Fantastic experience: The dentists were very patient the hospitality is outstanding this is definitely one of the best experiences for me when I comes to appointments if your looking for people to save your teeth these are the right people I can now have the appearance I want because of them.

Fantastic experience: As a child I have been filled with fear, and frightened; to go to the dentist....at 44 years old still is... But my daughter , she's 24 years old...she told me about this dental office here in Mesquite,Texas and I came to her appointment and I saw that the staff was very friendly, helpful..... But the Dentist was so knowable and shows concern and I like that, So I had came back here for my son which he is 22 years old as well and his sister told him about Inspire dental. I love this place....so I can't believe I'm saying this but I will come back myself to get some dental work done.... I love it here

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited the mesquite location twice so far I love the front desk customer service. It’s always nice clean & refreshing!! There’s also a play area for kids even charging portals for your phone! They are opened on Saturdays & I’m grateful for that working Mon-fri 8-5 it is impossible sometimes to make appointments!! I love it here I also drive 25mins just to go see them :-)

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and on top of scheduling and insurance questions. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, explaining what she was doing every step of the way. My wife and I bring our three kids who are three and under and the staff does a great job making my kids enjoy getting their teeth cleaned. We moved to Forney in 2021 and tried a dentist office in Forney but felt they were too pushy so we continued the drive to Allen for dental appointments for the following few years until six months ago we tried inspire dental and loved it instantly! I’d highly recommend this dentist office, we couldn’t be happier!

Positive experience: Edit: I got your voicemail and tried calling you back, but you had already left for the day. The person who answered said you would return my call, but I never heard back. As for the procedure, you're right—numbing wasn't necessary for either of the children, and it didn't take as long as your office had indicated. I have paperwork that details everything that was done. I've been seeing my dentist for years and trust them completely. Initially, I wanted to take my kids to a more child-friendly dentist, which is why I didn't bring them to my regular dentist right away. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I found Inspire through a recommendation in a Facebook group, where the person spoke highly of the dental office, which sounded great! I was happy to get appointments for my two kids. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. However, there were some concerns. The X-rays were unclear. For my son, there was a large cavity in one of his back teeth that the X-ray didn’t show. Inspire also mentioned he had multiple cavities, which they suggested could be prevented with more flossing, but they were eager to treat them right away. They planned to separate the appointments, doing one side of his mouth at a time. They also recommended using Nitrous oxide for the fillings and performed a standard cleaning. For my daughter, the X-ray didn’t provide enough clarity to determine if she needed a root canal. We were given a referral to an endodontist for an evaluation, which would cost $200 just for the consultation. She also had a regular cleaning. I had some reservations about this dentist, which led me to seek a second opinion. When we visited the new dentist, they were able to address all the cavities for both kids in a single visit, taking less than an hour for each. The X-rays were much clearer, showing exactly where the cavities were and whether a root canal was necessary, which it wasn’t. The overall cost was significantly lower than Inspire, the process was quicker, and neither child needed any numbing or Nitrous oxide for the cavity treatment.

Other offices wanted $250 just for an exam, but this amazing team was so understanding—they waived his exam fee, and my out-of-pocket cost was exactly as quoted. My son, who’s usually terrified of the dentist, was on the verge of tears on the way there, but the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The dentist was so patient, explaining everything to him in a way that made him laugh! I highly recommend this office and am so thankful to have found my son’s new dental home!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are new patients after we were not happy with our previous dentist… but from the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed and pleased with both the environment and the service. The state of the art equipment, the timeliness of service, the attention to detail, the work of the Dr. & the team, and the explanation of needed treatment was just exceptional. The Dr. didn’t try to sale us on treatment that we didn’t need right now, only if it became necessary. She only treated us with what was needed at the time… which was only our regular cleaning. We are extremely happy that we made the switch and will definitely recommend INSPIRE to others.

Negative experience: I got a filling on a front tooth here. I was really adamant about making sure it matched my other teeth. The filling hurt and was very sensitive for longer than any other filling I’ve had. I am disappointed that the color is also noticeable and does not match my tooth.
