Fantastic experience: Came in with a broken crown as a walk in. Dr. Rafail was able to see me right away without an appointment. Though he could not save the teeth, he extracted the tooth and did an implant the same time. The procedure was completely painless and it was heal with the coming week. Highly recommend Dr. Rafail and his staff and the facility is clean and well maintained.

Positive experience: I give this dental place a solid 3. The Dentist himself is very kind and knows what he is doing. All the staff there are very kind also. The dentist two assistants are very pleasant. However the dental hygienist is what makes me unable to give a 5. She is way too rough with the needle and is slightly rude. I came for a deep cleaning appointment on July 2nd. and she gave me anesthesia of course. If you were ever given anesthesia before during a dentist appointment you know as well as understand how uncomfortable that feeling is, and how tense it can make you. Of course I made small noises of un comfort. As I did that she asked me “If i wanted the cleaning?” And i was simply appalled because obviously the needle is uncomfortable and I just need a quick second. She was also rough. Today 7/14/25 I went in again for an inlay insert and a deep cleaning to the other side of my mouth. Again today as she was giving me anesthesia i did the same small noises of un comfort as last time. She then asks “do you not want the anesthesia?” And I then replied “it’s an uncomfortable feeling, you’re acting like I can’t take a moment to myself that’s all. Can you please not do that it’s just uncomfortable.” She then responds “I know I’m just asking because some people would prefer to not have the anesthesia.” Once she said that I was confused because I knew she was trying to switch up and make it seem like she wasn’t trying to be rude. Because if you were genuinely trying to ask me that question you would’ve asked before already giving me two dosages of the anesthesia. As she was doing the cleaning my mouth was super numb at the bottom, so sometimes my mouth would close a little. But it wasn’t my fault it was just because of the numbness. She would tell me to open wide of course as she is supposed to the first time it closed. After the first time my mouth closed a little two more times. For those two times after as she would tell me to open wide she takes her two index fingers and push it into my mouth while telling me to open. It kept pissing me off because It’s no reason for that. No one in all my 29 years has never forcefully put their fingers in my mouth while telling me open. My mouth closed a little on the Dentist today also and he didn’t put his two fingers in my mouth. He kindly told me and allowed me to do just so, that way he can continue working on me. She just completely does too much then plays victim when you give her rude energy back. I definitely think they need to find a new hygienist or at least another one so patients can request someone else if they don’t want her. Again everyone else was kind. I also do believe the Dentist himself is a very good dentist and knows what he is doing. He is a very knowledgeable man, answers all your questions and concerns. The assistants are kind also. I believe there’s a lady there who is the Dentist payment manager or something of that sort. I really don’t know if I’m saying that wrong because I truly don’t recall her work title, but she was kind and helpful as well. The medical receptionist at the front desk is also sweet and kind. The overall aesthetics of the clinic is very nice and clean as well.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit. Customer service, "A+, the best". Root Canal is scary. But my dentist explained the entire process and was always engaging with knowledge and concern which made the process so so tolerable. Guys you're the best. Fantastic experience: I have been going here for over three years. Nice clean place, updated equipment. No long waits. Appointments are within one week most of the time. Staff is great. Positive experience: To be honest I was skeptical at first because I am not the biggest fan of dentist. However, Dr. Rafail and his team were very nice and welcoming. Dr. Rafail walked me through everything that he was going to do any checked in on my because I was getting a root canal I will be returning to Gental Dental soon.

Fantastic experience: It has been a wonderful experience so far! Came here first time for some root canals and everything was completed within a few weeks with exceptional quality. The doctor, hygienist, manager and the rest of the clinical staff are all very friendly and professional, and I say this as a retail professional myself. Fantastic experience: Excellent service. One of the top dentists in New York City. I went with tooth pain. He told me he didn’t want to do root canal. He said he wants to do fillings and he wants save my tooth nerves. Unfortunately, I don’t have time. So I have to do root canal. The next day I went for the regular visit. The doctor finds out there is a gap in between my teeth. He quickly solved it. I had that gap more than 10 years ago. I visited so many doctors. Nobody, fix it. I am really thankful for this doctor service. I would recommend everyone please visit this doctor's office.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Gentle Dental Care was nothing short of amazing . I came here with a lot of issues, the main issues being my impacted wisdom teeth which were causing nerve pain . The doctor accessed my situation told me I needed all 4 wisdom removed , an extra tooth as well as a root canal. The doctor here did my root canal and referred me to an oral surgeon due to the wisdom teeth being on the nerves. The root canal and all extractions were painless, quick and solved all my issues. The reception staff , down to the assistants and doctor were all pleasant, informative and welcoming . This is definitely my new dentist! I 100% recommend !
