Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This dental office is wonderful! It’s very clean, welcoming, and the staff is amazing. There was no wait time, and I really appreciated how efficient everything was. There were several doctors available, making the visit quick and easy. Liz and Dr. Manuel were both incredible, they provided excellent customer service and took great care of my needs. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this office to others. They also see kids and accept many insurances, which makes it perfect for families!

Fantastic experience: Been a patient here for many years. The staff is kind and friendly. Kendayl the dental hygienist is super sweet and very gentle when she cleans my teeth.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were so nice and helpful. Liz was my assistant. She told me everything she was doing every step of the way. Dr Chen knew exactly what was going on with my tooth and gave me options to fix it. The waiting room was clean and nicely decorated for Halloween.

Fantastic experience: The establishment is clean, the staff is friendly, and they are fast. They were able to do my cleaning the same day and I was scheduled for first time visit which was just X-rays and exam. I don’t have to wait months for my next visit either they were able to schedule me for the next week. Very happy with their work.

Fantastic experience: My appointment/experience at Sierra Dental Care Was a wonderful! My hygienist is Kim and she is great!. My dentist is Dr. Manuel and he is great! Everybody is very attentive. They listen to you. They take what you have to say into consideration and They come up with the best plan for you. While living here in Modesto there’s no other Dentist I would even consider going to! Sierra Dental Care you get five stars plus from me. Thank you for being there for me.

Fantastic experience: Coming from another dental provider, who hurt my wife and I physically and financially ( didn’t care about our health only money) Sierra dental care is a refreshing change of pace. Caring providers, clean facility and kind front staff. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone!

Negative experience: It seems totally unnecessary to me that they give me an appointment without having had the result of my insurance, and they would like me to pay for all the proceedings of my bag and then send it to the insurance and then wait for them to refund my money, apart from the fact that if I paid them $100 dollars only for X-rays and they did not let me know that that charge of my bag, it was because they had not yet checked my insurance, I would prefer that they had given me the appointment until they had that information

Fantastic experience: Kendyl H was my hygienist, and she was excellent! Very thorough, gentle, and friendly. I don't want to come across as a "Karen", but I was not impressed with the dentist that saw me. I have not seen him there before and I do not remember his name but I'm sure you can look it up. I thought he was rude and condescending. He snapped at the dental assistant about how she was displaying my x-rays but he was mumbling with a mask on so it is no wonder she could not understand him. He also gave me an earful about my night guard. He asked me if I was wearing it and I said I was every night. He asked if I was cleaning it and I said that I brushed it every day with a toothbrush. He told me to use toothpaste to clean it which was opposite what I was told when I first got the guard. Then he said that I should get a hard guard because "that was what they were using now." I said that I thought that was more expensive than the soft guard and he said, "no, they are the same price" which is not true. He should not be stating these things if he does not know the facts. I just felt that this dentist was full of himself, and I hope that I do not get him in the future. "Bedside manner" is so important for doctors and dentists! Thank you for listening to my rant. Fantastic experience: Honestly the very best experience I've ever had with a dentist and I have been avoiding going for many years and feel super blessed that my new health insurance is going to cover all the work I need. Every assistant I dealt with was super friendly and they eliminated my enormous amount of anxiety then when the dentist did the work it was over before I knew it. Thank you so much everyone to everyone there. You all deserve a raise.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and I have never been treated so poorly as my last visit. The cleaning went fine but I waited for 30 mins for the doctor. No one checked in with me and I just felt forgotten. When I got up to leave someone saw me and asked if I wanted her to check on the doctor’s status. I told her I already waited 30 mins and just walked away. The front desk wished me a great day but for the first time in a long time I need to find a new dentist.

Positive experience: The hygienist was great. The actual dental exam was not what I have ever experienced before. It was alittle weird

Fantastic experience: Great first experience! I had a dental emergency and they were able to accommodate me in quickly, the same day. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Treatment was done the same day and was also quick. I appreciate Dr King and his staff for their professional and kind service.

Positive experience: Got me in for an emergency appointment. I had bad pain in my jaw and back Molar. Found an abcess under my tooth. Sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds. Would have given more stars, however when picking up my prescriptions they gave me ibuprofen. I wouldn't have called in for an emergency if taking ibuprofen was helping literally shaking and crying while trying to take xrays.... so if your looking for pain relief your not going to get it here. Just an FYI

Fantastic experience: Since the moment I stepped in I liked the place! Their staff are kind and helpful, and wait time was on point! Something I noticed and it calmed me was that they don’t push you into getting work done compared to other offices where they push you to get work done not knowing what your financial situation is. At Sierra Dental I didn’t feel that pressure! Something else also is that I didn’t feel judged lol I don’t have the best teeth and the dentist showed me ways of how I can improve. Oh oh oh!! Another thing is that they gave me the option to get my work done if I wanted it done sooner then and there after the consult! Compared to other places I would have to wait months for another appointment ! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly and professional! I just moved here a few months ago and all my friends said Sierra Dental is the best. They were correct from receptionist, dental assistant, to the dentist all top shelf. To top it off the owner sat next to me while I was getting numb for some fillings and talked to me for about 10 minutes. I highly recommend Sierra Dental in Modesto 5 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was in a lot of pain from one of her wisdom teeth. I called several places and I got the same response... Sorry the soonest they had was End of August. I Called Sierra Dental Yesterday morning (Wednesday) @ 8:30am. And they told me they could see her at 1:50pm. We got there at 1:30 they took her back took some X-rays and said Yes it needs to be pulled... I asked if they could pull it this week? He said This week??? We are going to pull it now. What a blessing. She came out about 3:45 with zero pain. Last night about 8:30 she says mom the Numbness is gone and my pain is Zero. We are all transferring to Sierra Dental for all our dental needs. And they are open until 8:00 p.m 2 days a week and open on Saturdays.

Negative experience: Dentists are awesome. The front desk receptionist at check-in however, is very rude and has poor customer service skills. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment and additional training and development regarding her overall performance.

Fantastic experience: The staff is fast and super friendly. They explain their treatment plans and work with you so you get the work that you need done. Shout out to Stephanie who gave amazing customer service. She went above and beyond today.

Fantastic experience: This place met all my needs and more. On Saturday morning, my crown fell out , as I was trying to get ready for event. They got me in on a Saturday morning I was a new patient. Dr Chan went to work on my tooth and I was off to my event thank you so much sierra dental. I’m so glad you guys were able to get me in.

Fantastic experience: After years of being afraid of the dentist, Dr. King and the rest of the crew did an amazing job of keeping a great experience for a root canal! Dr. King was quick and very articulate. Juan, Letti, and Kiara were absolutely amazing in not only answering the numerous questions I had but being very thorough, caring about my comfort and explaining the process. Also, Miss Kiara deserves a trip to Hawaii or a raise her bedside manners were top tier. I will be definitely coming back to this establishment and I feel was very accommodating in prices. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I recently woke up this weekend with an accessed tooth and needed to see a dentist. Luckily Sierra Dental was open on Saturday and they were able to see me right away, though I was not a previous patient. The visit wss affordibly priced, and the dentist and staff were very caring and professional, I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Had a 9:00 am appointment scheduled. I arrived early. Sat in the lobby for 40 minutes prior to being escorted to the examination chair. Sat there waiting for the doctor for 5 minutes short of an hour.n after the temporary implants was removed, another set was secured by the Assistant and the doctor informed me that he'd be back to check on the fit of the replacement implant temporary implants set. Fast-forward another, maybe 30:00 minutes, I finally drew frustrated and approached the doctor, who was attending to another patient, to question whether he was planning on coming back to my examination chair or not, because sitting in a denial office is not an ideal place to spend a half day on a Saturday. I finally left the building after 12:30 pm

Negative experience: I came in knowing that things would be rough but the doctor didn’t spend even a minute getting to know me, my concerns, or my goals. He very quickly told me what he thought we should do, did not provide options or encourage questions. The entire process felt highly transactional. I’m extremely anxious about dental visits, which is why I’m in the place where I am and this visit did nothing to make me feel better. Definitely getting a second opinion and strongly considering not returning to this office.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an excellent dentist like Dr Mena and knowledgeable staff Sierra dental is the place to go. Today I got my teeth cleaned by my hygienist Kendall and as always she did a great job. This office is clean, staff is kind and professional. I highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Called in on a Friday afternoon with a terrible pain, did not know I had a big infection. I got a phone call same night and brought me Saturday for emergency appointment. Negative experience: Horrible customer service Dr didn’t know what they were talking about told me that my jawline was “bad” irreversible but definitely get a second opinion and make this not be your first, they recommended something that I didn’t need and that would harm my teeth later into the future don’t let yourself get fooled and look at your options! Not good financing extremely high overall disappointed and a waste of a visit, staff was ignorant and rude!

Fantastic experience: I had a very bad toothache and tried a lot of dentist and couldn’t get an appointment for a couple of days. But called Sierra and they got me in within an hour. I got there and was immediately taken in and treated. The stash was so nice and friendly and the office was beautiful. I’m going back for more dental work because I appreciate how fast the got me in. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Went in today for an emergency appointment due to being in extreme pain for over 3 days. I had seen another dentist in my hometown and though they gave me antibiotics and tried to help me, they were unsuccessful. I wasn’t prescribed the correct dosage for antibiotics and the dentist I saw today was kind of flabbergasted. He said I should have been out of pain by now and that the infection should have been close to gone. I was treated with respect, dignity and compassion by every single person at Sierra Dental Care. I was not judged nor made to feel like I deserved less treatment because of my experiences with other dentists. I will be a regular patient there from now on, even if it is an almost 2 hour drive. Thank you Sierra Dental for making me feel better.

Fantastic experience: This isn’t my regular dental office but they fit me in short notice for an emergency on a Saturday (usual office was closed). They got me fixed up for the time being and were super friendly and helpful. The dentist who helped me (Dr. Geredia I believe) joked about how I can tease my dentist next time I go in with some dental work he didn’t do. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Dear sierra dental, I find your workers extremely unprofecional , having me wait there for more thn 30 min after my appointment schedule time, also your front desk worker should pay more attention instead of chatting with one another, i waited the other day for 20 minutes after i was done, she aparently did not see me sitting there waiting for my paperwork. Also when i had my wisdom tooth taken out , your dental assistant should really pay attention & do there job instead of chatting with their dentist about their exes, i almost had my jaw broken because of her not paying attention & not putting upwards preasure on my jaw. But you guys are really quick to send your no "showup fee" so thank you again & you bet i will take my dental work elsewhere, you are unfortunaly fired & your services are no longer needed. Fantastic experience: I called the dental office today and told them that I broke a tooth before Christmas and today my pain was so bad and they not only got me in for a xrays they also did my root canal so I wouldn't be in pain. Fantastic experience: Kim, my hygienist, was gentle and checked to see that I was doing okay periodically when she cleaned my teeth. After my cleaning, Dr. Manuel came and examined me and compassionately explained what he was doing and what my exam showed. Lastly, the treatment coordinator explained my treatment plan in detail, and made sure I understood the plan. This whole visit was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly, the availability for appointments works with my work hours, evenings, Saturdays. The service I received last evening was wonderful. The doctor was very busy so I had a bit of a wait, but they communicated with me, got me some water and the exam was done. I LOVE the hygienists!!! They listen to my concerns and answer all questions.

Fantastic experience: So I hate going to the dentist I had to go to get my teeth cleaned I hate when they poke me with the needle but I went to Sierra Dental I had no needle they were really gentle and caring and I was cold they offered me a blanket I really really advise people who do not like the dentist to go there they were wonderful and very caring thank you guys I'll see you again.

Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing! They got me in the same day for an emergency. Dr. Mena and his assistants Josey, Christian and Juan all took good care of me! Marisol went over all the finances and she was so nice and professional. I came back to get my cleaning and the Hygienist Raman was so gentle. The office manager Cynthia and the assistant manager Saira are great too. Overall I had the best experience and the whole staff is amazing!

Positive experience: I feel that my last appt did not go well. Had a cracked wisdom tooth, and was unclear about the treatment i would need. They said they would contact the dentist but meantime I’m in pain. Went back to complain and they sent me to a oral surgeon.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond happy with my first experience with this dentist. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted. I didn’t wait long to be called back and all the staff were very nice and informed me of every step. Even the plan of treatment and price break down was fantastic. As some one who has put off dental work for decades I am so glad a place like this exists. The fact that they have Saturday appointments is a life saver.

Negative experience: I wish their communication was much better. I have called over three times over the year to get some information from the dentist about my brother's visit, and they always say they will return my call and never do. I have to drive out to the location to get my answer.
