no cleaning was done. Don’t force services It is my right to refuse deep cleaning but the Dr is obligated to perform cleaning. Don’t charge the insurance if you do not provide services. The form I filled in specifically stated the patient is visiting for exam and cleaning. Don’t sell services patient do not want. Asked to mail me the X Ray and photos which cost United $247. X RAYS NOT RECEIVED AS YET, WHY? If not received reverse the charges.

When patients request a regular cleaning, we always conduct a thorough exam to assess their oral health needs. In some cases, if we observe signs of gum disease or significant plaque buildup below the gumline, a deep cleaning is recommended instead of a standard cleaning. A regular cleaning only addresses surface-level plaque and is generally suitable for patients with healthy gums and minimal buildup, whereas a deep cleaning is essential for treating gum disease and preventing further issues.
We understand that a deep cleaning can feel like an unexpected recommendation, but it’s based on our commitment to providing the best care and ensuring long-term oral health. While insurance sometimes covers deep cleanings differently than regular cleanings, we always strive to be transparent about costs and explain the reasons for any treatment recommendations. We encourage patients to reach out to discuss their concerns, and we are here to answer any questions about treatment options and costs. Performing a regular cleaning on a patient who needs a deep cleaning is considered unethical and can be classified as insurance fraud because it misrepresents the patient’s condition and the treatment provided. A regular cleaning is only for routine maintenance, while a deep cleaning is necessary to treat gum disease. By billing a regular cleaning for a patient with gum disease, we’d be providing an inappropriate level of care, potentially worsening the patient’s condition and falsely reporting to insurance companies, which is both unethical and legally unacceptable.

Positive experience: Convenient office hours that include a later day and some Saturday times. Very caring staff. Willing and able to handle multiple dental visits in a single visit. Compassionate, patient, and understanding. Would be better to send appointment consent forms 24 - 48 hours before the appointment not 30 minutes before the appointment. Highly recommend!
