Negative experience: I've spent thousands with 3 kids in braces , my dental needs , etc. Over the years and have always paid in full . I called in to get a filling replaced which fell out . They told me I had a past due bill and could no longer see me . I told them I owe nothing . After getting to the bottom of it , I was right . Then some three years earlier I canceled a cleaning as I no longer had insurance and was in a bad way financially. That being said I told them not to reschedule my cleaning until my finances are straightened out. Now I call them to fix a broken filling and after digging into it , I was right and had no bill in collections as they thought . I was then told they couldnt see me after thousands spent over the years , because I had canceled a cleaning some three years ago ,I then said I was in good standing when I said don't reschedule me for a while so how come if I don't owe anything and I was fine the last time I talked to them , why can't you see me now ? I was then told she would ask whoever if I'm able to continue as a patient. I said have a nice day and ended the call ! It seems no one appreciates your business anymore , and are quick to cancel a person without knowing the whole story , and mo appreciation for a long standing customer!

Fantastic experience: My first impression here is the receptionist female working answers the phone to register patients to make appointments. they speak well, are gentle, and they are friendly, the Nurses are kind, My Doctor is kind, and they give advice on treatment. When getting my teeth cleaned I'm educated on my dental health, and if there are areas I can improve on. If dental work is needed, I'm educated on what the procedure will be. Fantastic experience: I had had some previous life experiences with dentists that made me nervous going back, but I heard about them Thru a coworker and I am happy to say that they are wonderful. They explained everything they were doing they made sure I was doing OK. They didn’t make me feel bad that I hadn’t been there in a while, but were very understanding about it. The dentist was kind and explained things well and even offered his personal number for a weekend emergencies. Definitely recommend them. Plus, the Office was easy to find.

She was very scared and they made her feel safe, did a good job of "getting all the sugar bugs" and told her many times she was a "good helper". Fantastic experience: Came in with toothache, Dr. DeBates right away found out I had a bad wisdom tooth and needed to be out ASAP. He didn't let me leave till appointment was setup for following day. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent! From the front office staff to Pam Jochim, the hygienist, and Dr. Samuelson continue to provide me with highly professional and reasonably priced services. I was served by Dr. Fellman in this office for many years and since he retired, I have been very pleased Dr. Samuel continues in Dr. Fellman's tradition of excellence. Location is handy to most and there's plenty of free and easy parking. And they have excellent rest rooms for patients!
