I was especially impressed with Anna, who identified a bacteria infection under my gums that I didn't know was going on since I had no pain. Fantastic experience: Good experience. No pain, very patient and professional staff and doctors. Naza was my assistant and I always ask for her She is the best. Dr. Marinakis is a great doctor and very personable. Takes time to talk and explain what is happening. My husband had a temporary crown fall out Sunday. I left a message and Monday morning got a call to come right in at 9:00 AM to fix it. We are very happy with Dr. Klooster and Dr. Marinakis for the last four years.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Klooster Dentistry in Holly Springs due to a lack of communication regarding my insurance coverage. When I initially filled out the paperwork over six months ago, I clearly indicated that I have Medicaid as my health insurance. However, I was only informed today just 48 hours before my scheduled appointment that they do not accept Medicaid. This last-minute notification has not only disrupted my plans but also left me feeling frustrated and saddened. I had been genuinely excited to work with their office, but this experience has left me questioning their professionalism and communication practices.

Negative experience: I had implants done at this office 14 months ago. I suffer from nerve, jaw and throat pain. I’m still having pain. It was confirmed by an UNC Orofacial Pain Dr. I was 69 at time of procedure. I never had a separate consultation about my health history and about risks involved. I filled out a general health questionnaire. 10 minutes before procedure I was asked to sign release of possible complications. I suggest anyone older get a consult with an oral surgeon and get a detailed consult before proceeding. It’s very important. This pain has been very very hard to live with. ****I would like to add comment on Dr ‘Klooster’s reply. Dr Klooster, I sent you a certified letter in August of 2024 shortly after my procedure detailing what I had been experiencing. NO REPLY from you. Not until I left this review over a year later did I hear from you. So Much for open communication.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the Klooster family enough for their support and care. After being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I struggled with the CPAP machine and just couldn’t tolerate it. That’s when I was introduced to the oral appliance, and it’s truly been a game changer. I’m finally sleeping better, with no more morning headaches or daytime drowsiness. I feel like myself again. This device has been a lifesaver!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had a crown come loose over the weekend after just moving to North Carolina from Florida. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful ensuring that I completed all the paperwork before my appointment so I would not have to wait. The dentist and the dental hygienist were extremely friendly and understanding. Highly recommend making an appointment if you are new to the area or unhappy with your current dentist. Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and l went in told them what l needed and they got the job done within an hour l chipped a tooth and the job was done l will definitely go to them again.

Negative experience: I was notified that someone from the office would call me for my consultation. The time had past and I myself called the office and someone other than who was supposed to call me spoke to me. For someone who has never experienced this sleep apnea dental gadget, she asks if I have any questions. Then when I was unable to afford the start up fee, I never heard from anyone and still have not heard from them. This was a red flag in my book.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Klooster and his staff provided outstanding service in my pursuit of a custom sleep apnea device to address my severe sleep apnea. I previously tried off-the-shelf devices which do not work consistently in the long run, if at all. I also evaluated other sources for a custom solution. Only Dr. Klooster was able to properly evaluate my needs, coordinate the necessary sleep test evaluations, effectively support and navigate the health insurance claims process and deliver a solution which completely eliminated my sleep apnea. This solution has been stable and sustained and has delivered substaintial quality of life and health benefits to me for a condition that was probably undiagnosed for at least 15 years. If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea or are experiencing unreasonable fatigue or other related issues, don't hesitate to contact Dr. Klooster's office.

Fantastic experience: The entire team has been a breath of fresh air. I've had a few procedures, including Invisalign, and each experience was as pleasant as it could be considering lol. I highly appreciate the administrative team proactively and patiently going through the insurance details, discussing the projected costs and scheduling my appointments in accordance with my insurance terms.

Fantastic experience: Even though I was skeptical at first Klooster dental resolved my snoring and sleep apnea with a dental appliance that gives me a good night sleep. My friends say they don’t hear me snore and I actually can now sleep through the night and breathe easier.

Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable right away. They were cracking jokes and just had a great vibe overall. Fantastic experience: Took my two kids (2.5 and 1 years old) to their first ever dentist appointment here. The service was unbelievable. They were seen right at the scheduled time of the appointment, and we were out of the office in 20 minutes total (quick look at the teeth and quick cleaning/brushing). They went out of their way to make the kids feel comfortable and happy - it just made the overall experience top notch. Would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, of all ages.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Megan talked to me as a person and didn't just lecture me about my teeth. She listened and turned down the pressure of the water on her instrument. It didn't hurt and my mouth was not sore for 2 weeks afterward like it usually is. Megan also recommended a toothpaste I like very much. My dentist listened and didn't try to pressure me into any procedures. I appreciated that very much.

I trust the advice received for recommended dental procedures. Those procedures are always completed with the utmost care. Recently lost a crown while on vacation. Really appreciated staff monitoring for a cancellation so I could return for repair and get back to my vacation! Update for 3/6/25….I continue to receive excellent annual care from this practice. Wanted to post again that this practice continues to provide excellent care. I have developed a unique dental condition that has required special cleanings, medication and additional visits. Dr. Meckler is amazing with what he does and takes his time to ensure you are thoroughly satisfied. I had a crown that needed resealing, and he went beyond that. He ensured my tooth cap fitted correctly and took time to ensure the chances it would not happen again. There was never a sense that he was in a hurry or had other things on his mind.

Fantastic experience: My wife introduced me to this dentist office. Being a guy that would rather rub some dirt on it and leave it alone, I was pretty hesitant to make the trip. Once my crown finally fell out from a repair I had done before I moved to North Carolina five years ago, I didn’t have a choice and made the trip. I was greeted by the most wonderful front desk team that I’ve experienced at a dentistry. The first woman’s name was Samantha and the other woman’s name was Beth. They make everyone feel comfortable that I watched walk through the door and Were pleasantly funny and witty. There was a third woman as well, who was also very sweet and I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name. I was taken back by two of the best dental assistance I’ve ever worked with Their names were Abbey and Summer. We swapped stories about our significant others and kids and made me feel right at home. I was seen by Dr. M who is Nice enough to let us call him that as his name is hard to pronounce and even harder to spell. I don’t want to say he was the best dentist I’ve seen because my last dentist In Cincinnati Was one of my best friends fathers But Dr. M is a close second :-). All pleasantries aside, All of the staff explained what they had to do with great detail and even though I forgot most of it did a fabulous job explaining what had to be done. I’m so thankful for the casting crew there helping me navigate the daunting task of going to the dentist. After trying two other dentist in Holly Springs, this place was far and away the place my family and I will continue to go to. Thanks so much! -Wes and Katie

I am happy I found this place. I needed crowns after implants and a cracked crown. I went in on 7/21; by 8/22, all three crowns were ready and in place.

Fantastic experience: What an incredibly wonderful experience I had with this dentist office today. Dr. Klooster, Nicole and all his staff were professional, personable and totally trustworthy. We moved to NC several years ago and have had an awful time finding a dentist that met our expectations. However, from my very first phone call to the office, to my consultation today, I was convinced that this office is exactly what we’ve been searching for. Everyone took the time to throughly explain the office procedures and practices, including insurance information, and made me feel truly welcomed too. I have slept with an oral appliance for over 10 years due to sleep apnea, therefore I was in need of a dentist who is trained in sleep apnea issues. And unfortunately the vast majority of dentists in this area are not. But that’s why I am head over heels to have found Dr. Klooster! From the minute that I met him I knew he was knowledgeable and competent, especially concerning sleep issues and oral appliances. But he was also extremely kind and gentle, so I’m really looking forward to being one of his patients. Since he also practices general dentistry I’ll be recommending that my entire family visits him too. I was that impressed!

Negative experience: Patient beware. I came here from the other location (which is wonderful) and was told on my first visit that I had a cavity. I asked to see the cavity to which the dentist said “it’s hard to see on the X-ray” the dentist also tried to get me to have it filled that day. Everything seemed off. I went back to the other location and there is no cavity.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to the practice by my hairdresser! Having relocated to the area recently was unhappy with the Dental practice I was using and venting to my hairdresser who suggested I visit Kloosters after the excellent experience she had there. I am so happy with the service I receive, from the informative front desk staff, professional friendly hygienists and excellent Dr. Marinakis, who has been outstanding. He has provided excellent customer care and treatment options whilst guiding me through the Invisalign process to fitting me in when I had a broken crown! I totally recommend Kloosters, the wait time at appointments is negligible and the friendly caring staff make visiting the dentist almost enjoyable!!!

Fantastic experience: Great practice. Everyone takes their time to fully answer and investigate all concerns and questions I had regarding my treatment, prevention and options. Their customer service is out of this world; there once was a mix-up regarding my treatment and what was covered by insurance and whether or not it was 'necessary' and not only did they waive the fee, but completed the treatment plan as they thought it was in my best interest. Another time I had a crown done and after the procedure i told them it felt fine, but later that week as I started eating different foods that would require different chewing I noticed it began clicking sometimes; I called in and they set me up with an appointment the next day and fixed the issue immediately, no charge. I also bring my 8 year old here and they're great with him. 5/5 would reccomend.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment today for a cleaning . In the past Dr Klooster and staff recommended deep cleaning . I was not receptive at all. The hygienist gave me info that was easily to understand with pictures . She was very attentive , professional In her manner , not pushy but did tell me it is needed at this time . Dr Klooster saw my teeth and agreed, further explain what will happen. Of course I then agreed. The financial person worked hard in getting me booked before my retirement and insurance changes. I am always content and my teeth feel Better after each cleaning for Many years .
