Positive experience: Today was my first appointment with ADAI and although it wasn’t exactly ideal I was greeted and treated with respect. The workers seem to be kind and supportive. I arrived for my 1:30 appointment today around 1:15, waiting until about 1:45 to be brought back for X-rays. I waited awhile longer for the worker to let me know we just need to wait for insurance to get back with them to proceed any further, which is understandable as well but also unfortunate considering I’m missing my front tooth. Overall I’m excited to be getting a new set of teeth (hopefully as soon as Monday or asap preferably as I’ve been going through a lot with my mental image since my tooth decided to fall out.) One thing that bothered me was the music was extremely loud(I am partially deaf so the vibration sparked a lot of anxiety) , the patient rooms are odd and there is nothing to keep the patient occupied until a doctor can see them. (I only say this because there is a sign that says to turn your cell phone off which I did the first 30 minutes but eventually turned it back on after reading all the posters on the walls more than a handful of times.) I’m going to assume it was just an off day for this clinic because I’ve heard nothing but good things.

Negative experience: My dentist had recommended Affordable as an option to perhaps save some costs after a recent bridge did not hold. Unfortunately, we knew soon after entering that the decision was to NOT continue here. The dentist entered and did not introduce self (appeared unkempt and unprepared despite information having been sent when appointment was made three days prior). The confidence level shot down when the doctor seemed to not be able to identify the location of the needed treatment. I was terrorized when he seemed awkward in even using the mirror to check the spot, and although the chemical smell filled the air, there was not a sense of hygiene being a priority. Cleanliness and patient interaction training did not seem evident. The staff, while somewhat cordial, lacked a professional stance. The chemical odor was overpowering the patient area. While the worker administering the Xray seemed polite, the process was a tad rushed as the machine was not adjusted for height and bopped me as it came around. I felt like I was in the Mr. Bean dental episode and on my own trying to figure out next steps. The affordability does not outweigh the sense of basic hygiene, professionalism and a confidence in the process in such as serious procedure as an implant. It was good to get a printout on estimated cost, but the explanation did not seem confident.

Negative experience: The lady first called my name to go back. She was really not friendly at all. I let her know that I was very hard-of-hearing and she just disregarded me none of them introduce ourselves to me didn't know their names at all. Finally the office manager. He approached me and he actually introduced himself to me. Before that happened, I was so close to just getting up and walking out. They kept standing behind me and talking amongst themselves. Knowing that I could not hear them. That upset me greatly. I felt like I was being very much disrespected. They say a sign on the wall that says to treat the staff with respect. I think they should really try to treat their patients with some respect. Thank you, Nancy cloud.

Dr. Bugg can pull teeth like butter, while other oral surgeons struggled with jaw breaking tools I didn't know Dr Bugg pulled them all. I honestly thought he was loosening them up for the pull. haha. Fantastic experience: I'm terrified of the dentist The assistant numbed me with a topical ointment and the dentist finished numbing me with a needle in the spots the assistant put the ointment. It really wasn't bad at all and I couldn't fill any drilling before the dentist filled my cavities. It was painless and not even scary. You could tell they were professionals and had been doing dentistry for a while. Very happy with my experience.

Negative experience: I was told that when I bought my dentures there they would be adjusted to fit 6 times. I made an appointment went left work to go, when I got there they called me back I told her the issue and she said someone should have told you that you need a reline we cant do that today and it's almost $500. It's ridiculous. I could have gone anywhere for that price but I waited in pain for them.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with this company. I took an upper plate made at the Broken Arrow, Ok DDS (I give them 5 star review!), which had a metal reinforcement to prevent breakage, for a chipped front tooth repair and it was returned to me cracked and the tooth they repaired fell out. I had to quit wearing the plate after super gluing the tooth back in because they said I would have to pay Another $75 to repair the damage They caused. That was a year or two ago. They have the nerve to send me email's trying to get me to have 1k worth of work done for 15 percent off. They suck!

Fantastic experience: It was pretty good, I was 5 minutes late but I had called and let them know, they understand since I was coming from out of town. The place smelled pretty good like sanitized, nice bathrooms, they did x rays, which didn't take long, I waited about 5 minutes on the chair in back for the specialist, he only looked at my teeth and and answered my questions, and then I waited 10 minutes to talked to the financial advisor about the whole process and procedure. He answered very confidently and showed me the process from 2 weeks to every 8 weeks of what is going to happen to my jaw and gave me good advice on the bleeding when they take out my teeth and put in dentures. He made sure if I had any questions to let him know. He took his time with me instead of being in a hurry. So altogether it only took 45 minutes for everything, which is good.

From the soft liners and adjustments after 9 months to ensure your dentures still are tight. And I can still go back for 6 more adjustments! Highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and quick. The ladies at the front desk were Great. The assistant asked me a few questions and introduced me to the Doctor, who asked me questions and then explained it so I could understand. They took primary molds and give me a break. Back for fitting of mold, break, back for fitting of wax mold, break, back for finished set fitting. Presto, fit like a dream. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had. I have extreme dental trauma. They listened, and made sure that I was numbed well, had the nitrous, and took very good care of me. I only felt the needles going in, didn’t even feel him pulling my tooth. Dr. Cooley was extremely professional and did a great job. I had zero pain after.

The doctor and every staff member have been so kind and helpful. Fantastic experience: I have had 3 sets of dentures in the past. I couldn't wear them. They were always to big and bulky. My last pair was even buck toothed from ( Elreno Dental) horrible place. I came here and got the most beautiful set of dentures that I could Ever ask for! They look like my real teeth did! I smiled a real smile for the first time in a very long time! Fantastic experience: Because I was in stage four Hodgkin’s lymphoma I had massive doses of chemotherapy, which basically destroyed my teeth. From my first visit to DDS Dentures I was given detailed information about the process, and the price of having my teeth pulled and getting dentures. I. Went in for my appointment, which they had said would be a whole day. When I left that afternoon, all my teeth had been extracted, and a temporary set of dentures had been put in place. Over the next six months, they worked very closely with me to make the experience as “painless” as possible. This included adjustments, padding, and suggestions about what I could do at home. Last week I got my new dentures and I love them. Still a few adjustments to be made, but that’s part of the process. They look better than my original teeth. And they look natural. DDS dentures had explained everything that would happen, so there were no surprises along the way. The staff and dentist, who managed my case, were outstanding and completely professional. I did not give them five stars, they earned five stars!

Negative experience: I was brought here from an hour and a half away. All they were interested was pulling my teeth at this time when I just neeeed a crown glued back on while I saved up money to pay them for my denture work on the bottom. They tried to tell me I need root canals on teeth I have already had done. Did this place ever get licensed. Wasn’t this the place that had all those problems with not being credentialed. I do not recommend at all

Fantastic experience: I was taken back to my appointment really quickly after arriving, and the young lady who did my x-rays was very pleasant. I was taken to the exam chair and Dr. Bugg was there to look at the source of my problem right away. I was then taken to a procedure room and Dr. Bugg fixed my problem in a very timely and efficient manner. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. I was very pleased and impressed with everyone’s friendliness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: David Gaut was the patient, not my wife Tracy. I've had alot of different dentists and 2 other different places to do my dentures. Dr Bugg had always been a great dentist. This place was amazing, friendly and did my dentures fairly quickly. I got then at 230 after arriving at 8 versus it took a month and a half to receive my last pair from somewhere else. Lindsey was real sweet and caring. The quality and look of my dentures were amazing. I'll never go anywhere else again

Fantastic experience: This was my 3rd set of dentures. I lost my set and they got me in shortly...2 days later, I have new teeth, best I've ever received. I was offered the choices and since I live on SS, chose the cheapest. There was NO sales pressure, thanks Bill!, and very affordable. Negative experience: In the past when I have had a tooth break off, I have been able to drop them off at the receptionist, not this time. I had to wait until the dentist arrived and then they called me back so I could hand them to the hygienist. This is the 3rd time my top teeth has broken.

Fantastic experience: May 14, 2024: Last step to the implant completed. Today they put the crown on. It was fast with only a little bit of discomfort initially, but after a few hours it felt normal. This was my last visit. The whole process took about six months start to finish. If I need another one down the road, I will use them again (if Dr. Bugg is there). April 23, 2024: Another great visit. I was in and out quick, they answered all of my questions, and everyone was friendly. April 2, 2024: Had the next step completed 2 of 3. It went well. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Everyone was nice and explained to me the next step. Fall of 2023: Phase 1 of 3 went well. I will update after each phase. Today was tooth extraction and implant stump placed. It was quick and not painful. Just some pressure and a bit uncomfortable. I have experienced much worse in the past with other dental procedures. All of the staff were nice and friendly. Too early for a complete review, but so far so good. I am new to the area and used google reviews to pick them. Hopefully they were right and I too will be able to update this one so that I might help others as well.
