Negative experience: No responses to multiple call backs so never heard from you lying emilio, he pretended to care is all. Said tooth infected and lost 5% bone jaw yet wakted waste time until my insurance ran out. Never got call on insurance claims never were turned in confirmed by insurance. I wasted time efforts and thank Jesus christ i did not listen to him. He had tried to refer me root canal spc lying saying they can put medicine. Lacks any standard care services. Charged my insurance for 3d exam never got copy but lost benefits of dental. Read joni walker review under his single dentist name no follow up after leaving someone's infection after pulled molars no single reach out or follow up were called. This is how its worked in the office. Listen amd pay attention bad reviews as all real!!! Ended up getting implant pulled but not from this man amen.

Positive experience: I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the instrument used to hold my mouth open for x-rays. That bad boy was awkward, stiff, and extremely uncomfortable!! Otherwise the doctor and staff were helpful, professional and friendly.

Dr Argeullo was very helpful he promised I wouldn't be left without functioning teeth. He gave me a few payment options and even sent records out for referral of future work. Fantastic experience: I underwent a gum grafting procedure due to some pretty severe recession from an expose and bond oral surgery in my teen years. Dr. Marcuschamer did my procedure in my two recessed areas, and was able to use tissue from one donor site, rather than two (as was expected). He put my stitches behind my teeth, and I have ZERO visible scarring where the tissue was placed. The sites healed perfectly. I could not recommend Dr. Marcuschamer enough! The insurance lady and the administrative staff were also very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This review is with the caveat that I’m reviewing Dr. Arthur Yagudayev and his support team and not the entire practice. I find the Doctor to be a very practical, no nonsense, straightforward and empathetic practitioner who takes his clients wishes and circumstances into account when making his recommendations for treatment. I find him to be very professional and he holds his staff to high standards as well. His hygienist, Shelly, is very thorough and has given me, in my opinion, the best cleanings ever! A+ team.

Negative experience: If I could give a zero I would. The receptionists are the rudest people. They truly do not know how to speak to patients. Oh and don’t be surprised when all of a sudden you are over charged. They like to quote one price and then charge a different amount. Oh and a 24 hour cancellation is not good enough for them when they are the ones who made the mistake in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Dr. M made me feel so comfortable about my treatment plan and he didn’t make me feel guilt or shame something I’ve experienced in the past. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly and reassured me that everything was going to work out and he was very HONEST with me I love someone who can be very upfront with me but still make you feel good about the process. I called and explained my situation and was in town for a few days. They got me in within a couple of days and was able to fix my tooth. They were professional and gave me several options. The only thing that might strengthen service would be to have an automatic handicapped button for entrance door, especially since the door is quite heavy. Patients in wheelchairs or using a walker or cane will have difficulty with the door. An automatic button now is in operation!! Yay!! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marcuschamer was supposed to perform a procedure today, but because I had just had a previous cardiac medical procedure he said we needed to reschedule so he could consult with my cardiologist. This is another example of his excellent patient care and concern. I'm glad he's my periodontist.

Negative experience: They were trying to have me pay $1400 for a broken tooth extraction saying my insurance only pays $80. They pay 80% not $80. I left in tears because I’m in pain and it feels like nobody will help me. And I don’t have $1400+ out of pocket. The front desk lady said she would call me the next day after she did some research and she never did. I found a dentist through a friend who takes my insurance and who will take my broken tooth out for $80. Why such an extreme difference? Maybe it was a blessing in disguise anyway because the doctor seemed to have no sympathy or concern anyway. I’m glad I left and nobody followed up.
