Fantastic experience: I have been to 5 dentist in Orlando, each time it was you have a bunch of cavities, or pushy upsells for Invisalign. I knew it I was just being scammed. Just avoid all the pain I went through and go to Lake Nona Dental Group. They actually listened to my issues and made suggestions. I walked out with my teeth looking great and feeling good that I actually have a great dentist now. They took my insurance and I didn’t some huge bill or plan that would cost thousands of dollars for something I don’t need. I love they are also not part of some big dental corporation. Alba, the dental assistant, was incredibly sweet and informative. Dr. Oslund ensured I felt no pain throughout the procedure. It was the best experience I've had, especially since my crown was ready in just 45 minutes, unlike other dental offices where it can take a week or more. I left feeling great and am so glad I was referred to this dental group! Everyone was so pleasant!

Leading up to my appointment the office staff was very helpful (dealing with my insurance, getting me scheduled, notifying me of early openings). I was just as impressed when I came for my appointment. The office was spacious, clean, and professional. Every dental professional I interacted with was SO kind and skilled. I felt like everyone, including the dentist, really took the time to listen to and assess my concerns. Ashley who did my XRays was friendly, down-to-earth, and addressed my every need and concern. Lissette performed the gentlest but thorough cleaning. Even Daniela at the front desk made me feel like a valued patient during the checkout process. 11/10, I’m so happy I found such a stellar practice!

Fantastic experience: So, a few weeks ago, I had a dental emergency. My tooth was hurting so much, and I wanted it out. Today, after my 3rd visit, I am happy to say that I have found a new dentist. The staff from the front door to the dental rooms are magnificent. 10 stars if I could. Special thanks to the nurse receptionist, who could've said we can't take you without an appointment or have me waited forever and a day. Instead, she took my info, looked up my insurance, and said the doctor would be right with you, and 5 minutes later, I am in the chair. Thank you again, I am really grateful. Ah, and I kept my tooth after all, didn't have to lose it, that's a big plus

Fantastic experience: Lake Nona dental group is the state of the art that I have never seen before. The Folks are friendly. It’s my second visit to this place the first time I had a crack tooth. The second visit was for hygiene. The tech Michele is so friendly, and she explain stuff that I have never heard before. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I definitely will stick to this Dentist and will recommend anyone to this facilities.

Negative experience: Really bad experience. I was not informed anything about my insurance being out of network, until i checked out after my cleaning. The hygienist told me i would pay $44 and i ended up being charged almost $300 for a basic cleaning. I never consented to pay that amount prior to my cleaning. They lied to me and i do not recommend this place. I was told at the front desk, they are out of network of basically every insurance. Which i would’ve loved to know prior to my visit. 0 out of 0.

Fantastic experience: I have been trusting this dental office for years. When I needed a wisdom teeth removal, when I had issues with a tooth and got a crown. Dr. Yantorni has taken care of me both times and has been amazing. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

He is kind and understanding he has never downplayed a symptom or feeling and is always very nice as a patient who has been there 5+ years . A lot of the assistants are always great like Alba, Annette and all the others that always make dentist visits feel comfortable. As in my first visit, the personnel approached me pleasently, greeted me, and treated me in a very courteous manner. My doctor's assistant was very professional and informative and so was the doctor. I'm so happy because after five long years without my dentures, the Doctor measured my dentures and completed the provisional dentures effectively and accidentally and sent it to the laboratory. They both explained all the process in detail to me and answered all the questions I had regarding my dentures and the procedure to be followed. I really appreciate their concern and empathy they show for my dental wellness and my well-being. I highly recommend Lake Nona Dental Group to anyone in need of dental treatment and care. Positive experience: 1.5 hours for a cleaning is too long. Very nice people but the appointment was not taken on time and I was left sitting waiting for a hygienist for close to 30 minutes.

Negative experience: Went here for the first time earlier this year and was told I needed a bunch of work that had to be done this year. It would max out my insurance coverage for the year and was going to be thousands of dollars out of pocket for me. Got a second opinion because the whole thing seemed absurd. I was told by the second opinion I didn’t even have a cavity. Maybe the other dentists in the office are more ethical but the one I dealt with was not.

Negative experience: I really hate to give a low review because the staff at this office is incredibly kind, and we never had to wait for our appointments. They efficiently saw all four of my children, completing their cleanings in just 60 minutes. When my son needed a small cavity filled, we were in and out in 25 minutes. However, the cost estimates they provided were significantly inaccurate. I understood we were out of network and expected to pay out of pocket, but the final bill was three times higher than what they quoted me. I would not consider that an estimate at that point in time. I received two separate estimates—one before scheduling and another after the services were completed—yet neither was even close to what we were ultimately charged. I spoke with one of the women at the front desk and while sympathetic she offered no good resolution. They may provide good service but if they are not in network with your insurance you may want to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Best pracrice ever. Dr. Yantorni is wonderful. Gentle, softspoken, honest. carrying but whats most important a professional with an extensive knowledge of his craft. The fact that after relocating, I am willing to drive 80 miles to this Dental office says it all. You will be in good hands.
