Negative experience: Was really hoping to find a new dentist here for myself and family of 5, based off reviews. However, when calling to schedule today, the lady I spoke with was short with me, couldn't give me basic information about drs (told me to look it up) I was sure she was at a call center, but she assured me she was at the office. I had concerns with this being a large dental company vs a family owned one that the care, friendliness, and trust wouldn't be there. I think I'll keep looking.

Kathy was my dental hygienist who did my cleaning which did an amazing job.And Dr . Mao was very helpful with his suggestion and professionalism. This is the place to come.

Positive experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Solecki, who is an excellent dentist. However, he abruptly left the practice, and no one notified me until I found out on my own. All the dentists and staff members are very friendly and professional, with the exception of the receptionists at the front desk. Compared to other dental clinics I've visited, they are not as friendly or patient as they should be. They've also made several mistakes with my appointments. They really need to improve their work ethic.

And to top it off the dentist are patient with you and very attentive to your every concern and need :-) I couldn’t ask for a better dental practice to attend to all my dental health care needs, I feel like I’m in good hands with every staff member there and trust their expertise!! Negative experience: got my wisdom teeth extraction here and that was the worst decision of my life..even after telling to put stitches on..no stitches were there..went thru almost 15 days of endless pain..they didn't even care to refill the pain killer.worst experience i had.

Negative experience: My son has been coming to this dentist for a little over 2 years, via referral. He’s 6 and has sickle cell disease so once I find a good dental practice I try to stay there for obvious reasons. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dental office today. I showed up late due to unavoidable circumstances, and instead of showing any understanding or professionalism, the staff acted completely nonchalant and dismissive. They made no effort to accommodate me, didn’t offer to reschedule, and overall made it clear they didn’t care about me as a patient. Their attitude was cold and unprofessional, and I left feeling like my time and needs didn’t matter to them at all. If you’re looking for a dental office that treats you with compassion and respect, I suggest looking elsewhere. Nia specifically was the front desk assisting me. Not only did they not try to reschedule me, they waited until today, AFTER NOT RESCHEDULING me to inform me that the doctor will no longer be here after Thursday (today is Tuesday), and they’re no longer scheduling patients and that I can find another pediatric doctor within my insurance network.

Fantastic experience: I was having anxiety attacks going to my previous dentist. Today I had no worries, no fears and felt very safe. Dr. Mao and the entire staff were incredibly nice and caring. I plan to go to them for all my dental needs now. Thank you very much!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We drive over an hour to come see Dr. Tori for pediatric dentistry. The office is clean, the staff are friendly, and they do such a thorough job while still being accommodating to each of my kids needs.

Fantastic experience: Great team at Lane Dentistry. Dr Webb replaced a cap for me. When she numbed my gums it only took 2 hrs to wear off instead of the usual 6hrs. Dr Webb took her time fitting my permanent cap and did an excellent job getting it to feel natural. Dr Webb has a great touch I didn’t feel accosted once the work was done. The dental assistant, Courtney, took 4 X-rays and not once jabbed the roof of mouth. That never happens. I usually go home with a sore mouth. They even called to let me know I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. All around great customer service, professional treatment and service.

The technician took their time with my x-rays; no retakes, lol. The office environment is calm, clean, and modern. They were totally awesome to fit both my cleaning and treatment the same day! The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients.

Both made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and knew what was going on throughout the procedure. I would recommend both Doctors on any given day! It’s amazing to attend a practice that truly cares about their patients. The Waiting room is clean and stocked with beverages. Pleasant relaxing music is always being played. Truly amazing practice and establishment!!

Negative experience: I was very happy with the service to my teeth however I was very unhappy to find out that my last six month cleaning was wiped out of the system, along with my next appointment which should be May 7, 2025 @ 12:00 pm, now I have to find another dentist, in all my life, i have never gone this long without cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I recently had gone to Wells Family Dentistry and had a very traumatic cavity filling experience. As I had still a few more cavities to fill, I knew I needed to find another dentist. Although Lane & Associates has many high reviews, I was still wary because so did my previous dentist. I took a chance and holy shit I'm so glad I did. I saw Dr. Webb and fell absolutely in love with her. I came in for my cavity filling, trying to keep my panic subdued so that I wouldn't have a panic attack. As soon as Dr. Webb administered the local anesthetics, I started having an attack. I was trying to sit quiet and deal with it, but Dr. Webb immediately could tell something was wrong. I told her what was happening and her and her amazing assistant, John, jumped to help me. He grabbed some water and a hand-held fan, she grabbed a stress ball for me, and then sat down and talked to me quietly until I felt okay again. I explained that I had been in a lot of pain in my last filling and that at one point I started choking on my own blood cause the assistant wasn't paying attention. John assured me that wasn't going to happen here and Dr. Webb said that if I felt any pain to immediately raise my hand and she would give me more anesthetics without hesitation. When the procedure started I didn't feel a thing. The camaraderie between Dr. Webb and John made the environment very relaxing. By the end of the appointment I was completely at ease and looking forward to my next filling. I would recommend Lane & Associates and Dr. Webb to any and everyone. This is an amazing dentistry and I'm so happy I found a great dentist I can trust.

The receptionist at the front desk was not very cordial and spoke in a sparky and dismissive tone. She appeared to be disinterested in handling my concerns. This is too bad because the dentist I have seen is so awesome!

Positive experience: As dentists, they are great, excellent work, and polite. The only issue I had was doors not opening until 15 minutes before my appointment, so I had to wait in 22-degree weather for 20 minutes. I wish they would open at 7:30AM for 8:00AM appointments to check in.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. First, they scheduled me for a date that the doctor wasn't available. Then scheduled me further out into the next month. My appointment was today at 11:00. Waited almost an hour and a half to be seen past my appointment time. I was referred by the Henderson office here. They had already taken x-rays and sent them to this office. So why was i charged for the x-ray for the same tooth they sent over. I already don't like dental visits. This definitely doesn't help ease those feelings!!!

Fantastic experience: I want to shout out the office manager, Tynecca! I realized 2 weeks before my scheduled appt that I may not be able to make it and called to see what my options are. I know that my favorite hygienist (Joe) stays booked out 6+ months so I knew my options probably weren't good. After a few unsuccessful attempts to work me in somewhere before the end of the year, Tynecca asked if she could contact someone scheduled for later in the day of my original appt to see if they would switch with me. This is going above and beyond! (Also thanks to the person who switched). Now I can still make my appointment and not have to wait until 2025 for a cleaning. THANK YOU Tynecca!

Even before COVID-19, the office has always been very clean. I felt very confident going to my appointments knowing they were going above and beyond the CDC guidelines. I never feel pressured into a procedure and the staff is extremely helpful and patient.
