Fantastic experience: They treated me very well today. I came in with a cracked tooth and my gums had flared up but once they gave me a better dosage of antibiotics and ibuprofen I was feeling way much better. All the women that work there was so nice. I will be back shortly to get my tooth attracted. At first I was kind of nervous because they gave me a shot to numb all the pain I was feeling today but it’s because I hate needles, didn’t feel a thing.

Negative experience: “The treatment I received was unsatisfactory. The crowns placed were not aesthetically pleasing, and the overall result was flawed. Because of this, I will be forced to spend thousands more dollars with another professional to repair the damage. I do not recommend this clinic due to its lack of quality and responsibility.”

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely impressed for the professionalism of all the staff. The assistance was very careful while taking the rx. Then, Dr. Nieto was very transparent explaining the issues and how can be solved; and even though some repairs in my teeth are very old she rather not to touch them if they don't bother me. After this I had the cleaning. I almost got asleep. I was so relaxed. Patricia took her time in the process and ended educating me how the right way to brush my teeth is to avoid traumatizing my gums. She is amazing! I felt confident from the very beginning. That is priceless when it comes to health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Phan is the best. He is very attentive while treating you. He explains everything in detail. I had a new dentist office open 5 minutes from my house, but I'd rather drive the 40 minutes to be treated by him and the Parkway Dental staff. Also the Dental Hygenist Claudia is awesome. She is very gentle and caring. You can tell that she loves her job by the way that she takes her time while working on your mouth. I would be lying if I said that I look forward to going to the dentist, but I'm NOT lying in saying that both of these people as well as as the rest of the staff definitely make that visit 100 times easier and also always send me home with a smile on my face.

I travel from East Orlando to Kissimmee with joy to see the team as they have helped me keep by teeth healthy.

Negative experience: This dentist office it’s a scam I went there and took my whole family plus I also refer more people to go there since the service was good , after I received the service paid my deductible , then later they sent me a bill stating that my insurance didn’t cover which it’s not true I called my insurance they told me they cover all the fees , that I already paid my deductible. Also they offered me $25 dollars gift card for every persons I recommend which it’s totally false , it’s been 5 months and I haven’t received any gift card for the referral. Please pay attention to the review before go there totally disappointed.

Positive experience: Hi, it’s my first time going to the dental clinic the first time it’s was good service they explained everything and take care of me with respect. But today I went to my second appointment for a dental procedure with Dr Nieto and her assistant they were great and explained everything during the procedure , also answer all questions , but after the surgery was done they supposed to provide me with dental rinse to clean up after the surgery since my mouth had a weird taste of the stuff they put out for my dental implants . However I went out the room thinking they bring out to get it done but they totally forgot, I stayed outside for over 10 minutes waiting to someone at the front desk to let them know and the same dental assistance came said I will have someone assist you and no one came . Afterwards it’s kind of disappointing because they were still staff members in the office at least for kindness they would’ve had help me with my concern since a payed the whole service a week in advance.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly, caring and professional. They were able to get me in fast for a bad tooth, even though you could tell they were busy and I wasn't one of their customers. The dentist explained to me the options I had. They showed me the cost of both options up front. I was expecting a higher bill with what I felt was extra work, but the bill was same as quoted, which is a nice surprise these days. Definitely will be returning.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this office for about two years now after switching from Greenberg, and my experience has been excellent. The facility is professional and clean, and the doctors are gentle, patient, and take the time to guide patients, answer questions thoroughly, and explain each step of the process. I also appreciate that they offer payment plans, which makes treatment more accessible. The only reason I did not give a full five stars is due to one staff member at the front desk. Her tone has made me feel uncomfortable on two separate occasions, and comes off a bit rude than welcoming. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way, and while I truly hope things improve for her, it is not a good look for the office. Aside from that, the overall care, professionalism, and gentleness at this office have been outstanding, and I am very satisfied with my decision to switch.

Negative experience: Wont let me give no stars . I had a cleaning Appointment recently scheduled for 9am at their expansion suite got there at 8:50 got my cleaning done around 9:40 was told to go to the original suite for exam and see the doctor . I sat there from 9:40am and was called in the back around 10:20am . I told them this is taking a while that I had a newborn home girl that did exam said we all have things going On . Did my exam with her seems like she was new she needed assistant after taking like 20 pictures she said wait for doctor that was around 11:02am . This place has time management issues and need more dentists to see patients . They seem to overbook and only have 1 dentist to see everyone . I walked Out because I was already there for 3 hours .

Negative experience: I did not like the hygienist Maria, she was too rough and she scratched my gum. She did use the fluorite treatment that I paid or instead she used a sample. I think I should be reimbursed my 22$. She would be a good reason why people wouldn’t want to get cleaning done. I told front desk rep never to schedule me with her again

Their automated system sent text reminders about my appointment, which was very helpful for me. No complaints.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever! After calling around to many dentist offices Parkway Dental was able to fit me in asap same day (which is what I needed). From the check in to check out they were phenomenal. The lady in the front who checked me in was very sweet and professional. She set a great tone for the appointment. I was taken back pretty fast. Once in the chair we went over all the options having 3 cracked teeth ,which to my surprise fit my budget They got straight to work. I can’t stop smiling now!!! The Dr was so nice and so was her assistant. I can’t say enough how great the DR was and her work !! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a dentist!!!!

Initially I arrived due to an urgent matter and even-though that day it was full, they were so kind to squeeze me in. I was evaluated by Dr Nguyen, what an amazing doctor. She was kind, professional and very thorough, never had such a complete dental evaluation. The staff and the doctor did everything in their power to get me an appointment that would be feasible for me to assist despite my constraints in time. During my procedure, Dr. Nguyen explained me step by step what she was doing, always making sure I was doing well and that I was not in pain. She even called me the next week to check on me. Today I went back. My hygienist was excellent! She was very gentle, professional, explained me everything I needed to do to have an excellent dental care. Finally the staff that checked me out were also very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful of finding this practice and the care they provide. Thanks for caring!

Negative experience: I came for regular cleaning today. They refused to do next regular cleaning, but wanted to do deep cleaning for $$$. One of my teeth filling come off during cleaning. So I ask dentist to fix my filling . Dentist gave me the treatment plan not cover tooth color filling, and he want me to come back next week to fill the hole. He recommended me to buy over counter temporary repair filling the hole now. I ask dental teams should verify my plan for the tooth color filling ,but they refuse. I know my insurance cover tooth color filling, they lie to me not cover. I reviewed my EOB and called my insurance , they confirm me my plan do not have filling downgrade . My filling are covered at 80% tooth color filling. I try to call the Dental team back but they do not want to answer the phone . I decided not to go back to fix my filling. I can not trust them after this careless .Dentist can overdo it on x-rays, drill for fictitious cavities and end up need root canal and clown.
