Fantastic experience: It took me a while to get my teeth done because I had severe anxiety and a bad experience with another dentist. But Dr that pulled my teeth was awesome. He talked me through it and was very patient. And I got my first adjustment done today and they fit great And I'm bad with names but the Dr that did mine walks with a cane. Just fyi.

Im 37 w my tops already out. I found it emotionally devastating to get what few teeth i had left removed. Honestly i.. i was sobbing like a baby. My wife n son right there. Total loss of what to do . They took me back asked me why i was so upset. I told them i wished i coul d keep my teeth but i kno its not realistic. But you kno what? It was possible. They made a completly unique bridge for me. To fit exactly the teeth i needed them to remove and replace. And it was perfect. So if you find yourself in need of tooth removal with a guaranteed tooth replacement plan, the SAME DAY.... on a budget. Fantastic experience: I had my teeth pulled and my denture in place in the same day. This experience by far exceeded my best expectations. Almost completely painless I was amazed. The whole team has been great. Second visit was another thing I ended up waiting 50 minutes in the morning and 45 in the afternoon. They want me to be a little early to the visit, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for them to show me the same respect.

They also pointed out issues with my lowers and gave me recommendations on how they could fix them. I made the mistake of not going to them for my dentures in the first place, but will not make a mistake and not go back to them. They are now the place for me for all my denture work.

Positive experience: So far I really like the not only the professional service but also the atmosphere there. First time in a couple of decades & I was sorta embarrassed. Negative experience: I went to affordable dentures because that's where I went two and a half years ago - which was great. however my recent appointment was not so great -- the 2 ladies at the reception desk was rude,not helpful and ready for me to leave. I felt like the biggest inconvenience to them and to the lady who told me when to pick up my dentures --VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE . Never once did they thank me for coming they actually over charged me and credited my debit card - with no explanation of why they over charged me in the 1st place (they did correct it when I came in for wax fitting ) when I picked up my dentures and was waiting on the nurse who helped me to get me a bag (with basic denture supplies) the reception lady told me "you can go" i said im waiting on my lil bag . not have a nice day not thank you , I would like to say the guy who did my set was amazing and he and his assistant made me feel welcome however because the customer service in the office was so unprofessional WILL NOT RETURN FOR MY NEXT SET nor will i recommend affordable dentures to any of the ppl I care about . no one deserves the amount of disrespect these women gave out.
