Fantastic experience: Best Dental clinic I've been to. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The only Dental service I will go to.

Fantastic experience: The professional attitude in this entire office has always been great! The skill of the dental assistant and Dr Thompson was also excellent.

Positive experience: Very very clean was my first impression. The three girls on the front desk were adorable and a lot of fun to chat with. The dental tech was very thorough and gave me complete confidence that she absolutely knew what she was doing. The doctor was calm, relaxed and put me a complete ease. The one shortcoming that I saw was lesser quality products you send a patient home with than my previous two dentist. You did not have the needle floss and I’ve always been given That plus a much larger tube of toothpaste, My requirement has always been an extra soft or extra gentle toothbrush, which you do not carry. But I would definitely give you 3 1/2 stars out of five I will go back as a follow up patient

Fantastic experience: I went in for a one off filling. It got complicated, but they were really good about making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Also really appreciate it that they saw me and fixed my tooth all in the same visit. Most other dentists would’ve required at least the two appointments to do the same thing they did in one.

Negative experience: Least painful dental cleaning I’ve had, two crowns, a root canal, and they’re doing great with my new partials so far* *First picture is of my original partial with a broken tooth. The following pictures are of my new partial that have had the broken tooth included..so there’s that… **Appreciate your revised “Appreciate the review” response instead of the follow up call I was told I’d be receiving concerning your blatant mistake in making these. You’re doing great here.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for 1:45 today . Because of a snafu my appointment was changed. The folks at the front desk went out of their way to accommodate me right away. As a result I was seen almost immediately and finished at the time of my original appointment! Many thanks to the front desk and the entire team at Hillrise. I will return!!

Fantastic experience: Another good visit at Hillrise Dental today. This time was for a cleaning with another member of the staff. My usual person had the day off. The person's name was George, and he did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth without scaring me away. It sppears Dr. Thompson manages to find some of the best personnel in Las Cruces. I'll keep going back to Hillrise Dental.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in with a massive 2 tooth infection my anxiety was guickly comforted by a great and caring staff. Dr. Patel DDS used every bit of her knowledge and presented me with reasonable treatment options. I settled for extractions. She worked very hard and was always on top of my comfort and pain threshold. We both weathered thru the treatment I selected and I walked out of their facility knowing I had achieved the best of everything by going to Hillrise Dental for my dental emergency. Negative experience: I’ve gone here twice and both experiences weren’t very good. Although the staff was friendly, the work wasn’t. It seems like all the staff may be new or this could be a start of dentistry. The first time I went, I noticed the tech and the doctor were a bit aggressive. Not hurting me but working harder than I’ve ever had previous dentists do. I contemplated not going back but I decided to give it one more try & made the decision to never be go back. This last time I went, I felt like I was drowning in water/saliva as he was cleaning my teeth, I couldn’t tell the difference. He kept going back and forth multiple times between my teeth when cleaning instead of going from one side to the other. And at another point, he opened my mouth so wide, it hurt and I pushed his arm out of the way. And when he flossed my teeth, he didn’t floss both sides, just quick in & out.

Fantastic experience: Hillrise Dental does an excellent job with my oral care. They are very polite, and I was able to get my annual cleaning done in under an hour. The dental hygienist is meticulous and gentle. I experienced no discomfort during the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dt Thompson convinced me not to do the denture because he felt it would hurt my other teeth more than helping. He suggested that we do a bridge but it’s too expensive for me right now.

My personal case I had been dealing with for years & they told me I could handle it myself. However that was not the case. My first visit & they were on it! My husband will be switching from kids Kare & having his first appointment in October.

Fantastic experience: Dr Corey Thompson and the Dental Hygienist, Laura, were excellent. I happy I made the switch from Gentle Care to Hillrise Dental. I also like the handheld X-ray devices. Makes Dental X-rays faster and less need to take repeat X-rays.

Fantastic experience: The minute I walked in I was greeted. Wait time was short. My dental assistant was friendly , helpful polite. She and the doctor made sure I was comfortable before my procedure. After my procedure my dental assistant went over my instructions easy for me to understand . During check out Hilleise staff continued helping me in a friendly and helpful manner . Hands Down Hillrise Dental is the best!!!!

Negative experience: I've been going to Hillrise Dental for a few years, but this last visit will be my last. During my visit last week, I received an "exam" from a dentist I've never met; the "exam lasted all of 30 seconds. I wonder how much he gets to charge my insurance for the "exam." The hygienist was also someone I've never met and I was offended beyond words. He used his hands to forcibly move my head back and forth, instead of asking me to tilt my head as he needed it. Perhaps I didn't understand his directions, because he mumbled unintelligibly behind his mask. The clerks at the front desk were rude beyond belief. There has been a billing error for the last six months, but when I try to explain it to them I've been told to "stop talking" or I've been given a hand sign to STOP. They can tell me that I owe them money, but I'm not allowed to explain to them what the problem is. I will now find a new dental organization.

I'm not even sure why I stopped going, because they are so nice and they don't try to push a bunch of extra services and become a med spa like some dental offices. They just want to take care of your teeth and you as a person. I really appreciate that!

Fantastic experience: The whole experience has been wonderful! I had an appointment on a day when we had severe wind advisories, and when I called to cancel I was NOT charged for changing my appointment. The staff are dear, the place is clean and bright, and I have no complaints at all!!!

I had a friend that her current practice stopped taking their insurance and the office staff quickly looked into it and scheduled her visit. Today’s appointment was a cleaning only and this is my second visit and I very happy here. Really like my hygienist, he treats me with respect and no one here talks down to me. .

Fantastic experience: At this dental practice, it seems to me that the emphasis is on caring for the patient. At other dental offices I’ve used, the emphasis seemed to be on making money. At Hillrise all the staff seem genuinely caring, and the practitioners are perfectionists!
