Fantastic experience: My first appointment at this practice and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, environment cheerful. Both Keisha and Dr. Bassiri took great care of me for my cleaning and exam. Looking forward to future visits.

Negative experience: Edit: After being confronted about this review from Dr. Bassiri, I just wanted to add a few things. Firstly, to use manipulation tactics and guilt trip me because your front desk staff member stayed late yesterday to verify my insurance is absurd and rude. Your staff had 3 business days to process my insurance and waited until the afternoon before my appointment. Also, verifying insurance isn't complimentary. Insurance is necessary in this country and as a medical office, it is literally your job to deal with insurance. To insinuate I filled out the form wrong when your staff never even read it until I told them to, is also ridiculous. I listed accurate information about my insurance. If your staff members were confused, they should have reached out Monday, Tuesday at the latest, for clarification. Everything I listed here is true and accurate. I do wish you the best, but nothing I'm angry about is unreasonable. I'm not sure how they're bribing people to leave these stellar reviews, but as a 5 year patient at this clinic, I've had nothing but undue stress due to the incompetence of the front desk staff. Every single appointment, there is some sort of issue. Either trying to reschedule me for the hygienist to take a vacation, telling me I don't have insurance when I'd been using the same insurance the past year and continually having me confirm appointments at least 3 times. I had an appointment in July that I needed to reschedule. I asked if they had anything the first 3 weeks of September, to which they asked for specific dates. I picked a few random ones since it didn't matter to me, only to be told that there was only one appointment available within the 3 week time period. Why waste my time? That's why I asked what they had open. To top it all off, I filled out their online forms Sunday to give them my updated insurance for my appointment tomorrow, Thursday morning. I receive a text at 1pm today (3 hours before close) telling me to update my insurance. Apparently the online forms are just a fun way to waste time. They then tell me it's inactive. At this point it's 2pm and I'm sent on a wild goose chase of calling my employer and insurance company to see what the issue is. After an hour stressing and panicking, I'm told my insurance is active like it should be. Wonderful, Fusion Dental is once again causing me undue stress. The front desk either needs to be fired or retrained because this is absolutely ridiculous. You couldn't pay me to make another appointment here

Fantastic experience: Great experience. The dental hygienist was very patient and went through the cleaning process with much care and explanation. The doctor was also caring and spent some time going over each potential issue. I definitely recommend this place for people who want to do cleaning, checkup, or cosmetic procedure.

Fantastic experience: Awesome first experience at Fusion Dental. As a new patient, they were able to get me in very quickly. Omar my hygentist was very experienced, knowledgable, and just did a great job. They have cutting edge technology at this facility for the best patient outcomes. August 14, 2025 Had to call in for an emergency visit and not only was I seen asap, Dr. Bassiri even extended the courtesy of writing a prescription for me in the meantime. She has NEVER let me down. I came in she greeted me with a smile and just like that the problem was fixed and I let smiling again. I love her work and her enthusiasm but most of all her sincere concern for ALL her Patients! Negative experience: Despite being a patient at Fusion for years now, I have not been happy for a while and it's time to speak out on my poor experiences with Fusion Dental. A few weeks ago I went in to have bonding done on my lower permanent retainer (literally just needed one dot of glue in one spot). Mind you, this retainer (one little wire) has been on for 20+ years with zero issues - same glue and has never popped off all these years. My experience while there for the bonding was very unpleasant. I waited about 30 mins in the chair before the dentist even came over to do the work (after already waiting in the waiting room first as well). As she started to work, she immediately started talking to her assistant about family drama. The two ladies (dentist and assistant) gossiped and chatted the ENTIRE time I was in the chair being worked on. To the point, I couldn't even get a word in to ask a question about the work being done on me. When she finished, I explained I felt like I had the glue/bonding all over my tongue and cheeks. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and I left very disappointed - not to mention the charge for this was $150. Fast forward a couple weeks later now, and my whole wire has popped off. I called the office to ask if they can just at least remove the glue off the back of my teeth (I didn't even want to bother with asking them to reattach the wire back on), and they stated this would be another $150 just to remove the glue. The glue they JUST put on a few weeks ago...and clearly didn't hold (I was flossing and the whole wire just popped right off). I feel this is extremely bad business to charge me AGAIN just to remove the bonding that I just paid for, and didn't hold. The glue is very thick and uncomfortable sticking out on the back of my teeth. After years of being a patient at Fusion, I will seek care elsewhere after these unprofessional experiences.

Fantastic experience: The Post-COVID-Economy had transformed the delicately performed medical Arts, and the incredibly gifted professionals that dedicated their lives to those Arts, in to money-hungry, conveyor-belt, semi-“professionals”, only seeing each of their patients as a paycheck with legs. This new outlook among the majority of the “Post-COVID-economy medical arts practitioners” (I guess, the best way to put it), and especially the repeated trauma I’ve experienced, as a result, has stuck with me. It has prevented me from being able to stay with a dentist, due to MORE trauma. But, much of the time, the trauma from “dentists past” has prevented me from even seeking a new dentist, thus putting my dental health at further risk. My last dentist, (whom I left just before coming to Fusion Dentistry), wanted to take out twelve of my teeth; I already felt this was incredibly suspicious in itself, but his reaction was even more suspicious, in that there was a complete LACK of empathy. My immediate thought was “This man wants to use my mouth to pay for his new, in-ground pool; nothing more.”, and I left, never to return their calls again… Putting my trust out there again, I decided to visit Fusion Dentistry. My first impression was “OMG am I in the right place?? Is there a dress code I, obviously, know nothing about?”; the atmosphere was very optimistic, fun, and creative. The staff was very polite, inviting, and told me exactly what I needed to do, without stirring up the slightest anxiety in me:) The thing I noted the most, due to my own personal issues: For a long time in my adult years, I’ve been increasingly aware of my odd behavior in social situations, and it can be very embarrassing for me; however, as much of an “ass” as I feel I made of myself during my visit with Fusion Dentistry, they didn’t make me feel bad or anything about my social issues. It made me feel so much better when I discovered Dr. Bassiri had much experience dealing with patients who had depression, (having depression myself), and have dealt with patients that, (also like myself), have had that depression take its toll on their teeth. Surprisingly, just in my own experience, I’ve found that many dentists either haven’t been educated about depression/other psychiatric issues, and it’s effects on dental hygiene, or, unfortunately, they know about these effects on one’s teeth, but refuse to see it as anything but “an excuse” to not pay attention to dental hygiene, which, isn’t true at all. Dr. Bassiri showed me work she had done on another patient, who had a background much like my own, and the beautiful work that had resulted from being a patient at Fusion Dentistry. The results made me (and Dr. Bassiri, as this particular case she holds close to her heart) cry; just knowing that a dentist could HAVE that amount of faith in my seriously screwed up teeth! After consulting with Dr. Bassiri, there were only FIVE that needed major work done, but in the end, these teeth COULD be salvaged; the yanking out of twelve teeth not required!!! I’m afraid of dentistry, period. But my point IS, if you’re going to go through the anxiety, and the scary procedures, and invest in that gorgeous smile you’ve either never had, or, like myself, DID have at one point (before losing your way through life’s MANY curveballs), TRUST FUSION DENTISTRY TO DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. I truly believe this is the clinic for me, and for anyone who wants the work DONE RIGHT, DONE ABOVE AND BEYOND STANDARD, with GENUINE COMPASSION; a sense of GENUINE CARE, AND WELLBEING for the PATIENT, as well as the GENUINE DESIRE FOR THE BEAUTIFUL OPPORTUNITIES A NEW SMILE CAN BRING TO THEIR PATIENTS.. However, MOST of all, I believe Dr. Bassiri and her wonderful team BELIEVE IN and HAVE A GENUINE RESPECT for the ART of Dentistry; the WILLPOWER to keep this Art alive, as well as keeping the original Art of Dentistry available to the PUBLIC; keeping the public from having to adapt to a low quality, industrial form of what once was true Dentistry.

Positive experience: My March 19, 2025 appointment at Fusion Dental Care was very good. It was a surprise that Kimberly attended me at the box office, since she speaks perfect Spanish, I loved it. Then my periodontal treatment with Omar was great, I already know him and I know how delicate and careful his work is. Then came Dr. Bassiri, without a doubt, Hoda is a person who knows how to combine the professional with human quality. He completely checked my mouth and proposed an Express Invisalign treatment to continue my oral recovery. The budget he presented to me is very striking. From the minute you walk in, to the minute you check out, you are treated as a VIP. There isn’t much waiting either, everyone is well synchronized -great teamwork. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Fusion Dental Care. I get nervous to go to the dentist and this was the calmest experience possible. I’ve never been to a dentist that provides Netflix and blankets during your service! I had my teeth whitened and the process was so thorough and personally curated. We had a consultation about my teeth and even took before and after photos so I could see the difference. I had a small chip in my tooth repaired along with the whitening and I was in and out in under 3 hours. Thank you to Dr Hoda and the amazing team at Fusion Dental Care! If you are on the fence about a new dental office, you should give them a try.

Fantastic experience: There are few companies now a days that genuinely succeed in making you feel at home, I’ve been going for many years and both their dental and eye care centers are phenomenal! Here I you’ll find more than just a clean workspace, professional equipment, and a beautifully ascetic environment. Even though it is a business and one that many can be scared of, they truly take the personal touch and make y out feel like you’re with family every time you visit. Fantastic experience: I had the best cleaning and consultation with Dr. Bassiri. The whole office is nice and welcome and listen to all your needs. I also recommend their membership program for cleanings if that is all you need. I went in with concerns about my veneers and Dr. Bassiri and her team helped me come up with a treatment plan that worked best for me. Overall I had a superb experience.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTIST TEAM EVER!! I've had many dental experiences in the past, but I have never seen a dentist place where every single person is so sweet and kind. One of the dental hygienists was super sweet because I was struggling to take out of my earrings for the X-ray part, but she offered to take it out for me!! Never have I ever had someone offer to take them out for me, I felt taken care of. I would highly, highly recommend anyone that needs to get dentistry work to come here because the best care I've received in such a long time! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here since I was 12 and haven’t once thought about changing my dentist. The staff is welcoming and incredibly friendly which helps ease any jitters i get when going to the dentist. They tend to get you in and out fast but their work is still exceptionally done. I’ve had a couple fillings done in the past and have had no complications or even any pain from them. Definitely would recommend!

Negative experience: This used to be a great office to go to but as of the last year they have been understaffed and have cancelled my cleaning appointments 2x in a row. For the most recent appointment, I was scheduled for May, they cancelled and couldn’t be me back in until July. Definitely disappointing- will be shopping around for a new dental office!

I haven’t gotten anything work done there yet but Dr. Doan was perfect at explaining what needs to be done and how to go about it. Very impressive! Ok I had 3 Cavities filled yesterday I don’t mind telling you I was nervous going in. Dr. Doan and Cynthia make sure I was comfortable and it was very pleasant experience! They were great and I will be going back! Once again on this last visit ALL the folks at Fusion were very nice, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them! Fantastic experience: What can I say about this office? When I came to Dr. Hoda Bassiri it was through a referral from a coworker. She said you are going to love her. I was skeptical because I went up and down the roads of Raleigh, Cary, and Garner to find someone who will help me with situation. I went to a dental office and was advised to get braces, well when it was time to get adjusted the provider has left the practice. Every place I went to for dental did not want to assist me due to “not messing with someone else’s work.” She was the only one who made me feel seen. She was so amazing, caring, and thoughtful. Removed my braces, gave me different options to correct my teeth. She has been there every step of the way. The staff is Amazing! Everyone is top tier! If you haven’t been you need to make your way to Fusion Dental. Did I mention, her husband has a clinic too…it’s a joint practice. You can get your dental and vision done!

Negative experience: Since I started at this clinic I have had problems all the time with the bill issue. They give you a quote where it says that you will not pay anything $0 and at the end of the month you end up receiving a receipt with absurd and unexpected values. As patients we trust in the honesty and seriousness that they apparently have but in reality they do NOT have. I made several calls to remove a bill that was due to their mistake and they said it was already deleted but it was not true. I had already received comments about the bad experience with the issue of quotes that are not adjusted to reality and that harm patients. I refuse to believe this but yes, it is true. My recommendation is before entering, make sure you have enough money when the Bill arrives at your doorstep. If I have to pay I do it but the quotes are real and not fanciful.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional. My wife made an emergency appointment online several days in advance. The previous night they sent the patient intake forms. One hour before the appointment they canceled it, saying that the computer doubled booked. There was absolutely not attempt schedule her the same day or attempt to resolve the problem. If it was really double booked they would have know days in advance when the appointment was made. The high reviews for this location are truly out of proportion.
