Fantastic experience: I would very much like to share my experience with anyone looking for a great dental practice. I recently had a gold crown come off that required a replacement. I received a quote from my own dentist but service would be more than 2 months away. I called Eagle Family Dental on advice of my neighbor and they got me an appt 12 days later. Best part yet, the prep for the replacement crown, full mouth x-rays, and drilling out a cracked filling in another tooth, replacing that filling plus replacing the lost crown was still less than the original quote I received from my own dentist for only a crown and a single x-ray! I received an oral examination (dentist checks for periodontal disease, oral cancer and other oral abnormalities), which revealed the cracked filling and the new crown was seated all in 1 hour 10 minutes time. I was out of there before the end of the 2 hours allotted for the appointment. The dentist himself (Dr. Gavin), the assistant (Shelby) and everyone at the front desk (Carissa) were so nice, friendly, kind and helpful and they explained everything before they commenced any work. The waiting room is very inviting, has a working fireplace which was so nice to sit by during a snowy day, and a salt water fish tank to enjoy. It is large and roomy with plenty of comfortable seating. I would highly recommend Eagle Family Dental to anyone looking for a dental practice that offers most anything anyone could need under one roof. This is a very modern facility, rooms are large and sound proof. You do not hear any of the normal sounds in a dentist's office. No drills, no water running, nothing. Makes for a more pleasant atmosphere. Great dentists, great staff, great care. AAA+++

Fantastic experience: I’ll be honest—I’ve always dreaded the dentist. I have a lifelong dental phobia, childhood trauma, and even claustrophobia, so I used to be the “no-show girl” when it came to appointments. But Dr. Gavin and the entire team at Eagle Family Dental have completely changed that for me. They are patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. They never make me feel rushed or judged, even when it takes me longer to get through a standard appointment. Instead of minimizing my fears, they meet me where I am and help me through them. Because of their support, I’m actually close to finishing what we started—a huge milestone considering I accomplished more in the last two years with them than I did in the previous 10 years anywhere else. I am so grateful for Dr. Gavin and his team. If you struggle with dental anxiety, this is the place to go.

I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time and was very anxious about going due to past experiences. The dentist and dental assistant were so helpful and kind. Fantastic experience: After foolishly crunching a cherry, the pit fractured an upper tooth. Dr. Arezoo Holdaway attended to my needs with the grace of a philanthropist. Many dentist say little, get to the point, wham-bam done. This dentist promotes human welfare and seeks to improve the lives of others through her behavior, dental related knowledge and experience. The damage I created was nasty; to the root. Getting roof of mouth injections were painless (HUGE surprise to have only slight injection discomfort). A stubborn tooth was extracted with patience and diligence. This was my first-time meeting Dr. Holdaway. Like her other team members, the patient was in good hands and left without stress.

Today (August 7) was an uneventful cleaning which is how it's supposed to be. Molly does a wonderful job and is so reassuring. She answered my questions and gave me new information. I love this office: the staff is all welcoming and professional. The whole area is clean, well- lit and inviting.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Holdaway and her team that helped pull my teeth were AMAZING. Im scared to death of the dentist. I hate getting numbed up that shot has always been one of my fears. They talked me all the way through it and I literally felt a couple of very small pinches. Dr. Holdaway made sure I felt no pain. I cant say Im not afraid anymore, but I can say they made me feel a lot more comfortable than I have ever felt sitting in a dentist chair. I have experienced in the past a dentist that was shady. So I have to add my bill was alot less than I was told it was going to be. I greatly appreciate the honesty. I would recommend Eagle Dentistry to anyone!

He seems to take a vested interest in your situation and genuinely wants to help. He explains every step, even taking the time to explain what the crazy sounds are that can make visiting the dentist, the anxiety inducing experience I avoid. Also, the rest of the staff have always been amazing as well. They break down the costs every step of the way, and even helped explain exactly how everything works with insurance for when I was getting a new insurance carrier. The facility is very new and modern, and gives that clean feeling, but also comfortable. Definitely a great dentist office.

Fantastic experience: My son has anxiety in the dental office, even when it's just an observation and consultation. Both the dentist assistant and the dentist were very thoughtful and calm. They worked quickly and the dentist was very gentle while inspecting his teeth. I was very impressed by the professionalism of this practice. The other thing I wanted to point out, they seem to be up to date with the latest equipment. Instead of old fashioned films they usually put in the mouth to take pictures, the dentist used an instrument that looked like a big tooth brush with a light at the end, that he used to inspect each tooth. All and all, I feel that my son was in good hands. We are definitely sticking with this dentistry. Even though is 25 miles away from where we live. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I have always enjoyed the professionalism and care I receive at Eagle Family Dental Care. I was let down today however. I have been going to EFD for close to two decades and today I had my regularly scheduled teeth cleaning. When asked if I had any concerns I mentioned an ongoing problem with a crown that I had received there some months back. The hygienist consulted one of the doctors out of my presence. I believe the doctor asked her to take an X-ray. The hygienist said nothing looked suspicious after seeing the X-ray. I believe some comments were shared between her and a doctor, again out of my presence. The next thing I experienced was the hygienist taking a grinder to my crown. She checked my bite several times but I was at a loss to understand why a doctor was not doing this procedure. The hygienist then wrapped up and I was done. In all of my years going to this practice I have never left without having a doctor stop in to complete a health check. No explanation was given as to why the doctor wasn’t going to stop by or why the hygienist was the one grinding my crown. I left somewhat confused and bewildered. Not the level of care I have been accustomed to.

Fantastic experience: I have had a dentist phobia since childhood. I have been going to Eagle Family Dental for quite a few years and I have to say that they are truly THE BEST!!! They are all very friendly, caring and understand where I am coming from.....they are beyond sensitive to my fears, 1000%!! My hygienist Michelle is so gentle and always asks me if I'm doing ok, I will never, ever go to another office as long as Dr. Bryce and staff are here!!!!

Dr Gavin was great, he again was professional yet personable. We covered a plan for work needed, no pressure just a plan to move ahead. Would definitely recommend Eagle.. Update: We saw a dentist in Redmond for 25 years it was hard to switch because we felt like family. We have gone to Eagle and have seen Dr. Gavin for about six months, and we already feel like family. You get a friendly smile from everyone as soon as you walk in the door. You’ll be as pleased as we are.

It has been about 4 years as well. The office was clean and the staff was so friendly and genuinely cared. Mallory was the sweetest and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. She walked me through everything. The level of care she put in did not go unnoticed. Dr. Gavin Mcnelis was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was seeing and did a very thorough exam. He was not pushy and truly made me feel like we were a team when it came to my dental health.

The building itself is so clean and bright and well-lit, the front desk staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gavin and his team are absolutely fantastic. They're great at communicating treatment plans and going over changes and options with you and give you options on how to best proceed. Dr. Gavin is so patient and kind and makes sure you're comfortable while he's working. I am not a fan of dental work and getting 9 crowns put on in one appointment is exhausting for both patient and dentist. It all was worth it and Dr. Gavin and Karissa worked with me and were so kind and understanding about it! My teeth are beautiful again! April’s professionalisms and kindness was so impressive, I really appreciated her.
