Fantastic experience: I was very happy with getting my whole lower teeth cleaned. She did an excellent job numbing me. Did not even feel the numbing needle to numb me. I did have a sensitive spot so she did have to inject me two more times and it did numb that area. Then she cleaned away on my teeth. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned for years. So there was a lot of build up on them. I didn’t feel a thing. She really knows what she’s doing. She is amazing
Fantastic experience: I haven’t had much work done there… yet (I have plenty on the docket) but so far, every step of the process with them has been so welcoming, friendly, and confidence inspiring. I have to give a special shout-out to Monica for helping me understand and evaluate all the work I need done and going above and beyond to make this approachable for me! It’s been a long time since I visited a dentist (and first time as an adult) and Monica has made this sooo much easier for me. And everyone else I’ve interacted with has been awesome as well!

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office. The staff is great & love my dental work that I've had there. They have 2 dogs that walk around the office & if you are lucky they will let you pet them. Also there is water, coffee & cookies while you are waiting or grab before you leave the office.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful facility and very kind staff. Monica in finance was honest and transparent. The blonde hygienist was so nice and efficient. Jennifer got my fillings done quickly. I haven't been to a dentist in a few years which led to fear and anxiety of going...when I was seen, there was no judgement. I needed a scaling/cleaning and several fillings.

Fantastic experience: Every single person I have encountered at ITooth dentistry is top-notch. Robin, the dental hygienist, was fast, personable and professional. Dr. Fincel checked out an old root canal and showed that the 4th root was still intact. She mentioned this to me at the last cleaning and time got away. I have an infection and she explained in an easy manner the things that happen, so I made the appointment. Go check them out!

Positive experience: The staff at iTooth is very friendly. I have anxiety issues when it comes to the dentist, and the staff is so patient and understanding of this. My only complaint is the music is so loud. It sounds like I’m in a club rather than the dentist. It is hard to relax with the music blaring. However, the helpful friendly staff is the main reason I continue to go to iTooth.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to this practice since before it was renamed even. Probably 25 years or longer. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is very welcoming, and they are great about answering any questions. I'm the person that wants to know everything going on, and they never get aggravated with me and always explain everything in detail. Cleanliness is one of their highest priorities also, and you will never see anything out of place, messy, or dirty in any way. It's a very safe feeling environment especially in the era that we're living in.

Negative experience: I don’t know who relies on AI completely but this dentist office does. A dental assistant seems to call all the shots and do the work. I’m just curious what the dentist does. I guess he goes along with whatever the dental assistance says or approves it. I am not OK with this Operation.. My first visit, I left the office crying never have I been to a dentist that made me feel so bad when I left. In my opinion, they are all about the money. I got a second opinion come to find out I don’t need a crown Because a tooth is offset that doctor Buzbee did. So glad I got a second opinion across the street. I also asked too to send over the records they had from the visit when they took x-rays. They wanted me to pay for my own health records and would not email them to me or the other dentist without paying a $35 fee. I may be wrong, but I thought every patient had the right to their own records without cost. I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do want to address several inaccuracies in your review so that others reading have the full picture.
First, we recently began using an AI system to help answer incoming calls and reduce workload on our front office team; however, your last visit with us was many months ago, well before that change. We do use software that reads x-rays as well, but the final diagnosis is always done by the doctor. You have never received any restorative work in our office, so the comments regarding a dental assistant “calling the shots” or the doctor not being involved are not accurate. All diagnoses in our office are made by licensed dentists, in accordance with the standard of care.
Our recommendation for a crown was based on our professional assessment and clinical findings. We understand that patients may seek a second opinion, but a differing opinion does not mean the original diagnosis was incorrect. Without getting into the details of your specific tooth, the standard of care for that diagnosis would be a cavity or existing failing filling and the preparation of that tooth would exceed 1/3 of the occlusal table and exceed 2/3 of the cusp height on any of the remaining cusps. The fact that you did not like that diagnosis does not change either the diagnosis or the fact that the diagnosis was consistent with the standard of care.
On the matter of dental records, they are our records of you. Our Practice’s copy fee is simply an allowable charge of a reasonable cost-based fee for the expense involved for copying the patient records. The HIPAA Privacy Rule states that the patient is allowed to “inspect, review, and receive a copy of their own medical records and billing records held by health plans and healthcare providers covered by the HIPAA Privacy Rule.” However, the healthcare provider is allowed and may charge the patient a fee for copying and mailing his or her medical records.” The Omnibus Rule, effective 9/23/2013, “allows for the identification of labor costs for copying protected health information (PHI), whether in paper or electronic form, which can include a reasonable cost-based fee for time spent creating and copying the file.”

Negative experience: Really good place, amazing staff. But when I was told that I would be receiving my retainers for my Invisalign on a scheduled day, and then come in on said scheduled day to get told they don’t have time to do that but can do a scheduled cleaning? I do find that a waste of my time that is why we scheduled a day. Also one complaint with the Invisalign, I was not informed that the retainers would be an extra 500$ at the end of the treatment and was not included with the 4,000$ + plan, that could have been my bad on not listening well enough but I think you guys should make sure to point that out as well when talking about the Invisalign plan.

The appointment in question was scheduled 6 months and 1 day after your last cleaning—our standard protocol to help our patients maximize their insurance benefits. This appointment was booked specifically for a cleaning and not for retainer delivery. While we always do our best to accommodate multiple services during a visit when scheduling allows, our availability doesn’t always make that possible, and we were not made aware in advance of any request to combine appointments.
Regarding the Invisalign treatment, the cost of retainers is clearly outlined in the signed Treatment Plan provided to you at the start of your case. We encourage all patients to review this document carefully, as it details all costs associated with treatment. We understand how easy it can be to forget some of the details over time, especially in a long-term treatment process, and we are always happy to review those items again if needed.
It’s unfortunate that we weren’t able to meet your expectations during this visit, and it’s simply a coincidence that your Invisalign treatment wrapped up close to your previously scheduled cleaning. We do value your time and strive to communicate clearly and respectfully with all of our patients. Negative experience: This business is very misleading in that it told me one price for work they were going to do. And when I drove 2 hrs to get there they were going to charge me over double what they quoted me . Very bad business practice.

Before your visit, our team made every effort to provide you with as much information as possible based on the insurance details you provided. However, because your treatment spanned over an insurance renewal date—and without having seen you or made a diagnosis—we could not give an exact quote ahead of time. This is standard across the dental industry, as treatment plans and associated costs depend on an in-person clinical evaluation.
We do not double quotes, nor do we provide misleading information. In fact, we strive to be as transparent as possible with all patients regarding cost, coverage, and treatment options. If there was any confusion, we’re happy to clarify further.
As for travel, we understand that distance can be inconvenient, but ultimately, where you choose to receive care from is a personal decision. Many patients travel far to receive what they feel is the best dental care available, and we appreciate those who do. However, we cannot be held accountable for the time or distance involved in getting to our office.

Fantastic experience: This new building is gorgeous. The staff are very nice. The dogs were a surprise, however, they did not appear to bother anyone.. my hygienist was very professional and excellent at her job. She made my time there today as comfortable as possible. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. lol.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for many years. My original dentist was Dr Wagasy. Recently, one of my crowns came off. They kindly worked me in the schedule around my lunch time. The next day I was given the new patient orientation. They made me feel welcomed and at ease, right from the start. The clinic is spotless. Positive experience: Everyone very friendly. I don't like the looks of my new teeth and I tried to eat with them but couldn't hurt my gums really bad and my jaws hurt and a sore now on my lower gums had to put my old dentures back in to eat. Sorry .

We always want our patients to be happy and comfortable with their dentures, which is why we require patients to sign off before finalization confirming they are satisfied with the look of their prosthesis. It’s also important to know that a new denture will never fit exactly like an older one, and it’s very normal to experience sore spots as your mouth adjusts. These can usually be resolved with a few adjustment visits, which we are more than happy to schedule for you. Please don’t hesitate to call us so we can help make your new denture as comfortable as possible.

Told her how anxious the dentist makes me and she did great at reassuring me and being overall a big help. Fantastic experience: The cleaning technition was excellent! She communicated very well and clearly answered my many questions. She was skillful with her cleaning techniques. Tha doctor came in and examined my teeth and gums, he also did a minor repair on one tooth that was problematic when I flossed my teeth.
