Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dental practice!! I had an awesome experience with Melanie who took such good care of me and explained everything, she’s a great hygienist! Then I had to get my first crown and was a little nervous! However, Dr. P and his assistant Sarah were amazing! I would highly recommend both of them if you need any procedures done… both of them were very helpful in keeping me calm. At checkout I had to make another appointment and Tristen was a delight as she explained my insurance coverage plan and set up another appointment for me. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant!! Seven Pines Dental is a very nice practice! It is very clean and their equipment is state of the art. All staff greeted me with a smile and are very friendly and knowledgeable!! I highly recommend this Dental Office if you are looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed this experience. My three kids were so relaxed and comfortable throughout what would have been a scary experience. My 9 year old was laying in a darkened room, with her favorite show with a warm cozy blanket all while laying on a massage chair. She was treated like such a princess. They explained each step by step and showed her pictures to lower her anxiety. If I could give them 10 stars I would definitely do that.

Fantastic experience: The first thing that caught my attention was the upbeat warm staff that greeted you at the door. Not to mention the beautiful office. The office ran efficiently and smoothly. The care my children was provided was beyond great, it was perfect. Ms. Cathy was so wonderful with my son, the education she provided to him regarding cleaning his teeth and his dental hygiene was awesome. One of the best parts of our visit was Dr. Ham!! She was incredible. Wish I could have had a dentist like her when I was a kid!!! She is so kind, personable, and professional. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

That being said, I went there today because it’s been over five years since I went to the dentist and my stomach wasn’t turning like I was gonna throw up,, My head wasn’t spin like I was gonna pass out. Hands-down, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had and now I won’t be scared to go to the dentist and I will do it every 3 to 6 months if need be because I feel that comfortable

Fantastic experience: They were really kind and caring though the process. My fear was acknowledged which showed they were really hearing me.

Negative experience: I had earlier posted a 5 star review of this place and I loved the practice my first visit. However, because of my last visit I left highly disappointed. This office doesn't give back change if you use cash and will instead use whatever change as a "credit" on your account, nor do they accept tap payments. Which is very unfortunate and none of that information is on their website. I would have been able to better plan ahead for my appointment had I'd known before my trip. Instead, I wasn't able to be seen and had driven 2 hours for nothing. Just a warning they only take physical cards.

Fantastic experience: The complete staff at Seven Pines (Laburnum) has been so helpful and warm. I've had to get relatively major work done and while there's no avoiding discomfort, the team does everything they can to alleviate it. I highly recommend this place. The prices are reasonable too and they do everything they can to get your insurance to cover it.

Fantastic experience: Extremely satisfied with the excellent services Delshea and Dr. Peroutka provided today. Delshea did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! After my cleaning I had Botox injections given by Dr. Milanez. His assistant Sarah was so attentive and made me feel at ease. I didn’t feel a thing! Love these guys!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cherney is amazing! I had to have a ton of dental surgeries as a kid and have dreaded the dentist for over 20 years, but she is so gentle and efficient! The hygienists and admin staff are also very kind. They offer to dim the lights, TV to distract, ear plugs, etc to get you settled how you need beforehand. This is the closest getting cavities filled will be to pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous walking in but the office had a very nice welcoming vibe.. I was acknowledged immediately and was called back within a couple minutes. The chair was a heated massage chair.. the visit was very pleasant. They went over treatment plan and gave me several options to choose from. I would definitely recommend them.. I go back next week and will follow up after.. Update: I can not brag enough on how much I love my smile now.. I’ve had 12 teeth extracted on two different visits and Dr. Milanez and his assistant Ellerie have knock it out the ball field.. On my 1st visit my anxiety was a 10 and then again the second time a 10 but after getting my teeth pulled and went back for follow up, my anxiety was a ZERO.. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly.. I would give them all a 10 star if I could.. thank y’all
