Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my kids here for 10+ years. The staff has always been amazingly nice and helpful. I do miss the games and movies in the waiting room area was awesome for dad's.

Fantastic experience: I have not had a cleaning in about 3 years, I decided to come here and I absolutely love it. the receptionist ladies are lovely and pay a lot of attention to detail, the hygienist Katy is super gentle and made sure I was okay during the whole thing. Dr.Ngo explained my treatment plan in detail and I left 100% satisfied with my care.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Sunset Dental for years -- back when it was Kid's Choice -- and have always had excellent care at reasonable rates. This morning I was in and out for a standard cleaning and x-rays in about half an hour. Amazing!

He is truly My favorite dentist and trust him feel absolutely safe in his care. The team is organized caring. Really compassionate. Great for family's I'm on state insurance they do everything to keep me ok. I had some serious deep cavities they really saved my life thanks sunset dental. Dr. Timothy ngo is an absolute angel like Elvis.. out of 7 extractions. I believe this one is holding up very well. He cleaned the infection so good, and the swelling the next day was actually ok. He is so gentle. That was one of the worst infections I had. Not using gauze lil sensitive due to infection. I have a stuffy tooth it is very calming lol. Seriously sunset dental has absolutely healed any trauma I had with most dentists. Hopefully I keep healing good. Thanks so much to the blessed and wonderful kind team. Scheduling is simple and there is little or no wait time to get an appointment. The office is immaculate and the equiptment top of the line. Most importantly the denist is top notch and does great dental work. I give the office; the staff, and the denist all 5 stars and my highest recommendation. Go and look at this office it will really impress you. This is the best dental office I have ever been in! My treatment was fast and did not cause a lot of pain. The location is great and has ample parking.

Fantastic experience: -First time at Sunset Dental- The day before to ask if they accepted Medicaid. They do. I did not have my card. They said they would look it up. I was scheduled for the next day. -Update- Just had the exam and cleaning. It was a great experience from start to finish. The Wonderful Staff and DDS made me feel like I was family. The first question asked was "what can we do for you today? ". They listened, addressed my concerns and went to work cleaning. The exam was fast and Dr. Explained the next steps. I will update on 6/30/25.

Fantastic experience: I have 5 kids, my husband and a grandbaby And we all come here for the past 8 years. Everyone is so nice and understanding.if it wasn't for them being super patient with me i would have never got my teeth fixed. I highly recommend sunset dental! I now bring my grandbaby here she's now 5. It's been a good almost 9 years coming here.

Fantastic experience: Sunset Dental has been so very very good to me. With multiple extractions I was a bit apprehensive about the idea of partial dentures. The fine Doctor is so skilled I barely experienced much discomfort. I'm getting my new teeth in about three weeks and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and very professional. I don't think there is a single thing that I could complain about .

Fantastic experience: The lady was so sweet and gentle with my granddaughter who is 4. My g.daughter was a little nervous for the water spraying in her mouth but the tech working on her soon had her laughing and no more nerves. I've taken my kids her since 2009. It was called something else then, but the people and service is still the same. My daughter was 9 then and now she's 25 and brings her own daughter here. We live this place and the people!!!

Fantastic experience: All personel were very polite, helpful, cheerful and exceedingly efficient. Questions were adequately answered. I would like the dental hygienist to spend more time cleaning my teeth, however, paying particular attention to the back molars.

Negative experience: idk how there environment works but I just recently turned 18 years old and now try to do everything myself as a young adult and I called to make a appointment and they didn’t let me because my mom had a problem there makes no sense how is it my fault that my mom had a problem there ? They take forever to schedule even if there is a problem or your in pain. Not the best environment I guess you can say. I’ve been coming here since I was a baby?

Negative experience: We have been coming for 2 years and this time we didn't have a good experience the tech was rough and did not explain much to his father instead scolded my 4 year old for having cavities. They did not even offer him a bag of toothpaste floss and tooth brush. PATHETIC

Negative experience: First off I want to make clear this review in way is about Dr Ngo. Dr Ngo is amazing and helped me thru horrible dental anxiety. My review is so low because of the office staff. Dr. Ngo I hope you read this. I had an appointment last month and I was called the day of because they had to reschedule my appointment due to staff shortage. Understanding it happens I rescheduled. For 2 appointments today. I didnt get a call to confirm my appointments yesterday since I hadn't heard anything and when I asked if my appointments for 4 and 4:30 were still good I was told yes. Great, well actually no I got there to be told they were at 3:30 and 4. Than I was told that there was a issue with my daughters insurance. So when I called yesterday I couldn't have been told I need to bring new insurance info and the wrong time was confirmed. Than I called and asked to talk to the office manager and I was told that somehow I had opted out of text messages and when I was trying to talk she just kept talking over me. I work in customer service and as a patient of Dr Ngo for many years I am so disappointed and frustrated at this whole interaction. Dr Ngo is amazing but sadly I will be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Sunset Dental for a few years, and my experience has been very positive. Dr. Ngo and his team are kind people who do excellent work. Although the practice is primarily with children and their families, I’ve been treated well as a senior citizen.

Negative experience: This is a response to my review and sunset dental trying to say I’m not being entirely truthful this is the truth I called at 4:07 explaining that I was running late and asked if they would still take me I never said I was going to be another fifteen minutes I said I was on my way I never said how long I was going to take. By the way I live less than 10 minutes away off Osuna and second street. So I would have been there at 4:15. The lady on the phone said if I didn’t get there by 4:10 they will not take me. So now sunset dental also lies. This just shows how much they don’t care about the customers aren’t doctors supposed to heal people? In my opinion they could have made an exception considering that I’m in excruciating pain this appointment was an emergency for me.
