Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly. I had one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: First, I had some new dentures made which took 3 weeks to get finished. Fine. I recently went back to have my lower partial repaired and I was told the entire denture had to be replaced instead of fixing what I had. Lastly, I made appointment for the following Wednesday to do the above procedure but when I called to reschedule, I wasn't on the schedule. I cannot recommend Alameda Dental.

Fantastic experience: A few days ago I shared with my husband that I needed to go to the dentist. He told me I had to go to his dentist. He has serious dental anxiety and if he was referring, I knew they must have been good. I called them and made an appointment. I arrived early to my appointment and they got me in right on time. Everyone on the staff was very helpful, people oriented and ensured I was comfortable and questions were answered. Dr. Faizi came in and explained what was going on with my mouth and what he recommended. They explained the fees for the work I needed done. I was pleased with the reasonableness of their pricing. I have been to dentist before that are strictly about selling you a service you don't need. This office clearly know how to treat people. Dr. Faizi referred me to an Oral Surgeon for my procedure. They called and got me an appointment for the same day. SERVICE is who they are!! My husband was right!! This is the office everyone should experience from the start of their oral health journey.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anna, Hannah, and the entire staff are all Awesome! I was so scared, I have major anxiety issues, but they were easily subsided! I was given options for my comfort, options for my treatment plan, and even gave me treatment and billing options to maximize my benefits, and allow me to make the best cost effective decisions for my benefits. Dr. Anna did not go for big money treatment that I have experienced with other dentist. She let me make the decision , gave me a more cost effective option, with a much shorter timeline, with the same, if not better results! The care, empathy, and nonjudgmental atmosphere is just AMAZING! And the customer service, and the attention given to each customer, is one that I have not witnessed in quite some time. And the Billing Manager, KNOWS what she is doing, and gives you a clear guided path BEFORE they start! I never posted that. Now puts been a few years and I am so gallo with my results. It’s like a family atmosphere, I laugh through most of the appt and look forward to going back. Almost done. Some changes in staff but Dr Anna, front desk, and the billing manager all still there! And even though they don’t know the difference between Ted and burnt orange, I still trust them with my smile! Thank you all! I was pleasantly surprised!!! Thank you so much!!!

Negative experience: The dentist spoke Russian with the staff loudly had a heavy accent, making it hard to understand her. The atmosphere was off, with Russian flags everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place; the dentist was quite rude. i asked her about implant but she had attitude !

They are clear and direct communicators, and I never had to guess about what I needed or what it would cost. Fantastic experience: I was referred to your practice by our neighbors, Greg and Linda Vonfeldt. My appointment was for a second opinion about a grafting procedure for gum recession. Dr. Anna and Grace (I hope I have her name correct) were both wonderful! In fact I'm thinking of switching to Alameda Dental. My questions were answered with time given to answer them completely. And I received a referral to Dr. Yagudayev for a second opinion as to whether or not a grafting procedure is necessary for treatment of gum recession. Thanks so much!!

Fantastic experience: I had my dental crown pop off on Thursday. Friday, I went to the office on Alameda. A Gentleman named Victor told me that the office was closed. He listened to my issue and called Dr Faizi. Dr Zia Faizi took care of me. I’m a US Army Veteran and the service and respect was OUTSTANDING. If you’re a military veteran looking for a dental office that cares LOOK NO FURTHER. Thank you so very much for your support!

Fantastic experience: I plan to go back, but I was a little disappointed. I knew what all needs to be done, but I still wanted the basic cleaning and I didn't get that. And no meds to help the infection that I have?. I'll be in tomorrow thought for my deep cleaning. Update thank you Dr for explaining better. Today will be a better day so 5 stars

Negative experience: I had previously been a big fan of this office. However, a recent experience has changed my opinion. At my last hygiene appointment, I was advised to schedule my next visit around my baby's delivery. Now 6 months postpartum, finding time has been challenging with a newborn and work. I had to reschedule a recently booked appointment due to these demands. The receptionist's response when I called was surprisingly rude, questioning my reason for rescheduling. I found this unprofessional, as adults should be able to reschedule without needing to justify their reasons. Furthermore, I was told I should have been charged a cancellation fee due to their busy schedule. While I would have understood the fee, the dismissive tone was unacceptable. I will not be rescheduling. It's a shame, as I had previously considered this an excellent office.

Fantastic experience: Best dental visit I've ever had . Very helpful to me . I had an emergency broke my tooth while eating. They got me in same day very friendly very informative on what was going on with my tooth and the procedure options along with insurance coverage and out of pocket cost. The doctor had a sure hand made sure I was comfortable during the removal of my tooth gave me instructions on care for after took very good care during procedure and after. 5 stars would 100 percent recommend to anyone coming from someone that hates going to dentist. Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with my visits to Alameda Dental for all my dental work. They have been my dentist for 9 years, even after moving to Arvada, where I tried and had no luck finding honest work and reasonable rates. Dr. Khmil, Dr Faizi, and the rest of their staff has repeatedly earned my respect. They provide gentle dentistry, from crowns, fillings and root canals, all of which I have had completed there. I can't say enough good things about this office!!

Fantastic experience: Great office. Went in for an annual check up and other future services. The staff there is really accommodating. Provided me some estimates on what they recommend and no pressure to get them done. Also very clean and well maintained facility. They work with you on your insurance and ensure that it’s acceptable even prior to getting to your appointment.

Negative experience: My first visit was wonderful. I was told I have many cavities and that my previous fillings needed to be fixed. I was told in my second visit they would only do the right side of my mouth and I would have to come in on a second visit for my left side and my mouth guard fit. The 3rd visit they only fixed part of my left side and I was told I needed ANOTHER visit to do the bottom teeth. This was all supposed to take place before the end of the year. I was told that if it went into the new year I would not have to pay a new deductible since I already paid for EVERYTHING my first visit ( over $1000) I came in for my last visit, in the new year, and was told I needed to pay deductible by a different office worker, Carol. I asked for them to check with the doctor because of my previous discussion with the dentist. ( A nice customer who was in the office at the time, slipped me the name of a difference practice, on a sticky note, which I will be contacting.) I was told that the dentist doesn’t understand insurance, which this being her business I find very disrespectful as this is her boss she is talking about. I also have a tooth that is extremely sensitive and I was told it just needed to be filled more and to come back AGAIN if It still hurts however, I would like my money back for it!!! I tried on my new mouth guard and the dental assistant (who was extremely nice) asked the doctor to come see it ( this was a different dentist then the one who had been originally helping me) told the assistant that I am fine and that he didn’t need to check it. I am extremely disappointed in this practice. This was my fourth appointment already! The fact that they couldn’t eat a $50 copay and after I had already paid for the entire service is extremely disappointing. This is not the type of customer service any practice should be given. I shouldn’t have even been asked to paid upfront. I would not recommend this practice to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, I'm 18 and I was very afraid of getting my teeth worked on. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. The receptionist and the staff were amazing when i walked in. Dr. Zia Faizi was great also. The Dr. And I made a good connection and I immediately felt comfortable after asking many questions. Negative experience: I would have given it 5 stars for the positive experience I had with Dr.Zia. He was very compassionate and explained everything very well. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience wasn’t so positive.The dental assistant who initially took my mouth x-rays seemed very brusque and not personable. Even though I was one of the first appointments that morning (I scheduled this so I wouldn’t need to take time off of work) they ended up pushing back my appointment in favor of seeing some other guy who was making a fuss. I waited in the chair for another 40 minutes before the dentist saw me and explained the reason for the wait. By the end of it all, I didn’t even get a cleaning because I ran out of time and had to head into work, and the prescription didn’t get sent to the pharmacy for me to pick up. They also told me they would split some future dental work between multiple appointments and couldn’t give a health reason as to why. I came away feeling like I would be getting nickeled and dimed. I hate to leave a negative review because some of them were very nice people. It just wasn’t a good fit for me.

Fantastic experience: No one likes the dentist, but this is one you will. I had wiadom teeth removed and a root canal done by the fine staff here generaly not fun things to have done, however the staff here made it no worse than a trip to the DMV. The entire staff are friendly and very responsive to your needs. If you need dental work done these are the people to go to.

Positive experience: The front desk staff was not very courteous when I was attempting to get my teeth cleaning scheduled. The dentist seemed knowledgeable and she was emphatic and I liked her. They are willing to get you in immediately to do X-rays and an initial visit. However to set up treatment and cleaning they want you to wait 2 weeks +to come back. I was rudely advised it is a really “busy office”, but that was not the impression I got when I called to set up my initial visit, they got me in the next day! The lack of professionalism to schedule the next visit was frustrating for a person who will have to take off work to go to several appointments; cleaning, extraction, referral appointment and 5k out of pocket expenses. For consumer convenience they should clean the teeth at the initial visit to make it was easier on professionals that need to be at work. I understand appointments and I also understand billing for visits. I’m disappointed because I liked the dentist, but the scheduler was rude and so I will take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Is it weird to be obsessed with my dentist? I have a good amount of gum issues and have STRUGGLED over the years to find a great dentist. Holy cow did I find it. The staff is so friendly, so helpful, and clearly care about their patients. They took the time to truly understand me and my specific needs. Positive experience: No one has reached out to me via email like they said they would to give me a plan with pricing. I have to say my 1st appointment was not impressive at all, the dentist's assistant kept walking in into the room when the dentist was talking to me it seemed like everybody needed something from him and i did not feel like he was truly focused on what was supposed to be my quality time with him. Also his assistant was too raw she would not tell me what she expected me to do and just assumed i knew what she wanted me to do, she did not mind saying stuff like this piece is going in your mouth open wide or whatever.

Not only did I encounter the worst and rudest customer service, but they also engaged in unethical practices. The staff tried to bribe customers by offering Starbucks cards in exchange for positive Google reviews. This manipulative tactic only further highlighted their lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against choosing Alameda Dental. Their disrespectful treatment, exorbitant prices, and attempts to manipulate reviews raise serious concerns about their ethics and commitment to quality care. Seek out a dental office that prioritizes transparency and genuine patient satisfaction instead.

Negative experience: This company and their employees are more on the side of making money than actually treating the public. They will make you wait for a PAID appointment just to tell you to come back another time. Unprofessionalism at its finest. Charged for a service I didn’t get and the manager was rude and nasty about it. If you don’t like people, why get into the business of servicing the public? Charging someone for a service they didn’t get is insane but that’s what you have to deal with when they’re ONLY in it for the money! Horrible experience in Aurora, CO and will be cautious about any company I do business with moving forward in this city.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Alameda Dental for over 2 years now. I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is very nice, helpful and accommodating. This is the best dentist I have been to and I recommend everyone I know to start coming here.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a great experience!! Staff is extremely friendly, love my new dentist Dr Anna, Iam one that is terrified of the experience, but not here!!! Made me feel comfortable and very relaxing. If you need a dentist I highly reccomendd Alameda Dental!! This is Family here, they make sure you are comfortable and they explain the process of your procedure. Just make your appt and walk in the door, I promise you won't be disappointed!!! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Alameda Dental through a friend. They are so welcoming & really make you feel comfortable. The fact they offer their own in dental discount plan is amazing for those without insurance. I was nervous leaving my previous dentist which I had for a long time but due to me relocating I needed a closer dentist. I am so happy I ended up with Alameda Dental & I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for years after I hadn’t been since I was a teenager. The staff is great and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The work they have done to me is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient for over three years and has always had a great experience. Today I called for an emergency appointment due to extreme pain from a cavity I neglected to take care of. I’ve been working all day on my insurance stating it’s inactive. My HR printed out paperwork stating I do indeed have active insurance. I began checking in for my appointment the front desk lady brought up my insurance. I explained we have been working on it all day and from the back room I assumed to be the office manager, was talking loudly regarding my insurance. Then came around the corner and stated my policy number and group number may have changed. She didn’t have time to deal with this and I had second insurance if Cigna denies claim, they can bill my secondary. I sat down to wait for my appointment and here comes the office manager with a print out from CIGNA saying I had inactive insurance and that she wouldn’t bill Cigna. She created a very unwelcoming environment. I ended up canceling my appointment. This is very frustrating as this was an emergency appointment.

Fantastic experience: Alameda Dental is a very professional, kind and happy team. they are very considerate of all aspects of your dental needs. They prepare you with the estimates and what needs to be done and help make sure you are comfortable with the procedure at the time. I would recommend Alameda Dental to anyone who needs dental work and they can take care of everyone in your family.

Fantastic experience: A place is only as good as their front desk staff, and you can tell about it by how they treat and greet you at the door. The front desk girl, Bridget was super welcoming and she was very polite. As soon as I walked in, she didn’t make me feel like I had walked into an empty place. The rest of the place was overall great too!

Negative experience: My first experience with then was ok. I worked with Dr. Anna who likes to talk about herself but gave a good relaxed energy. After realizing what I do now. They probably were in it for the money.. or was either lazy or unintelligent. There is no good excuse really. Dr. Anna said I needed 2 root canals. One of the teeth had a line in the X-ray. She could not figure out if it was a fracture or not. (This should of been a red flag) because then she says the guy doing my root canal will see if its a fracture when he begins the root canal. So i ago ahead with the root canals, he didn't say anything or really seemed to care about the possible fracture. He was not personable at all. So fast forward, my tooth was hurting and really sensitive, (I couldn't even brush it) so they adjusted my bite the most they possibly could. When that didn't help then the root canal just needed to heal.... Well a year later, there is a foot trap and pain that has persisted. So i went in trying to just get it pulled. I saw some guy that told me not to jump to pulling but to see a specialist to find out whats going on.. (just more $$$). I was so annoyed so went to comfort dental. In a matter of seconds the doctor numbs me up and finds the fracture with just a tool. No fancy machines or X-rays. And pulled the tooth because there was a fracture! The amount of money wasted on a crown and root canal and just simply not caring at all about getting to the bottom of my pain was so disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Great dentists. I had a root canal today and it was quick and painless. Best root canal experience I have ever had. I have never liked going to the dentist, but they have put me at ease. The tech that did my cleaning explained everything before she did it. All around great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a dentist before and was never looking forward to visiting one due to hearing horror stories from friends and family. I am glad I went to Alameda Dental. The doctors and staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of all of my dental needs and I can confidently recommend them to anyone. Throughout the entire process (deep cleaning and a couple of fillings) they made me feel comfortable and never felt like they were being judgemental about the state of my teeth. I appreciate everything they have done for my wife and I and I will continue to visit them for all of my dental work. I no longer feel embarrassed about my smile.

Fantastic experience: I have had so many problems with dentist's in my life, i quit going to them. But that catches up to you at some point and it did for me. After not seeing a dentist in over 30 yrs I came across Alameda Dental. I had a tooth abcessed and had me in super bad pain. Not only did they help me with that but explained to me every step of the way what needed to be done to get my mouth healthy again. They made sure i was comfortable and at ease through every procdure we have had to do. Do not let your fears of the dentist stop you, these guys are the greatest and if i could give them 6 stars I would. We ended up having to pull a few of my teeth and even then they were so careful and compassionate. I am so glad to finally have a dentist I can trust. Give these dentists a chance, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I need to express my gratitude for Angel and her team. I had an issue with a tooth and it needed to be pulled. Problem was I am from out of state as I am visiting family here in Colorado. Not only were they able to get me in within 24 hrs, they were able to tackle the issue head on. My mouth is more complex than the average person and its a struggle for me to find dentist and assistants that listen to me fully and take at least some suggestions to heart. Not only did they listen and do what I suggested but they showed genuine care overall. If I ever have another dental issue while out here in Colorado visiting family I will definitely come back. Again, Thank you to the whole team :-)

Fantastic experience: Went in after being referred here by a friend for a root canal/general dental care and it couldn’t have gone better! My last experience with a dentist was awful so I had a lot of nerves going in but the girls (especially Sienna, you rock girl) were SO sweet to me and walked me through every step and didn’t mind when I asked a thousand questions! Had my root canal a few days ago and was in and out in less than an hour and didn’t feel a single thing! (Felt EVERY bit of my last root canal with a prior dentist so nerves were an all time high going in). The specialist was so kind and frequently checked to make sure that I was okay and we had fun, casual conversation before and after the procedure. Absolutely can not recommend them ENOUGH to anyone with dental anxiety, and this will be my primary dentist from now on! Thank you all SO much for your care and attention to detail!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist after a bad experience with my last one. Lila was awesome and so friendly. Kept making sure I was ok because of my toothache. Staff is nice and professional. Glad I found this place, and they explained my options for getting the work I needed done.

Negative experience: their front desk (customer service) was good, check in went good as well, biggest complaint and the reason behind a low rating is because they have a great lack of communication. ive called their oral surgeons 5 times regarding a referral, for their office to tell me that I’m not in their system/ or a generic excuse to as why they can’t find my information. i then call alameda dental 2-3 times after my consultation to see what the confusion is, only to be given another run around every time. not worth the time.
