Fantastic experience: Dr. Rafik and Tia is amazing! My 5 year old had to get a fill and they talked her through it and was very calm and patient with her. Tia even sang my baby a song.

Making appointments and rescheduling appointments is so easy. As much of a bad rap as dentists get because of drilling and so forth, I lovvveeee going to Towson Smile Care! It’s also very close to home and they can accommodate me with the later afternoon/evening appointments. If you’re looking for a dentist, give them a try!!!

Fantastic experience: Reception is always welcoming and they have massage chairs. They're always on time, meaning you don’t wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Phenomenal care from the Smile team as usual! They provide a comprehensive assessment, plan and execution. Always professional with a little fun. Always attentive to the facts of possible discomfort and making sure you don’t feel like you’re drowning. 10s across the board.

Very personable, I met with Dr.Tori and she is a beautiful soul inside and out, NOT CONDESCENDING or withholding AT ALL (which I have previously experienced at other dentistry experiences unfortunately) and she LISTENED TO ME ACTIVELY. Very hard to find the basics of client care these days and happy to have been connected to this office who prioritizes it as a foundation for professional wellbeing. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my first consult appointment with Dr. Tori today, and she was absolutely wonderful! I’ve always had a bit of dental anxiety, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was so friendly, and has such a kind, calming personality. Even though I’ll need more treatment, I feel so much better knowing I’ll be in her care. While I can’t say I look forward to dental visits, I definitely look forward to having less anxiety with Dr. Tori as my dentist moving forward!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing dental technician I’ve ever had! Her name is India and she was amazing! She was very gentle and I experienced absolutely no pain! I highly recommend her. I was very impressed. UPDATE: I went for dental work and India was not there to do the cleaning. Another technician worked on me and she was rough and kept hurting me! It was a COMPLETE DISASTER! They told me not to come back because I made a scene. And believe me, I NEVER WILL!!! Don’t recommend. Use at your own risk ⚠️

Fantastic experience: For most of my life I didn't understand that I was resistant to local anesthetic. 30 years of excruciating procedures made me terrified of the dentist. All my other dentists dismissed my pain and made me feel like I was being dramatic. I don't like to complain and it made me feel embarrassed. The staff at Towson Smile Care didn't make me feel like an inconvenience, believed I was experiencing pain during fillings, and offered nitrous oxide during procedures. I am so happy and relieved to have found this solution!!! It is seriously life changing to be able to go to the dentist without fear. They are even kind and thoughtful during routine cleanings. I definitely recommend Towson Smile Care if you have anxiety about the dentist!

Positive experience: Fantastic dentist office. Never have to wait long. The building makes me nervous though. The floors randomly shake like there's an earthquake and it makes me feel unsafe. It doesn't seem normal and it feels like its gotten worse over the years.

He has managed to repair/save teeth that in anyone else’s hands would have become implants. I will trust no one else with my teeth. I even moved to Ocean City last summer and regularly make the 3 hr drive for cleanings and all my dental care.

Negative experience: Billing really need to educate themselves in coding and customer service. I’ll give Sabrina a 10/10 for her service and customer service. The front desk really has brought this office unsatisfactory.

The minute Dr. Janus came into the room you could tell she is one of the doctors that listens and tries to make sure every potentional issue is talked through and looking for the best option for the patient. Patient, empathetic and even if you are not comfortable with dentist you almost forget you are at the dentist by the doctor's amazing approach. Would definitely recommend doctor Janus to everyone.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for the first time with them specifically for a cleaning. They made me pay a fee just to stay and examine my teeth and did nothing. I don’t like the fact that they don’t do anything for your first appointment. If I request for a cleaning I should t have to pay for nothing. Because that’s exactly what I got from them my first time there absolutely nothing and they say you have no cavities and say everything looks great but I want my teeth cleaned not just an X Ray. I made another appointment with harbor dental and told them I needed a cleaning and with no problem at all I got an X Ray and cleaning the same day. This dentist is a waste of time. I wouldn’t even recommend anyone to go to them as a first timer. They waste time and money.
