Affordable Dentures & Implants

Negative experience: We was not informed that he would not receive his dentures that day and her being told in the phone he would. We was also not informed the office was closing early that day, after taking a day off work and driving 3 hrs and having to leave at 5:30 am to get there early, due to the fact they told us in the phone it was because his dentures would be completed that day, he did not. We now have to wait 2.5 weeks to go back to get them. If they have an onsite lab I’m confused as to why it will take that long? My sister in law had her teeth the same day. It shouldn’t take 2.5 weeks. Out $1600 a day of worked missed and now another day will have to be missed it leave early to drive back to pick them up.

Negative experience: The people were really friendly except the dentist. He was rude and dismissive. My bottom plate was made elsewhere and doesn't fit at all, and when I wear it I get a sore in one place. It also completely Again, it was made elsewhere. He said he could not do any better than they did which I find hard to believe, told me how bottom plates never fit anyone and refused to make them. So...

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with staff and Dr. Doyle! I went in on a Wednesday prepared to pay for a premium top denture. The staff informed me insurance may pay, if i wanted to wait they would check . Then a phone call the next day (Thursday)the office saying insurance approved new top and bottom premium dentures. The following day on Friday they had me in at 730 and both made by 2. They fit better then the ones I replaced. I am grateful for this place they are amazing

Fantastic experience: Great service and a good product. I got a referral to get my teeth removed to an oral surgeon due to the bad state of my teeth which went well. I went today to get my dentures and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. John was great explaining everything to me and the fitting went well. They had to make a couple adjustments during the fitting which went really fast and worked out perfectly. I'm very pleased with the dentures and they even threw in 2 free adjustments for when I inevitably need them as my gums conform to them over the next few months. Love the staff and love the product. I highly recommend this as your denture go to.

Negative experience: Waited a month for the appt only to find out they no longer pull teeth or make dentures. Drove an hour for absolutely nothing. The staff is super sweet though.

Negative experience: Incompetent office staff that refuses to book my elderly parents who are past patients, after they can’t return calls, reschedule etcetera, their own stupidity! They have the audacity to call me back and refuse to ever see my parents. Bad business and I’m a provider myself and will let the owner know and the affordable dentures franchise people, social media, and the regulating board for this facility. Incompetence at its highest level! Ridiculous!!

Fantastic experience: I really like affordable dentures, because they take time to listen to you, and they are not trying to dollar you to death. The first time that I went to Affordable Dentures, they listened to what I was wanting, and I didn't have to go back 4 to 5 times. They listen to you, and you you are treated almost like family, and that says alot. Believe me you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Two years ago I got dentures had all teeth pulled at once. I'm very pleased they look natural uppers have good suction I still struggle with lowers but I'm not a quitter. Had gall bladder surgery followed by a bile leak lost 20 lbs. Almost died very sick. But I'm still not giving up on my lowers. By golly I'm gonna keep on trying.

Fantastic experience: I bought a denture from a better known dental chain. I spent about $1600.00 and ended up with a denture that looks and feels like horse teeth. They obviously didn't fit but when I asked them to work on them I was refused. They didn't do a third of what this dentist and his staff have done to be absolutely positive my denture fits perfectly AND suits my small face. They're also incredibly kind and helpful. They go out of their way to help their patients. They care. I 100% recommend them! Oh, and they're affordable. That's a big deal.

Negative experience: Everyone there is so nice. Except the lady whom was working with me. I kept asking questions and apparently she didn't care for that. She never raised her voice but she leaned in toward me and lowered her voice. Older lady dirty blonde short hair once was permed. She's not a nice lady she's rude and tried to intimidate me by leaning in and lowering her voice. The other lady is a peach so nice and helpful . I worked with her the week before and she was polite helpful and professional. So my view of this place has changed bc of that one lady. She needs to wash dishes in the back away from ppl at local mcdonalds.

Positive experience: My wife and I got an appointment very quickly for new dentures, the staff is so friendly and no wait time. The only complaint I have is that they did not inform us, at any juncture along the way, that they no longer do same-day dentures, with using waiting for five weeks. Staffing issues are evidently an issue, but five weeks is out of the realm of acceptable.

Negative experience: Very nice people except for the use of the word Darling, it was darling, this darling, that I swear to God if I heard the word darling one more time, I was gonna scream I had to wait 45 minutes to check out after a consultation. They weren't gonna do anything because the dentist doesn't want to pull a bunch of teeth. So I drove all the way down there sat there. Listen to the darling go crazy already be told just to go to the Christiansburg.facility. I mean, my teeth are cutting my lips constantly when I talk and they did nothing except darling 5000 times

Positive experience: Wait time to be seen was excessive, a second physician on duty would help. Eager to receive my new denture, thought it would be prepared "in house". Now I'll need to make a second trip to pick them up

And I can't say enough about Dr. Doyle! He was honest, upfront and answered my questions without sugar coating anything. Unlike many medical offices, they aren't out to take your money with unnecessary procedures. He was able to refer me to someone that was able to work with my schedule and see me within a few weeks. I highly recommend this business. Just a WONDERFUL bunch of people.

Negative experience: I'm on Medicaid been on Medicaid for over 10 years and haven't had any other coverage since, I came there to try to get dentures and was told they couldn't see me because my Medicaid is showing up as secondary. I find another dentist office who I make an appointment with and my Medicaid checked out as primary. Just doesn't make sense why you all couldn't accept my Medicaid but others can. Was a waste of my time.
