Negative experience: This is usually where I get my retainers check out. I had to re-schedule my appointment on another day for Friday to get to see a Ortho. Apparently when I show up, all of a sudden their not here. I'm not even sure if they'll ever be present there the days that their not scheduled on :(

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist. She spoke in a rude and unprofessional way, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides better customer service training.

Fantastic experience: Great service and friendly staff. Helpful and easy to get in. Would recommend both dental and ortho.

Negative experience: Avoid Western Dental if you can. I went to Western Dental only because my new job’s schedule made it impossible to see my regular dentist, and I wanted a cleaning before traveling abroad. I figured any dentist could handle a routine exam and cleaning — big mistake. The visit started fine. The hygienist who took my X-rays was very kind and professional. But when I met the dentist, the experience went downhill fast. She was rude, rushed, and completely unprofessional. She looked at my teeth for maybe three seconds, poked my gums lightly with a dental pick, and immediately said I needed an “extensive dental cleaning” and a 6-month gingivitis treatment because my previous dentist supposedly wasn’t doing things right. When I asked simple questions about the medication or how the treatment worked, she got visibly irritated and brushed me off, telling me to “ask the front desk.” At the front desk, things got even worse. Staff literally yelled across the office for me to come up and then tried to upsell me on a gingivitis treatment — still without telling me what the medication even was. The total “after insurance” cost was around $500, including $150 for a cleaning (after insurance supposedly paid 80%) and another $350 for the “special medication.” They claimed the product was unique to Western Dental and normally cost $1,500. I later looked it up myself — it’s called Periogel, available on Amazon for about $26. I agreed to just pay for the cleaning, and after they charged me, they told me to wait to be seen. A minute later, I literally heard the dentist yelling from her office, “I can’t do the cleaning!” The staff apologized and told me to book another appointment. The whole situation felt shady and unprofessional. Even the billing didn’t make sense — if insurance covers 80%, that would mean they charge $755 for a basic cleaning before insurance, which is absurd. When I called to request a refund, they said it would take two weeks. It’s now been over two weeks, and when I followed up, I was told it could take 2–6 weeks and that the issue is being “escalated.” Between the upselling, misinformation, rude dentist, and refund runaround, I absolutely do not recommend Western Dental. I wish I’d just waited to see my regular dentist instead of wasting time and money here.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this location was amazing! The customer service was top-tier, and the staff was super friendly — all smiles. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I absolutely love it. Dr. Hadid was my doctor, and Arene assisted me as well. Overall, the staff was great!

Negative experience: There’s a real issue with the front desk staff’s attitude. Unfortunately, some clinics and businesses are losing their customers because of them. Instead of greeting patients with professionalism, they reflect their own unhappiness onto everyone who walks in. I only wanted to make an appointment, yet I was met with no eye contact, a miserable face, and a harsh, unwelcoming tone. That single interaction was enough for four patients, including myself, to decide never to return. I will keep sharing my experience with everyone around me!

Negative experience: I’m leaving this review based on my wife’s experience during our visit today (September 8 at 12 PM). We were the only patients there, yet the front desk representative was unhelpful and even made a disrespectful comment. My wife asked for the manager, but the manager didn’t address the issue at all. Instead of an apology, they just said they were “busy,” even though no one else was waiting. It really felt like after they heard her strong accent, the situation turned into a form of harassment. This is simply not acceptable, and I hope the office takes this seriously for the sake of future patients. We will plan to go all family treatments but after this experience, it is impossible to continue with this team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Youn did my teeth cleaning- excellent service, very gentle Arlene and Odeth- polite and couteous

Negative experience: Misinformed by front desk and was charged for something not covered by insurance. They never responds to my email. After trying to reach many times over the phone, they said they will waive it but never did

Fantastic experience: When there and got my teeth cleaned they did such an excellent job I wouldn’t recommend any other place but them they are the best the doctors are super helpful ask for Ari the supervisor.

Fantastic experience: 2 years after having my extractions. This Dr. actually has taken the time and listened to my concers. I pray that this week I will finally be able to smile again.

Negative experience: Worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Kings of rescheduling appointments even after you have to call off work to make appointments they just don’t want to help unless it’s cash services it seems. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours for a 2pm appointment just for them to tell me they needed to reschedule lol. They make you fill out a pharmacy for every visit yet send my scripts to whatever pharmacy they want. Just been a complete nightmare. After I pick up my script that I needed 2 weeks ago I will never step foot in this low tier unprofessional dentist office ever again if I could rate 0 stars I definitely would. I don’t see how they’re still in business

Negative experience: No I was sitting there waiting for 30 minutes just to see if the wax denture was fitting. Knowing the dentist was drilling on another patient it woukd if been 30 minutes to an hour before I would be seen . I had to chose to reschedule my appt.

Fantastic experience: This location is amazing. Very kind, patient and caring staff. My grandfather who is an elderly man needed X-rays and a teeth cleaning was brought to this location and they did a great job accommodating him. The dental hygienist Susie did the cleaning and X-rays. My grandpa shared with me how gentle she was with him. Will definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: I recently visited Western Dental for the first time and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the X-ray technician was efficient and kind, my interaction with Dr. Hadid left much to be desired. After examining my teeth, Dr. Hadid recommended a $1,000 out of pocket six-month gum fluoride treatment due to my previous history of braces. When I inquired whether she observed any symptoms that would warrant this treatment, she responded that it was simply a standard recommendation for all patients who have had braces, despite having had my braces removed five years ago. Furthermore, I have regularly visited other dental providers since then and have never been advised to undergo such a treatment which I found odd. When I attempted to ask more questions about my teeth and the treatment, Dr. Hadid appeared to rush the conversation, frequently interrupting and ending the discussion abruptly. It was evident that she had no interest to clarify any other questions I had about my teeth as there were many times where she would say “okay” and start to leave before I could finish my sentence. I respectfully declined the treatment and opted for a routine cleaning instead. I have been receiving routine cleanings every six months ever since childhood that would last at least 15-20 minutes at other practices. However, during this visit, the “cleaning” only consisted of applying a polish for 1-2 minutes and then I was told by the hygienist that I was done. When I requested a more thorough cleaning, she simply stated, "you're good” and said I was done. I was disappointed with both the dentist’s attitude and the subpar quality of the cleaning. Given my experience, I will not be returning to any Western Dental location.

Fantastic experience: When I first walked in I was greater by the nice young ladies in the front. They quickly got me in and took my X-rays and got me to see a Doctor/ Dentist she explained what I needed to have done which were a number of things since I have neglected coming to the dentist due to not having dental insurance. The care team is fantastic Arlene sat and went over my insurance and my payment options for me and she was very friendly. Susie the hygienist is amazing she took good care of me and made me feel very comfortable while getting my treatment. Julie and Doctor Santos were amazing. Very good team when I got my root canal done. And to the rest of the other Doctors and the assistance and the X-ray technician Thank you for making my experience a great one I highly recommend this facility to my friends co workers and family. Thank you all and I look forward to seeing you all in the future

Negative experience: Dr Knapp very rude with kids, unprofessional, comes late to work, after seeing two patients she takes a break meanwhile patients waiting for two hours to be seen by her

Negative experience: Dental work always has to be redone. Was told a referral would be honored, then called to schedule an appointment, then was told it would not be. Nobody ever seems to be on the same page there.

Negative experience: So I move out off state to Texas and was told there affiliate Brident dental & orthodontist would take over my daughter braces contract they lie!!! Western dental lie know I owe them thousands off dollars and Brident Dental & Orthodontics won’t mess with my daughters braces unless I start a new contract ($$$more money) . Sound like a good scam to me so they are affiliated company but won’t or can’t transfer my account over her to Texas I have to get on debt for thousands off dollars more!!!

Fantastic experience: Came in for an exam recently and was greeted kindly by the front lady's when checking in. During my exam the lady's in the back are very verbal with communicating with how my exam would be and what to expect during everything. I was very scared since I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time and have came across a bad experience at my last office. They made me feel comfortable and told me every step of what to expect. I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for someone that will make you feel comfortable and that will work with you in a respectful way. They are very efficient with getting things done in a timely manner way.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars i would to this office I’ve had the worst experience of my life here i needed a tooth extracted because it was infected and I was seen a week before the surgery the financial person was pushing for me to get implants but the cost was so much and I am on disability and can’t afford to get them I explained this to her I told her I was in pain and I just wanted the tooth pulled so they schedule me for the extraction the day of my appointment the doctor comes in the room that they put me in and wanted me to have this other implant procedure done that was going to cost about $2000 I again told her I couldn’t afford it so she insisted and said that she was not doing the extraction unless I did the other procedure since I said absolutely no she went and add that now she need it a medical clearance before doing it and that if I couldn’t get the clearance on that day I had to wait a month to get the extraction because she only goes once a month I couldn’t believe it I just left with my tooth ache and they didn’t care I talked to the manager Liz and asked her for the number to call to make a complaint and she refused to give it to me so i ended up getting it and I also made a complaint with medical of their poor medical practice they’re only interested in the money not the patient care HORRIBLE…

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! They treated me poorly and gave so much attitude and said they couldn’t even give me any stong medication after pulling out 4 of my wisdom. All because I wouldn’t pay out of pocket for a bone grafting or prf.

Fantastic experience: This is amazing I got Susie for my teeth cleaning. Fast experience and great customer service. 10 out of 10. I live in the Morongo Basin area. I travel 100 miles just to get my dental care done here. And Dr. Ewan is amazing

Fantastic experience: Went in last week to get my exam done and was greeted with the nicest front staff (Michelle & Vanessa), they were super nice and got me checked in quickly, Dr. Hadid did my exam and she was very careful and she explained my treatment very well, also their hygienist (Susie) did my cleaning and she was extremely gentle! Overall my experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend coming here!! Their coordinator (Arlene) also did a good job at explaining my dental coverage!

Negative experience: The last time I seen the lady doctor. She was very rude. Rough. It’s hurt me sooo much. Got my teeth done many times but never been that hurt before. When she working on my teeth the drill fell off in my mouth. I was so scared. It’s hurting awhile because the speed of the head of the drill fell of and hit my jaw. ( got nightmares)But she wasn’t even said sorry to me. Until now I’m still feel bad annd mad every time I think about that day. .(the office on Highland st)

Negative experience: Just facts: Long waiting over an hour past my appointment time with small children, my son didn’t want the laughing gas because it smells so instead of letting me talk him into they gave him a filling for a cavity without numbing or gas so he is crying. They refused to work with him when other kids got to “calm down” in waiting room. Waste of time, I hope you didn’t hurt him doing work without no numbing or gas. Thanks for nothing. No wonder why he was crying. I could have talked him into taking the gas that I already signed and approved.

Negative experience: I chose the wrong WD the ladies at the front desk was rude because they didn’t know the answer to my question and I didn’t want to accept the false information given but they did eventually display customer service Instead the worse of it all is the DDS Hadid she did not completely numb me knowing she was abstracting my tooth that took over an hour having my mouth opened that long.to where my jvd was clicking, then input an implant I had tell her numb me idk why other races try to inflict pain on “black” people but don’t give us full pain relief she didn’t give me antibiotics prior knowing I had an infection I had the worst experience ever out of all my experiences with any dentist I gotta go back because we’re not finished I hope somehow she can redeem herself and make my experience better

Negative experience: I waited for 3 hours for my appointment. One of the ladies was only worried about selling me extra procedures. And the dental assistant was hurting me. I will never go back there. The surgeon was fine ,but everyone else sucked!!!

Fantastic experience: Susie is the greatest hygienist I've ever seen she care for my teeth like no other dentist office before. Although , Gary isn't with Western Dental he also was a great person, now Liz is in his piece, we couldn't ask for no one better.

Negative experience: I was there two weeks ago after scheduling my appointment for cleaning, they made an error in the scheduling and left me unattended for 2 hours, the worst thing was the condescending and rude way the manager (female who I believe is new as I had never seen her there before) spoke to me. She never apologized for their error and kept asking me to shut up so she can speak. She was just mean, rude and horrible.

Negative experience: I used to be a customer from this office since smile wide .been having issues with them ..today had scheduled an appointment for my son have a wisdom tooth removed and we get there and started letting me know about the procedure..I ask why I wasn’t informed of this prior the appointment and they normally do but with me it was a mistake started question more,.one girl turn around and roll her eyes and I started asking why this always happen and at the end I was the bad guy and refuse service and according to Liz she was the manager and no one talk to above her and refuse service..keep in mind my daughter need it an appointment since she had a cavity fix and the silver tooth is all black her gum swollen but refuse service and remove my phone number not be associated with them

Negative experience: I used to love this office but I started feeling not cared about or listened to. Referred me out without giving me options. They don't care there patients. They just want and care about money.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from the moment my Son and Wife walked in. We can’t thank Isabella enough for being kind and welcoming, ensuring our family felt comfortable. Letty was amazing while performing her X-Ray review of our son’s dental structure. She made sure my wife felt at ease and listened to all of our families concerns and stories, she was patient with my son and amazing with my wife. Dr Wazzer was the true MVP in this ordeal. I came from another Dentistry office where I was forced and pushed on services I was uncomfortable receiving and decided taking a second opinion. It was the right choice as I was educated and informed of the underlying issue with my son’s dental health. We are better educated and understand the next steps needed to ensure my son’s transition from baby teeth to permanent teeth are a success. Great team and great people. 10/10 recommend

Negative experience: As you will notice the owner only address the good reviews goes to show the medical professionals behavior is solely focused on the money I have a disability and I reported them and I have yet to be contacted about Liz and the other rude staff behaviors !!!!!! Currently in the er after having a panic attack because their rude customer service reps triggered me than when she heard my son calling 911 she tried to switch her attitude up to late added to the complaint with the California civil department-Updated on 06/07/2024 Terrible office they were extremely rude to me and my child. They take things lightly with people with disabilities but the civil rights department doesn’t appreciate these complaints. Liz the office manager is incompetent at her job and she does not handle people with disabilities well and she looks at you like your crazy when your brain tumor is active and working your temporal lobe!!!!! She is very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Dr Weng, Ari and Jo are The real deal! The dream team! The Powerpuff Girls. My Root Canal treatment went very smooth and painless thanks to Dr Weng who answered all my questions and the assistance of Ari & Joe.

Fantastic experience: Very first time going to Western Dental and was brand new and having a tooth emergency and Gary immediately made me feel welcomed and listened to my concerns. I had a very intricate situation and he made it work and we were able to get it taken care of. Have had horrible experiences with dentists and Gary’s bed side manner made me want to keep coming back. Fantastic experience: Western Dental has taken such great care of me. Dr. Weng and Dr. AlWazeer have been so carful with the work they have done to restore the health of my teeth. Suzie and Lette have both been supportive and informative about my procedures and treatments. Stephanie always remembers me and checks me in the moment I walk through the door, and Gary has remained my best advocate to ensure that my insurance covers everything I need, providing reasonable payment goals for anything else I require to restore my smile. I had neglected my teeth by avoiding the dentist for years, and now I look forward to seeing my dental team whenever I have an appointment. 10/10! would recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible all this place wants to do is up charge you! Scam business, also they asked me a couple years ago to leave them a good review in exchange for free teeth cleaning products which i never received. They are TERRBILE this place should be closed UPDATE DO NOT TAKE OR CHILDREN HERE CHILD ABUSE!!! My daughter has received terrible dental care here AVOID This place at all cost Dental assistant at this location scratch my daughter in the face with a sharp instrument, and she now has a scar on her face. At another visit my daughter went to get her braces adjusted the dental assistant sprayed water in her face and threatened her by telling her that if she didn’t stay on top of her braces that her parents would have to be charged more money. When I brought it up to the dentist, he immediately disagreed with whatever I was saying before even getting the entire story from the staff member who did it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I recorded the entire altercation on my phone. I will be pressing charges unless I get a complete refund, this place should be shut down complete scam!!!

Fantastic experience: I was a little skeptical in terms of choosing this place. But I’m glad I did the staff were great and friendly. Overall no complaints with this location. Plus I didn’t have to wait too long before I got called back which is an added bonus. I’m glad I made the choice to go to Western Dental

I been to some great practices before but what standout at this office is the emphasis on patient education. The dentist took the time to explain my dental condition, treatment options, and preventive measures in a clear manner which demonstrated a genuine concern for my well-being. My experience at Western Dental Loma Linda location was overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend it to individuals seeking a dental office that excels in patient-centered care. Fantastic experience: I love this office!! I’ve had the best Dental experience EVER and I’m old. So that speaks for itself lol. The front office person Gary is so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient when it comes to your dental authorizations. He makes sure all x-rays are taken and even re-taken if needed to help with approvals. Dr. Kaur is also the best, she is very patient, kind and has the best bed side manner. I’m so happy I found this office, I don’t care if I have to drive almost 30 mins to get here. Its worth it :) If your looking for a new dental office look no further.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years. They are a very honest, thorough place. The doctor is also super sweet, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.

Negative experience: I give this place a negative -5 if it was possible general dentist Shant Oroojian can’t even do his job correctly because if it wasn’t for his assistant Naidelin Cazarez to tell me not to take Tylenol I would’ve gotten a bad heart attack or stroke . As well as not doing what his patient told him multiple times even with the patience of mine when I was in pain and he did the opposite side of my mouth . I plan to sue like they can’t even take me serious so unprofessional I pray for the people who are in pain that saw me ask for my files and have to deal with these employees . Please save yourself the time and go to the school of dentistry in Loma Linda .

Fantastic experience: My dentist was so kind and caring. And she demanded perfection on my behalf. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, all my life. And I am an older patient. But she made me feel safe and was backed up by an incredible staff of kind, patient people. I’m so glad I finally felt safe enough to get this perfect beautiful smile! Thank you all!

Negative experience: This has by far been the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt time and time again. Every single time I come I make an appointment and they always take over one hour to see me. Also, the first time I went they recommended a bunch of work be done where I had to pay over $2,500 they got the first part of the treatment done and I paid in full only to have them cancel my next appointment twice and I pretty much had to beg them to be able and get seen again to finish the treatment. Honestly, they are always using the we are under staffed excuse every single time. Don’t come here they. Are the absolute worst and treat customers like they are disposable. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a dentist office let alone multiple times. I’ve given them multiple chances not taking my money ever again.!

Positive experience: Very kind dentist and staff. Been 20 years since last at a dentist. Had a teeth cleaning and chip repair today with follow up plan in place to get my mouth happy again. The staff were awesome in answering my questions and everyone was interested in keeping me comfortable. I would recommend this office any time! Just expect a wait when you get here because they do have a lot of patients and can often go over the expected time. Good thing I think because once you get back there you are given full attention and everything taken care of even if it is longer than expected!!

Positive experience: The office Manager Gary is AMAZING. He is helpful, kind and funny even during busy and stressful work times. The office is VERY busy and ran very behind but the dentists saw this and did my kids’ cleaning since the techs where behind! I thought that was very nice of them.

Fantastic experience: My visit today at Western Dental in Loma Linda was very professional and on point. My check-in with Stephanie and Gary was quite pleasant and friendly, and that made me feel at ease. Suzie was very patient and comforting and made sure that I was doing well throughout my procedure, and I am appreciative of that.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff that truly make going to the dentist a much better experience. Susannah is probably the best hygienist that I have EVER had my teeth cleaned by. Susannah had me completely numbed so that I didn't feel anything and she is very timely. This is by far the best experience I and my child have ever had.

Fantastic experience: SUPER QUICK and friendly. Gary was the first person that gave me the best impression. It was a small but subtle hospitable smile and friendliness. I automatically knew I was in a good place. Stephanie was super efficient in getting the paperwork set up and she had over 20 people to do this with in an hour. Very impressive. And Liz made me feel comfortable with the transaction and transition to making an action ASAP. And of course the Dr and Assistant did a FANTASTIC job with getting my braces on. Western Dental is a perfect example of how business should be conducted. 5 Stars

Positive experience: This dentist's office was the best experience I've ever had in a dental facility. They are kind, friendly, careful, very thorough! They explain everything before they do it. Top notch! The only reason I did not rate five stars is that I very much disagree with the fact that you have to take covid precautions and wear a mask on your face when the pandemic is over! This is the only medical type facility that still requires me to put a mask on my face. In my opinion it is not necessary, ridiculous, goes against my will and against my morals, religious views and beliefs. These were not considered here! I was not given a choice to "not comply" in order to use this facility. Otherwise I would give this facility a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for their wonderful and thorough care of their patients.

Negative experience: I am calling corporate to report the lack of training and/or professionalism at their Loma Linda location. I showed up early today for my exam and cleaning. The woman had me fill out the paperwork and sit down to wait. She did not tell me that there was no dentist there to actually take my appointment at 12:30 pm. Finally, at 12:55 pm, I asked, "What's happening?" and they then told me that there was no dentist there for my appointment. Not only did they not call me to change my appointment time, but they couldn't even let me know when I arrived. How very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS OFFICE!!!!! I can't stress it enough!!!!!!! Now I have to find somewhere else to get my teeth cleaned as I refuse to return. Once again, how very unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Martha Ocampo attended me and she was very pleasant through out my visit. All the staff are nice at this facilitay and my children like it here too.

Fantastic experience: Gary was very kind hearted and welcoming. He helped me with all of my questions. And Suzie made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the whole cleaning process and she was very outgoing. Great service.

Fantastic experience: Gary is always so warm and friendly every time I bring my kids for their check ups. He consistently takes the time to ask about our day and provides very prompt courteous customer service. The team is polite and communicative, I appreciate everything they do!

Negative experience: This review is about the front desk staff since I didn't get to see the dentist. When I originally schedule my appointment I was told it could be a same-day appointment. I receive another call and was told that they don't do same-day appointments for new clients and it was scheduled too late for the day. New appointment and didn't worry about it. I receive a text message stating the time and date for my appointment and I didn't think anything about it. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the time of the text message. As I arrived I realized that I didn't bring my mask. This employee didn't smile, said hello, or anything like that. She asked about my mask and I told her I forgot and I didn't have a mask in my vehicle. She seems completely irritated and annoyed and states that this time she will give me a mask and next time I need to bring my own because they are for staff only and they don't have a lot of them. Also that I since I'm late they might not be able to be seen. I'm confused and stated that I received a text message about my appointment. The look on this person gave me was of disdain and annoyance. She was very irritated that I was there. I said thanks and left. I won't be returning to this company/office.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I’m new to western dental. I live in redlands and have been to the office located in Redlands. First time I scheduled an early appointment completed my X-rays and waited 4 hours ended up leaving. I know sometimes you have to be patient but I had people with a later appointment going before me. I scheduled again online and left work early they were trying to tell me they can only complete my X-rays which were done last visit. They eventually brought me to the back shortly waiting 15 mins or so I had a young lady ask if I wanted to wait as the doctor is running about an hr behind. I said I don’t mind waiting but just want to make sure I will get attended not just a quick check. She proceeded to let me know they overbooked office so they won’t be able to do anything, I stated this is my second time and I left work early, she asked if I wanted to reschedule. I ended up leaving and was upset as this wasn’t my fault. I recently scheduled appointment at Western Dental in Loma Linda online. Arrived right away the front desk receptionist Stephanie assisted me, super friendly and greeted me. I personally had a long day and forget a few things I needed she helped me and said I will still be seen to not stress. Shortly after I got called back for X-rays as this is considered my first time there. The tech Juan was super quick literally less than 5 mins we were done, and he completed my polish. I would recommend him as he is detailed and quick. My doctor who provided my cleaning was Dr. Alwazeer she was really nice and gently, she walked me through my process. Definitely would recommend her ! I had to get some financial paper’s signed had Amazing Gary walk me through. Super friendly and outgoing makes you feel like your family. Let alone has one of a kind personality, it felt like I’ve been going years to this office. I was so happy with my visit I was able to get everything done within the same day. The office is nice and let alone all staff is amazing. I definitely don’t mind driving to Loma Linda for my visits, and recommend this for anyone trying to find a good dentist place.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very polite. They went into detail of what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, how it could be fixed, and any costs associated with the procedure. Gary, Michelle and Liz have always been so accommodating to the patients. I have witness for 2 years the staff’s dedication to making sure that every customer experience’s quality service. Dr Joe ALWAYS has a welcoming smile to greet his patients. Suzie is an excellent Periodontist and very gentle while deep cleaning your teeth. I will continue to recommend everyone I know to have their dental care to be evaluated and treated at the Loma Linda Western Dental office. Everyone from the front desk staff, especially Gary was super helpful and very kind. And of course Dr. M she was wonderful! Very informative.
