The front desk lady Angie checked me in as I was a New patient and had many questions. She was really patient with me and gave great customer service. From start to finish, the entire team made me feel welcomed and well taken care of, The front desk staff was kind and professional, and the office itself is spotless, comfortable, and calming. Misa, the dental assistant, was absolutely amazing—so gentle, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease , he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Lana is incredible! She’s professional, thorough, and has a very calming presence , She took the time to explain my treatment and answered all my questions with patience and care. It’s clear that both Misa and Dr. Lana genuinely care about their patients and take pride in the quality of their work. I’m so glad I found this office, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top notch dental care and a team that truly goes above and beyond !! AMAZING !!

Negative experience: This was the biggest waste of my time ever. I got new insurance, so needed a new dentist and they wouldn't give me a cleaning because my teeth were too good to do a deep cleaning but they had no record of my teeth being bad previously. Their explanation sounded insane. They did nothing to try to help me out, just turned me away. I can't believe they would give me the runaround like that after wasting so much of my time.

The staff is always personable and teeth felt so clean today after my visit and was I given additional instructions on how to take even better care of my teeth. The office is always clean which I really appreciate.

Fantastic experience: They offer Dental and Ortho (braces). Overall, they have good friendly staff (Lilian, lead at front desk, is awesome) and great Dentists. For Ortho pmts, they only had Wednesdays for a while, but they offered a 2nd day per week eventually. Some of my appointment days have been overbooked, but also make it easy to reschedule, when you need to request. They have a great environment for kids as well.

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IF YOU HAVE A CHILD DONT TAKE THEM TO THESE UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE DOCTORS! THEY RUSHED ON EVERYTHING THEY HAD TOO DO FOR MY 5 YEAR OLD CHILD RHAT WAS SCARED AND IT WAS HER FIRST TIME. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, MY DAUGHTER HAD A CROWN CAP DONE OVER A CAVITY BY THEM AND I TOOK HER TOO ANOTHER DENTIST A MONTH LATER WITH DIFFERENT COMPLICATIONS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT SMILEY DENTAL IS NOT MEANT FOR KIDS. THEY MESSED UP ON HER CROWN AND CAUSED HER TOOTH NEXT TO HER CROWN TO BREAK AND NOW SHE HAS TO GET MORE WORK DONE TO FIX THERE MISTAKES IN MY 5 YEAR OLDS MOUTH!!!! NO 5 YEAR OLD SHOULD HAVE TOO GO THROUGH ANY OF THIS. I AM BEYOND HURT AND FURIOUS. SAVE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE LITTLE CHILDREN.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this location since 2023 and when I say they're the BEST they truly are. The staff is amazing, professional, kind and willing to help you whenever they can. Also don't try to forget about an appointment as the staff is on point to remind you. Dr. Michelle is the BOMB!!!! She does wonders with the dental tools. Unless my insurance is no longer accepted Herr I will continue to come back and refer my friends to do so as well.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of going to the dentist and it’s even harder trying to get my Mom to go. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Vu and his dental assist. Dr. Vu made my Mom felt so comfortable and catering to her needs making sure she didn’t leave without feeling rush or not satisfy. I would recommend him to anyone over and over again. He’s the best!!!

Negative experience: I would never recommend it his clinic to anyone. I had my kids in this clinic for about 3 years but all they got brushed their teeth, my little son’s and a daughter’s teeth were completely decayed and turned black and needed filings and crowns but they never ever even referred them to a specialist. As a changed their dentist, they not only filled their teeth but did put crowns on six teeth of each of my kids. I wish I would have changed them before of or even never took my kids to this clinic.

Negative experience: This place has no patience for autistic children, they just refer you out to a specialist to finish the appointment. do not recommend, your kids deserve better. The dental assistant that was patient with our kid and talking to him, thank you find a place that appreciates you.

Negative experience: I’m upset, I were asking the assistant who’s working on my son’s braces. Boss jumped in said I can’t ask questions every visit. cause they have many patients, no time to answers. At beginning of this process, they made us go back and forth 4,5 trips wasted because they lacked tracking their schedules. Now my last question is: Is it possible to cancel this in the middle and will other dentists will take over from here?” But I can’t open my mouth ask any one here. ‍♀️ any one had same experiences, pls advise

Negative experience: went there for a root canal paid $29 dollars, Training shoes technician, dentist that treated me like a fast food order, they did not even mention that they could not even do root canals there, give me the wrong # to root canal specialist and had to call this office for the right number. Awful experience from start to finish and never coming back here. Waist of $29 dollars!

Despite the fact that the issue wasn't his mistake, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled seamlessly. The service provided was top-notch, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and care exhibited by Dr. Navarro and the entire team at Smiley Dental. I highly recommend this dental practice for their outstanding service and commitment to patient satisfaction.

Positive experience: parking was hard to get, The appointment we had did us no good because 45 minutes after the appointment I got called back to sit and wait even more but the treatment I received was good and the staff was nice.

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever. I’ve been coming here for over 12 years. There is no point in scheduling appointments because they always have you waiting 30-45 minutes to get called back after your scheduled appointment. And then it’s just more waiting to even see someone. They don’t care or value patients time and think that people just have their whole day dedicated to sitting at the dentist.

Negative experience: Do not get braces here. Will most like have my braces on for over 5 years. Had since middle school, still have as college student. The orthodontist is not the one working on you, assistants will. Appointment times are useless, will have to wait in office for over an hour. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible office staff....take them 30min after our appointment to get started...I never see the actual doctor working on patients...this is worry some...PLEASE REPORT IT TO THE MEDICAL BOARD...one of the assistants barely speak clear English and have no training in adjusting braces.... Orthodontist only work on FRIDAY...do not use this company!!!!!!need to be zero rating !!!

Negative experience: If you have private insurance and/or paying out of pocket, stay away! This place treats every patient like their using Medicaid to get their braces. I was referred by my co-workers thinking this place would be a great place of service but found out it’s horrible. My front teeth were even until one of the dental assistants tightened my braces causing one tooth to move forward while the other was where it was originally. When I went back, I explained to the assistant what happened and was told it’ll be straightened before having my braces removed. The visit before my braces were removed, the assistant asked if there was anything I didn’t like, I told her my front teeth were uneven and my front tooth hasn’t aligned with the other yet. She told me to make the doctor aware when I return to have my braces removed. The day I got my braces removed, I expressed my concern to the assistant who took impressions for my retainers. I asked about the permanent retainer I paid for during my initial consultation. She told me, I wouldn’t be getting any permanent retainers and would have to use the removable retainers for 6 months. I told her I paid out of pocket for permanent and asked if she had my chart so she could verify. She told me she’s going to check. Upon her return, she stated that I will get a permanent retainer for my bottom teeth. I asked will my teeth be whitened, she said no. I stated I was willing to pay to have my teeth whitened. She left, returning with the dentist who preceded to tell me there’s no perfect teeth like those pictures on the wall and if I wanted them, I should consider getting veneers. I told him why would I replace my healthy teeth for veneers especially when I don’t need them. He laughed it off but at this point I was pissed. His assistant told me I was due for a cleaning which I declined saying I’d find a dentist who would not only care about and correct my concerns but also doesn’t treat every patient visiting that office like their getting governmental assistance! BTW, it seems as if this location is a training facility because I rarely got the same dental assistant.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous since it had been a while to be in a dental office. The young man taking X-rays was very nice and was mentioning step by step of what he was going to do. The dentist was very polite and explained all the work needed. I was very impressed by all the up to date equipment to make my visit feel pleasant. ❤️

Negative experience: This is the utter and most disrespectful dentist place I've ever been to, the staff doesn't care about you, the receptionist always are rude and have attitude, the worst part was when I need to get my braces tightened and the dentist lady checked and she said "Eww" when she was adjusting my braces just because she saw a piece of food particle. I can't help that it was there... If you do not like you're and you consider it "Ew" then it's time for you to find another job. I would give this place a ZERO RATING, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, the worst experience ever.

Negative experience: I’ve been here twice this year and both times even with an appointment the wait time is ridiculous. Also on both times the cords that are needed to connect the X-ray gun to the computer weren’t working. They tried wiggling, twisting, bending the cord u til finally the gf to go find a different cord to connect. On one of my visits mid service we had to switch seats. . I like going to a dentist where they talk you through the procedure, that didn’t happen here. However my Dr did ask throughout if I were ok. Lastly beware that it looks like this is a clinic full of teenagers! I was a little reluctant knowing that it looked like I was about to be a Guinea pig. Almost all of their assistants look very young. By all means I’m thrilled that these “students” are getting started early and of course we have to start somewhere. It can be good having fresh eyes on your mouth.

I was so insecure about my teeth entering high school because of a permanent stain. Long story short , I was able to get them fixed my first year of my career! Now my 15 year old goes here and again, quality treatment. Great customer service too!

Negative experience: This place was amazing at first, as time passed not so much! I’m literally paying for 3 sets of braces ($$), not cheap at all.. I go 1 day a doctor tells me I need a X-ray for $30 I’m like huh! I couldn’t get it due to being pregnant at the time..(so on that day no bottom braces) fast forward took my kids back, another doctor told me I didn’t have to get an x-ray! (I could have gotten my bottom braces) “I’ve been mad ever since because I’m still on the first stage a year later” smh! recently had my baby, still no bottom braces called set up an appointment hopefully I get them or I’m going a different route. I really don’t recommend braces at all…

I used to be made fun of because of my teeth but Dr Navarro made me have a strong jaw and now people ask why I even need to come here. If you need an orthodontist he is the doctor to trust with your simile.

The front desk receptionist Briza answered all my questions as well with ease and made the process smooth of scheduling me according to my busy work schedule. Recently im assuming they change the orthodotics team but the wait takes for ever. I ask for permission during work to come since i cannot schedule appointments Saturdays. Very nice people its just you spend more time waiting then what they actually do to your teeth
