Fantastic experience: I always have a wonderful experience at this office. The front desk staff is consistently pleasant, and Ashley is such a sweet person always ready to help whenever I call. Recently, I needed an emergency appointment and within the hour I was in Dr. Hoang’s chair. I can’t say enough about him He the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve ever had, and he uses wisdom with precise care. I’ll never switch dentists; in fact, I only wish I had found them sooner! The office has convenient hours, a kind and attentive staff, a very clean atmosphere, and thorough billing practices with excellent follow-up and follow-through. As much as I dislike needing dental work, I’ll never book anywhere else. Thank you all for being the best and always giving your best.. I’ll be a patient for life! ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: So thankful for this office getting me in first thing on a Monday with a dental emergency!!! The online appointment booking feature is so helpful, especially when you have an emergency on. Sunday night. Melissa greeted me when I got there and she was so friendly! To say I’m petrified of the dentist is an understatement and the staff today was so compassionate and caring about it. The dental assistant/nurse whose name I don’t remember (I’m sorry) walked me through each step and was patient with my anxiety. Dr Hoang came in and did the same. Dr Hoang is so kind and has a great bedside manner!! He made sure I was comfortable as I could be since I was so anxious. He was gentle for it being a dental procedure. Melissa helped me on the way out and she is just so sweet and helpful!! Even after the visit, I had to call and Melissa helped me over the phone. Thank you all for your support today!! Definitely recommend this staff!

Fantastic experience: Every single staff member treats you like a close friend and family member. This office is one of the best medical care you can receive across all fields in New Jersey. Whoever the hiring manager is has a good eye for hiring genuinely good people who care for their patients. I also never have many concerns about my teeth to begin with but the hygienist and doctors here always make me feel extremely heard even for the small things I bring up here and there. I’m a little bit of a ways out, around 25 minutes, and I still travel up and past other dentist offices much closer to me!

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to dentist in a few years. Picked the very best dental facility ever. No insurance. The front desk professional hooked me up with a plan that covered xrays and exam immediately, cleaning and discounted work necessary, He was fabulous! Brilliant mind! Every single professional up to and including the dentist were pleasant, efficient and set up a plan for me to get my teeth back on track to healthy. Will never go to another dental office again!!!! Fantastic experience: This is an edit after giving me and my husband the runaround: Very disappointed with how management addresses issues. My husband was quoted $10,000 for work that we questioned. No one wanted to give us paperwork with a breakdown, but rather told us we had to wait until the doctor in question was back in the office so they can speak with him first. Why? Shouldn't all the information be in their system already? We called back on numerous occasions, but never received an answer. Sad to say, I DO NOT trust them. Be very cautious and do your homework. And don't fall for just anyone's quote. Thank goodness we didn't go with the doctor's plan. Had my husband gone through with it, it would have been money wasted, plus it wasn't close to what they quoted. Initial review after getting crown recemented: Very friendly doctor and staff on my visit. My issue was addressed and taken care of fairly quickly. Very satisfied and impressed on my first visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been on the hunt for a good dentist office and then had a dental emergency. They were able to get me in as a new patient on the same day! The office has the most relaxing atmosphere of any dental office I have ever been to. The staff were amazingly kind, helpful and supportive. Dr. Wu was the same as his staff. He was thorough, gentle and explained things in a way that really puts you at ease. I believe I found my new Dentist!! I highly recommend!

Best decision I’ve made was to walk into their door! Fantastic experience: Dr Shah is an excellent dentist. I've had some work done by him in the last few years and I have nothing but good things to say. He explains everything as he goes, thorough, very considerate on how I was feeling and the tech, I'm so sorry I do not know her name, was great!! Knowledgeable, explained what was going on step by step and made me feel comfortable - I get really bad anxiety when I just think about the dentist, but everyone there from the front office to the back were welcoming, friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: So my situation was that I had pain in a tooth. Tooth pain is like no other pain. It really hurts. I was able to make an appointment for a Monday morning Which was awesome considering the pain I was in so it was my first time at Lakeview dental my experience there was awesome. The two people at the front desk. They were great and to make things even nicer with some of the situation and my insurance PJ was nice enough to try to help me. The staff was awesome So my situation with my tooth was not easy, but the dentist made me feel very comfortable did his job and the dental hygienist or his assistant Christina she was awesome. I would definitely recommend Lakeview dental to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this office is absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so kind, had a smile on their face and I was taken back to see the doctor not even 2 minutes after I checked in. The dental assistant was awesome and made me feel so comfortable. Dr as well! I went in for a tooth extraction at 2:30 and walked out at 3:22.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a while now and have always have a fantastic experience. I originally came as a problem patient for tooth pain and the doctors / hygienists were able to pin-point the problem and recommend treatment. Over the course of the last few years and general cleanings, I was also fitted to a night guard — and am thankful my teeth are saved from night grinding! Two of the hygienists, Corina and Danielle, are incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. I’m really impressed with their ability to explain things. I also am very impressed by the front desk and their customer service (in person and especially over the phone!), as someone who works in a medical practice, myself. PJ at the front desk is always courteous and friendly. I’m glad to be a patient here and recommend this office frequently!

But the staff is what’s keeping me here because they’re all friendly knowledgeable and so nice in person and even over the phone. I can’t remember the girl who cleaned my teeth, but she was awesome. Everyone was pleasant, professional and super supportive . I’ve been back twice since then and will continue to go back. Fantastic experience: I came to this office almost 2 years ago for an urgent visit when the dental office I was going to said they had no time to see me so I immediately googled dental offices close to me. I explained my situation to the office receptionist that answered the phone and she was pleasant and friendly and they took me right away. The whole office staff from the reception and billing department to the dental assistants, hygienist and of course the docs go the extra mile for their patients in my experience. They care, they are warm, friendly and they really listen to you. I never looked back at the dental office I used to go to after that first initial apt I had for my dental emergency. Negative experience: My experience here was horrific, I never write reviews. I called and let them know I have dental anxiety, they swore up and down they were understanding of that. I went in for JUST a consultation, and they ended up having me scheduled for a general cleaning. Ok, fine. I would’ve liked a heads up given my extreme dental anxiety. My next appt after that was to see if I needed a perio clean, just a consultation. They didn’t even have me booked for that, they had me booked for another general cleaning. Ok? Once I was seated, the hygienist said “I’m going to try and save you money on a deep clean so bare with me” and proceeded to scale and plane my entire mouth without warning, without numbing. Horrific. Do not go here if you have dental anxiety, they do not care and are very unorganized. This was over a year ago and it took me until now to work up the courage to find a new dentist. Only giving 2 stars because my teeth looked great and that deserves recognition, but my overall experience was again - horrific.

Fantastic experience: I am a person who has had many bad dental experiences. My experience with Lakeview was different. It was positive and the entire staff are very supportive. I am more inclined to take care of my dental health because I did not feel judged. The procedures I had were pleasant and painless.

I have been a patient there for several years now and have always found the staff to be highly competent, professional and also very warm and welcoming. The dental hygienists—especially Jordan—are always gentle in their approach and take the time to explain what they’re doing. Their treatment plans are printed and/or emailed upon request and are clear, thorough and include pricing. Excellent, comprehensive care! I’ve also never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Again, I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I’ll be very honest, I’m very unsure of this place and I hope and pray I’m wrong about this. So hopefully I’ll be back and do another review. I went for a consultation for Invisalign on March 27th, here we are a month later May 1st and I had an appointment at 4pm to start the process for it, they just called me at 12:15 to reschedule my appointment not the usual 24 hr notice? I’m sure if that was the other way around I would of probably gotten charged. Apparently Invisalign needed more “information” they never explained what type of information. They said the Dr needed to submit more paperwork? Sooo they didn’t know about this a month ago? I mean what type of information do they need? Never was explained to me. And now I have to wait apparently 3 more weeks to even start the process? Yes 3 more weeks because nothing was ever submitted! Everyone I know say it doesn’t take more than a month to start the Invisalign process and now is going to take 3 months for me to even start it? Mind you I paid $2,000 the FIRST visit and another payment would have came out in May. Glad I mentioned it and they were nice about not charging me this month since I didn’t get any work done, Thanks They never sent anything over to Invisalign let’s be honest…I went to 3 other consultations and I decided to go with Lakeview and now I wish I didn’t very disappointed. Like I said hopefully I can update my review soon. Update: 2:19 pm I got another voicemail now saying to come in so they could “review” my case? What is there to review? You want me to come in pay for my visit to tell me what? That it was a mistake on your end apologize for the inconvenience and that in 3 weeks I can come in again and start the process? Just admit that your staff never sent in anything to Invisalign and you’re trying to make up for this big MISTAKE! Train your staff better! Update: May 9th 6 days later and I never got a call like they said they will? Ok then…I think and this point I just would really like my $2,000 back and go somewhere else where they do what they’re suppose to do and are professionals. Update: January 20, 2025 I get a text that they charged my card $200 then another text that they voided it. I called they told me it was a mistake? How is that a mistake when I don’t even go to that dentist office! Now I have to wait 5-7 days for the money to go back to my account. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional people!

Fantastic experience: Beyond Thankful and Grateful for my Lakeview Dental of Washington Twp. I needed an emergency root canal. They were able to take me on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and professional. My dentist was very friendly, compassionate, and knew I was in pain and very upset. He was even able to do the whole root canal so I would not have to come back. I love it there and thankful they are my dentist and recommend others. Fantastic experience: Our experience at the Turnersville office was phenomenal. We were able to schedule the appointment & complete all paperwork online. When we arrived, there was nothing further we had to do - it was so easy. The employees at this location are truly a pleasure. They're friendly and accommodating. I loved how easy they may everything. At the end of the visit, we received a comprehensive dental treatment plan and clear cost schedule - which included how we can maximize our dental insurance benefits. What struck me the most was how helpful and accommodating everyone in the office was. They went above and beyond to not just make our experience exceptional, they did the same for everyone - even walk-in guests. This is our new dental home. I only wish we found it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Just had the most gentle and thorough cleaning in a a long time with Marlaina at lakeview dental care. The ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and extremely helpful. Dr. Hoang explained all my dental needs to me without being pushy and helped ease my dental anxiety. I will 100% be coming back regularly. Can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I had my very first appointment with them today, was kind of nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Once I got there I immediately felt welcomed by the two lovely beautiful ladies at the front desks. I’m used to waiting very long to be serviced at my old dentist but at this office the waiting time wasn’t long at all. Everyone I met today were all super nice, friendly, and professional. Fantastic experience: Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was McKenzie and she was wonderful. I typically don’t like getting my teeth cleaned as far as pain, etc but she was perfect! I only saw the dentist at the end but he seemed cool and answered a few questions for me. Definitely going back in 4-6 months!!!

Fantastic experience: As someone with extreme dental anxiety I’m almost in tears with the way this office has treated me. From PJ at the front desk to Dr. Wang and Izzy, the staff here is truly amazing. I moved 2 hours away and will still continue to make the drive to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I would (and do) recommend Lakeview Dental Care to anyone who is looking for a dentist. They are very thorough and caring. Two other things I love about them: first, that their cost for procedures is reasonable and they try to do whatever they can to minimize your out of pocket costs. Second, they do not try to sell you non-essential services. Some dentist offices these days give the hard sell on cosmetic procedures at every visit, Lakeview has never done this to me once, which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: Followed Dr. Wu into this practice. Nice place, friendly staff. Hygienist, Melainia was super nice. They offer their own dental plan, which is much cheaper than regular dental insurance and is sufficient for my needs.
