Negative experience: Disgusting non-existent customer service. Arrived for my appointment today at 3 to be told that my appointment was cancelled. Why? Because they tried to contact me right before they closed Friday about coming in early. I left a voicemail and never heard anything back. I waited 4 months for this appointment. No one could offer answers for how this happened and why I wasn’t called back. It’s disgusting how dead good customer service is. All their profits go into their gaudy architecture and none of it goes into properly training their employees. So, if you want to go to the dentist, don’t bother going here because you’ll never see one. Let’s see if I’ll be able to see one in four weeks. Will update then.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience been going here awhile and has very quickly gone down hill. Just got done getting filling on the phone and text they tell me one price you go and they jack the price up by $70 saying the computer didnt add it up right. OK fine pay it get the work done go to leave and again charge an extra $50 saying the same thing the computer didnt add it up right again. With insurance mind you call my insurance and find they should of never charged me not even half the amount I ended up spending. And on top of it all filling was done wrong and is causing so much pain I now have to get emergency work done to fix it else where. I refuse to go back. While getting the filling done lady was very very rough not gentle what so ever. Made me cry while in the chair I was in so much pain. Let her know I was and she did nothing. And she left the roo. in the middle of my filling to go see who was getting lunch and what they were gonna eat. I sat in the chair for 25 minutes while my tooth was already drilled out waiting for then to figured what they were eating. Absolutely horrible experience! Will never recommend them to anyone. And will never go back. One star is by far way to much for the services I've received over the past year or so. Horrible horrible dentistry

Negative experience: I was told I’d be back every two weeks until I was done for my dentures was told to sit while they got it all scheduled then gave me a thumbs up and was told I was good come back two weeks later only to be told I was scheduled a whole week later get your scheduling and communication together

Fantastic experience: Recently I have been getting getting all my teeth pulled and replaced at the angier office. I don't have to explain how much fun it isn't, however I had the best dentist and assistant in the world that made it better. I'm horrible with names, and can't remember my dentist. She's this sweet Muslim lady with the charm of a little girl. Her assistant is also sweet as a bag of sugar, and reminds me of my cat. All in all I have pleasant experiences with everyone there.....despite them pulling my teeth out.

Negative experience: I have been going to the Lane & Associates Family Dentist in Fuquay for about 17 years & I am sorry but, I just had my last appointment there. The service and organization has gone so far downhill in the last 8 years (In my opinion) it is time to find a new dentist. When I first started going to the Fuquay Varina office it was the best I have ever been to a 5 star. The hygienist Winne has always been the best & I will miss her, she is the one person that never changed. She was gentle and really cared about the patient and went out of her way to make sure your next appointment was scheduled. The other person I miss left several years ago & that was Katherine, she was the nicest receptionists I have ever interacted with anywhere and she made sure the VA approval request paperwork was sent to VA and ensured the approval was back before my next scheduled appointment. Since she left, I believe that is when the staff at the Lane & Associates Family Dentist in Fuquay Varina went downhill fast. I have had several appointments that had to be rescheduled because the VA approval was not back & they would always say it is because VA. As far as the professionalism of the rest of the staff & Doctors, I have seen a less caring attitude for the patients & a greedier attitude towards getting as much money out of you or your Inc. company as they can. Last year was the big eye opener for me when I had my annual exam & out of the blue, I did not need any more crowns or fillings, but they said I needed about $10,000 of work that I believe was unnecessary (ie..bone grafts & teeth extractions. Think twice before you choose this Dentist office the 2 stars, I gave them was kind.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 dentist!!! Dr. Naair is AMAZING. She was the first dentist to spot a problem that i’ve been having for a while now. I thought it was just my body but no! It’s not normal and Dr. Naair informed that, mind you i’ve been to 2-3 dentist before coming here! Her Assistants are amazing as well, Aloria & Tye took really great care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I live in charlotte now, but I was raised here (and came to this dentist as a child) and now I refuse to go to any other dentist than this one! I will take the trip every time, that’s just how amazing this dentist is.

Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist but the assistant, hygienist and dentist I had today made my experience so amazing and easy. The assistant that was helping the hygienist and dentist was like no one I have ever met. She was so personal and empathetic and understanding and you don’t find that a lot these days in the medical field. Her name is Devon and I don’t know if I’m spelling it right but she deserves the highest praise and so does everyone on staff. I love these people and I will be coming back forever!

Not only is he highly professional and thorough, but he also has a charming sense of humor that somehow makes sitting in a dentist’s chair almost enjoyable. He takes the time to explain everything, listens carefully, and ensures you feel comfortable throughout. The entire team with assistant Hillary is fantastic. Highly recommend—your teeth (and your nerves) will thank you!

Fantastic experience: The experience was excellent from the ease of making an appointment to the friendly greeting when I arrived to the office. I was there for a routine cleaning appointment where I saw a hygienist named Weenie who was efficient and thorough. I'm not a dentist but have had cleanings every 6 months’ish, all my life and I can say with confidence that Weenie is the best. I saw Dr. Campbell who checked me when the cleaning was done; made my next appointments and was on my way back to work in under an hour! Thank you Lane & Associates for not letting me sit idle in the waiting room or the dental chair. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service by the whole team! I've had a multi-step procedure where it was necessary for me to have required steps completed over a couple of months. Both the Fuquay Varina office, as well as, the St. Charles office have been fantastic! Ty and Dr. Howarth ( along with all the Fuquay staff) and Dr. Curry (at the St. Charles location along with their staff) provided top notch care, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was always comfortable and informed. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient to this office due to a recent change in my dental insurance, and was nervous to make the switch from another local practice I have used since 2019. I have to say that I have been very happy with the service received so far. I had a regular six month exam and cleaning last week, and the hygienist Mounica was very welcoming to me as a new patient to the office; she kept me comfortable throughout my visit. It turned out I needed to return this week for a procedure, and the office was able to get me scheduled quickly and at a time that worked for my schedule. I saw Dr. Mohamed and his assistant Olga this morning, and while I was a bit nervous, they were both very kind and made sure I had a good experience today. They listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I have already scheduled my next cleaning and exam for September and am happy to have found a new dental practice here in Fuquay.

Negative experience: Not upfront with their pricing, didn't know I needed approval from all his other doctors until 3 days before his surgery and they didn't put him to sleep or give him gas for dental surgery to remove 20 teeth.

I have dental anxiety from past experiences and the assistant and Dentist were amazing and made the whole visit so much better! I had Heard nothing but good things about them and now I see why. Negative experience: My daughter is home for college and had an appointment for a dental cleaning on Dec 30th with Lane & Associates. She goes back to college (out of state) on Jan 4th. Lane called and rescheduled her to Jan 2nd (Thurs) @ 11:15am and then called to reschedule her to 1:15pm on Jan 2nd. My daughter arrived at 1:20pm at the Lane office on Main Street in Fuquay Varina and was told she would have to be rescheduled because she was 5 min late but they had no more appointments that day or the next (Fri). Since when do they reschedule for being 5 min late?? If you can't see her at 1:20, I know you couldn't have been able to see her at 1:15. Furthermore, I have sat in the waiting room at times for at least 10 min before being called back for my scheduled appointment that should have started 10 min prior. So, our time as clients isn't as valuable as theirs? It sounds to me like they were overbooked/understaffed for the day and used this as an excuse to get back on track. Below is the verbiage concerning late arrivals taken from their new patient form on their website. Note it states 15 minutes, not 5. If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late for your appointment, you may be rescheduled for another day. This will be considered a broken appointment and could result in a $25 fee. I called and spoke with the receptionist and explained my daughter was leaving to head back to college on Sat and if she does not get her cleaning this time, it will put her a whole 6 months behind. They were able to get her the next day (Fri) after they told her they didn’t have any availability. Regardless, I as well as the rest of my family will be moving to another dentist office in 2025.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and didn't prioritize the regular periodontal cleaning over bigger treatments. They missed my younger daughter appt and rescheduled other appointment without confirming me. I ended up loosing our dental benefits for both kids due to end of year. Also, they overpriced the deep cleaning treatment and asked me to pay the difference of contracted price approved by insurance.

Negative experience: Already had x-rays and a different lane office. made two appointments at this office to get deep cleaning now they're saying they need new X-rays they can't read the old x-rays from the place they took it in before at Lane. They just jerk you around waste your time I'll have to clean my own teeth couldn't even get a cleaning go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Having dental work can be daunting especially when you need to wait. Dr. Patel coordinated my care with my medical provider, which was so very helpful. Kate the assistant and Dr. Patel work great as a team. I felt well cared for and although it was a difficult procedure, it was relatively painless with good results. The staff that handles fiance kept me abreast of the status of my insurances so there were no surprises. Even the front desk was courteous, and we're able to fit me in a cancelation spot. Thank you all for the great service! It will be great to have my smile back!

Then to top it off Dr.Howarth came in to check my daughter's teeth. I can tell he is a grandpa at home because he was so good with her and she didn't even need Mommy at her side. Dr. Howarth also treated me for a tooth infection and did an Excellent job on my root canal and crown. I was terrified but he put me at ease.
