Negative experience: Was fast talked by staff to apply for a loan to pay for a procedure. I never had my procedure done and notified the office that I would not be moving forward. They kept giving me the run around and refused to return the loan funds. Also charged me an administrative fee for not using the loan.

Fantastic experience: Been terrified of the dentist since I was in my teens due to a bad experience. After enduring many years of on and off pain I decided it was time to conquer my phobia. I took to the net to start doing research. I began researching a place that would cater to my phobia. Low and behold I came across Esthetic Dental Spa. I looked at all the pictures and read the reviews. From my research I came to the conclusion that this was the place for me! Made my mind up and scheduled an appointment. They made me feel comfortable and calm. With that being said I started my dental journey.

Negative experience: Spoke to someone named T to set up a payment plan. Gave out my information and even my social for nothing. Did not get a call back with any information, at least have the decency to let me know. Places like these just care about money and not the patient.

Negative experience: ‼️Please read - Beware of getting ripped off! Get a second opinion! ‼️ Went in for a cleaning, and they identified the need for a root canal and a crown. The head doctor said it was urgent and serious - even though I felt no pain. Red flag 1) Janine, the lady who does all the processing, says the whole thing will cost $6000 dollars, with my insurance, it would cost $4800. I asked for an invoice, she said she would only share when I’m ready to pay. Red flag 2) I told her I needed time to think, to which she said “think about what?” And then kept insisting on payment plans, bank loans and credits for me to pay $4800. Red flag 3) Please, please, please, get a second opinion and make sure they’re not trying to rip you off. I am now paying $1200 at a dentist downtown for root canal + crown, that ACTUALLY accept my insurance.

Negative experience: There are criminals running this facility. They lied about a contract and causing tens of thousands in damages then repeatedly call about unfounded debts despite no services being performed.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr. D for orthodontic care and I am very satisfied. She is very patient and we are working on an open bite that is taking some time to close. I also see the hygienist for regular cleanings and both of these services are excellent.

Negative experience: Be aware. They just want your money. They won't leave you alone and won't stop calling you back (even when you told them to put you on do not call list) in order to come in to run your credit and get you hooked on $20-$30K debt with them on unnecessary stuff-procedures. Young guy who did my crown scratched my cheek with their screw machine - the needle. Main doctor is not so nice and not professional. They did one implant that is still standing - that's all I need it though! Stay away - there is other dentists out there!

They have a racket going on you go in for consultation they run your credit they collect the money, and without even treatment they refused to give the money back to the banks messed up my holidays very unprofessional doctor and train staff to rob people that’s all it is. senior citizens watch out for this place. They play loud music. They have everybody running around chaotic and the doctor never responds to his calls went in on the 12th. They took the money from the bank three days later without even giving treatment and refused to give it back. What a shame.Today is February 3 2024 and can you believe this Crockett thief on ethical dentist still refuse to give bank the bank the money he took out under my name for services I never plan to receive. I went in for consultation. Yeah he ran out my credit for $21,000 for dental implants. I never plan to receive.

It is difficult to get in touch with the head dentist as well. BTW, they ask you if you want to enter a lotto to write a review on Google for them. No normal small business has over 1k reviews. Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with them. My husband was there for cleaning. From trying to open a credit card for me without proper explanation, which later affected my credit after closing the card, to changing of appointment time, when the patient is already in the facility, who does that? Before we started, we were made to understand that the Doctor was going to do the procedure, because they said it wasn’t going to be the usual cleaning. Well it ended up being done by the dental hygienist. My point is why give us a different impression. And during the cleaning process my husband reminded her of one or Two things to be done and I’m like, he should not be the one to remind you. Retrieving of medical records was also a big hassle, they kept giving me different dates to pick it up, then they finally emailed it after several weeks of calling. Other than these I have no problem with them. Like I said, this is our experience, and we not going back there again.

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal client here for 3 years and I made an appointment for my daughter and I to get a dental cleaning. I didn’t get a text or call as a reminder so the morning of I was calling to check my appointment time and the receptionist was avoiding my call because I called from two phones that have my name as a caller ID and the minute I called from my husbands phone who’s on his own plan they pick the phone up. They stated that because I didn’t confirm my appointment that they put me to the side. How was I supposed to confirm my appointment when no one called or texted to confirm. I’m a mother of four and I need those little reminders from time to time since I have my hands full. I’ve referred my whole family there even sent my mother and some uncles there and now they will be losing my business and my family’s business. Please do better and have better customer service.

I'm so glad i found a good dentist! Edit**: After getting a second opinion, I felt I had to edit this. While the people at this dental spa are professional and nice, the prices are outrageous. It's like they only check your credit to see how much they can get away with charging you.. All I wanted was an extraction and cleaning, they suggested an implant. I asked them very directly what the chances of the titanium implant they suggested degrading. They assured me it was none. Feel free to google what causes titanium to degrade, bc it definitely does. Then they quoted me $7,000 over a few visits/months of work. I happened to need to go visit family out of state and so decided to visit a dentist there. I'm so glad i did.the whole extraction and cleaning cost me around $660 and they finished it in one visit. If you find that their prices are way out of wack, I'd HIGHLY recommend you take a trip out of the city, id suggest NOLa. I'm sorry, but i'm not here to pay for some dentist's silly red masarati, i need afforadable tooth care. This wasnt the place for me.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience at Esthetix Dentist. I first started going there for my braces, deep cleaning etc. But found out they are not in my insurance network, I had a pay out of pocket. So I switched my dentist but kept them for my braces, cause I started with Dr. Divya. One day I cracked my tooth on March 8, 2022 I was going to my other dentist but Dr. Philomin convinced me to let them fix it. That was the worst decision I made. I had to waited until March 22, 2022 to get a temporary crown.Then April 18, 2022 they put the permanent crown. During that 4 week wait I was in a lot of pain, and sensitivity. They did nothing for me, just take pain medication, not even an adjustment of the temporary crown. When they was about to put the permanent crown I told them not to cause I think I need a root cancel now. The doctor told me it was only sensitivity when they put the permanent crown on everything will be OK. After I complain about the pain they finally gave me a root canal first part on June 15, 2022, then the second part on August 29, 2022. It took them 6 months to correct what they did wrong. I felt this was unacceptable. After that I went to my other dentist they had to remove the cement from around the tooth with the crown. Now April 2023 I tried to set up an appointment with Esthetix Dentist to get new retainer because Dr. Divya started my braces and all I needed was retainers top and bottom. She never return my called or set me up with an appointment for my retainers. Esthetix Dentist Spa abandoned my care of service. Now I have to start the braces process $5000 all over again. And I will be taking further action. ESTHETIX DENTIST SPA IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO THERE. THEY ALL ABOUT GETTING PAID NOT PATIENT CARE!!!!!
