Fantastic experience: Staff was really nice to me and my mom who I brought for her first visit. The wait time was too long in my opinion but it was a good experience so far Update 10-03-25 Honestly I’m shocked at how good doctor Patel is. I had scheduled a wisdom teeth removal at 12:30 in the afternoon and requested not to be put under because I didn’t have anyone to help me drive and the accommodated me really good!!!! The whole procedure was don’t by 12:58pm AND his assistant was really nice to be because I was a little nervous but I felt super comfortable. I want to come here for all my visits 10/10

Dr. Patel is incredibly humble and professional, he really knows what he’s doing, and that gave me a lot of confidence throughout my visit. The entire staff was welcoming his assistant was really nice he performed cleaning perfectly even with sensitive teeth i didn’t feel pain at all and made the process smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to any new or returning patients looking for quality dental care. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Fantastic experience: I’m not sure where to begin, so I’ll start with Myra. From the moment I called distraught, inquiring about dental services, I was greeted with compassion, concern and an urgency to help me resolve an ongoing issue involving a previous dentist appointment at another facility. After detailing my troubling issue with said dentist, Myra quickly sprain into action, assuring me I would be properly taken care of at Prime Dental. And that I was! Not only was I seen 10 minutes prior to closing, Dr. Patel (the secondary angel in this review) personally overheard my story and took the liberty of examining my Xrays and writing me Rx for antibiotics to treat an oral infection that the previous dentist negligently left untreated, at no cost! The comfort and safety that Prime Dental provided me, after left feeling unheard and discarded by weekend dentistry in Coppell, is something I’ll forever be grateful for more than they’ll ever know. One facility had an obligation and duty to assist, and failed miserably. However, Prime Dental had no obligation to me, and could have easily capitalized on my trauma, but Instead they were ethical and genuinely invested in my overall oral care. Going over and beyond to assist. Prime dental is an exemplary example of how we as patients expect and deserve to be treated in health care. To Dr. Patel and Myra, your investment in humanity should be studied. Thank you.
