Fantastic experience: From the moment I walk in to the time I leave I feel like royalty. Let's face it, no one really likes going to the dentist, however, every single person in there treats you with kindness, patience, understanding, and a smile! The biggest positive that stood out to me was on my first visit, the tech asked me what my communication style was " over communication, straight to point, or somewhere in the middle". This was a huge for me, it made me feel like they care about each persons needs individually. I have had a lot of work done over the last month and can honestly say, they created such a huge trust with me that I was actually looking forward to getting the work done! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff, Dr. Simper! Amazing! I cannot thank you enough for the experience I have had!

I was only living in Tri Cities for about a year, but both of my cleanings as well as a few fillings I had done last fall were amazing experiences; they even evened out a chip in my tooth for free! The front office staff is super kind and professional, and the dental team had me laughing and chatting before 8am (which is a big deal, I am NOT a morning person)! I recently moved over to Seattle, but if I had it in me to drive the 3 hours to Southridge Dental, I would. I will miss them!

The staff was great and they really made you feel so comfortable that I ended up keeping them as my primary dentist office even though I have to travel for my appts. Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental clinic. Dr. Kayla is amazing, she was very informative and took care of a chipped tooth that was causing sensitivity. The staff is very friendly and the clinic is clean and has a high-end aesthetic vibe to it. 10/10

Negative experience: Bad experience as a new patient. I drove an hour for my first appointment and was told it was canceled because they had called me the day before and I did not answer. I received confirmation via text message of the appointment with a note that said if I needed to make changes to do so 2 days in advance. No part of the message said that if I did not answer a phone call that my appointment would be canceled. Just moved my family over to this office and referred 2 other family members previously before I made my own appointment. Not a good experience and waste of time taken off of work. Was offered to reschedule my appointment. I decided that my work schedule would not allow me to answer cell phone calls during business hours and this would leave me at risk of repeating this terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: What an experience! The office has such a positive and welcoming environment from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. For my new patient visit, my Hygienist Shea explained the whole visit step by step and even offered a comfort menu! Dr. Volz did the exam and seemed very knowledgable when going over my visit. I felt cared for, understood and valued. Im so glad i found this office!

Fantastic experience: I honestly never participate in reviews but I wanted to share my experience. In December my son had a freak accident impacting his teeth at the end of the day before a holiday weekend. I immediately began calling as many dentist as I could in hopes that someone could see my son since his regular dentist office was unavailable to see him. The receptionist at the dentist office was so kind and helpful. She was able to check in with the Dr. And told us that if we could get there by 6 she would see us. The experience was so wonderful that we ended up switching dentist. Our experience at the office has been great. We always feel so welcomed by the staff and like we matter as people. I highly recommend Southridge Dental. The office visits are always timely.

The best part is the heated water, I have sensitive teeth so that made my cleaning even more comfortable. Will be recommending this office to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Called at 7am and they were open and ready to help me with a dental emergency! got me in the same day and got a tooth extracted with a plan to fill it with an implant. 10/10 recommend. Jordan and Dr Simper were very helpful and guided me thru every step with kindness and care.

Fantastic experience: Most amazing staff! The ladies at the front desk were not only helpful but also so kind. Meredith, the dental hygienist gave me a tour and talked me through every step of my visit. She made sure I was comfortable and never rushed any aspect of my appointment. My anxiety was beyond high and not once did she get frustrated with me, Meredith made sure that she validated my feelings and gave me the time I needed between steps. Dr. Simper was fantastic, just like Meredith he was patient with me and made sure I understood every step. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a fear of the dentist!

But from the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed and checked in right away, which immediately put me at ease! My hygienist, Ana, was incredibly friendly and took her time to make sure I felt comfortable. She gave me a quick tour of the office and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I saw Dr. Simper for my appointment, and he was great—super approachable and thorough. He kept me informed about what they were looking at and explained the next steps in a way that made sense. I felt genuinely heard, and I appreciated how they worked with me to stay within my budget. Overall, 10/10 would recommend! I highly recommend. 4/23/25 I moved to another city. It's been hard to find a good dental place that even compares to Southridge. Southridge Dental is top tier and I miss the quality service there.

Fantastic experience: Southridge staff are amazing at what they do. They’re always checking in with you throughout the visit to make sure you’re doing ok and are comfortable. Their “comfort menu” gives you choices like a warm blanket, a beverage or even a paraffin hand wax… super friendly and so welcoming. Makes going to the dentist so much easier than ever before. Anxious about the dentist? This is the place for you! I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: After months of back and forth and dealing with my old dentist, and an oddly new pain that's been around for a week, I decided to find a new dentist. Southridge Dental was amazing quickly found the source of my new discomfort and corrected it. And also "fixed" a chipped filling that my old dentist wanted a brand new filling for, within 5 minutes. I have never felt more seen or respected at a dentist office. I almost cried in relief.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone here a few times now and each time has been great! Everyone has been so kind and understanding of someone with anxiety about going to the dentist. This is the only place me and my kids will go. The front desk staff are all so friendly the second you walk in. The hygienists are all amazing at what they do, as well as the dentists. I love that you can request to see a certain person each time if you find someone you’re comfortable with too! Having tv and a blanket is also pretty great while getting your teeth cleaned, it provides such a great distraction.

The dental hygienist Katie did a very thorough and professional cleaning. Her and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to my next teeth cleaning. Updated 3/31/25: They still really did a good job of deep cleaning. This time though I got sick the next day or two after the app. May have nothing to do with the teeth cleaning; but somehow my immune system was greatly weakened. I still recommend using them!

Fantastic experience: I lucked out and found Dr Simper 10 years ago and was very please with his manner and professionalism. When I learned that he had started his own practice and that it was even closer to my home, I made an appointment that very day. He is very careful to minimize pain as he does the necessary work on your teeth. His staff is awesome and very helpful. I will not go to anyone else as long as I live in the Tri-Cities and he is practicing! Try this, you will be treated like royalty!

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an Amazing office! Let me tell you it doesn't get any better than this. As I walked up to the doors, the amazing ladies opened the door for me! How awesome! They have an amazing snack and beverage bar up front, they have hand wax, and blankets to keep you nice and cozy! Don't even get me started about the amazing hygienist I had! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the new office building is beautiful. They offer thoughtful complimentary services like hand paraffin wax gloves, warm neck towels, and blankets. Dr. Kayla is my dentist, and she has a great way of making things happen while always taking the time to listen to everything I have to say. I truly appreciate her!

Fantastic experience: I'm commenting on my experience of getting a replacement for a Mandibular Advanced Device used to treat obstructive sleep apnea. To be brief :-) the staff has exceptional knowledge and skills with the current technology, I had options/choices on devices, my attending and support staff provided simple and thorough explanations of the process, I felt we worked as a team with concern for my health, and to get the best possible performance out of the device. Five stars is not enough and superlatives fail.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is never something high up on your list of favorite things to do, but if any group of professional, friendly people could change that for you, then the doctors, hygenists, assistants and staff at Southridge are definately the ones to make it happen. Every time I go, I am asked how I am doing and what can be done for my comfort. Warm lavender neck wrap? Check! Blanket? Check? Head phones and music of my choice? Check! You get a spa experience and a beautiful smile from the best group in Kennewick! Nicest group of people anywhere, highly recommend! ❤️

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. The place is very well organized and the staff seems to work well as a team. Chelsey assisted with my check-in and handled an insurance issue then I was taken on a 'tour' by one of the newer assistants, Taylen, did a wonderful job. She guided me into my room where I was greeted by a card and a gift. She got to know my concerns, performed x-rays, etc. Then dentist, Dr Simper, came in and did a detailed exam with suggested plan. Finally Lainie perfomed a deep cleaning while I caught up on netflix. Excellent visit overall. A complimemtary coffee on my way out added to an already pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Even though I hate dentists, I'm new to the area, I don't do bigger dentist offices , and the news wasn't great, somehow they still did a good job. They are very thorough, they really do it all and they made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed. I will go back even though I don't want to.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were so kind, they handled my surgery anxiety so well! From start to finish Dr. Puri and his team took care of me. Fantastic experience: Gosh where do I start? My husband is leaving soon for work reasons, us and our kids are camping near by and out of 50-ish phone calls this was the only office willing to even call me if there was a cancellation for my emergency. Mind you it’s the Friday before Labor Day and I started calling at 1:30pm. They got me in at 3:30 and out by 5. I broke a front tooth and it was sharp and I was in tears. They were so kind and made me feel so welcome even though I’m a wreck since my husband is leaving for work for a long time. I can’t say how amazing this office is. I recommend them over and over again. Thank you again. It looks better than it did before it broke!!!!

Fantastic experience: Have only been to this office once. It was the best visit I have ever had at a dentist office. I’m having 2 partials made for lower jaw & dentures for upper jaw. I can hardly wait. It’s been many years without upper teeth & lower teeth. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is by far the nicest looking dental office I have ever been to. I know I have only been here once, but I believe it will be my lifetime dentist office to go to. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I feel very boujee when I come here. The staff is welcoming. They gave me a tour when I 1st came for a visit and offered a complementary comfort measures before even getting started, and the option i chose was getting warm compress for my neck while I waited for the dentist. There were also free coffee and snacks in the waiting room. When I was done with the appointment, they left me with a goodie bag. Great 1st impression so far.

Fantastic experience: I honestly used to HATE going to the dentist. I have had my fair share of bad dentist experiences and wasn’t looking forward to my appointment when I booked it. My mind was quickly changed when I was greeted by the wonderful staff and met the amazing people there. The staff and doctors truly care about helping you, make sure you are comfortable, and listen, which I had never experienced. I have never had such a wonderful dentist experience and will continue to go back, and that’s even after getting teeth pulled. Fantastic experience: Heidi at the front desk is great! She was very helpful helping my mother and I navigate the complicated insurance coverage questions we had. This is why I love going to this dentist. All their staff are friendly and helpful. Which is not as common as it should be anymore.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My appointment time got screwed up on the first visit, and I left disappointed. However, once it got rescheduled, and I returned a week later, they definitely made up for it! They did an incredible job, amazing customer service, and did amazing job with my teeth. Fantastic experience: Beautiful facility. Very modern. Staff is extremely welcoming from the front desk to the doctor. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know in the area. I have gum recession and sensitive teeth and the hygienist never once caused any discomfort. Best experience ever.

Fantastic experience: made me feel like a princess. so, i have dental anxiety. truth be told, i haven’t been to the dentist in over 2 years. no cleanings, nothing. (gross!) i just had a bad experience w the former dentist who was “the old south ridge dental” before dr simper came along. i cried driving to my visit today (out of general anxiety) and cried during the visit… but hear me out. i went to the wrong place, the new place is huge and right nearby so i wasn’t late. i was walking in and the non-auto doors opened for me bc the receptionist welcomed me in by hitting a button. i cried being taken back and staff immediately provided reassurance and items from the comfort menu (i felt like i was at a spa or hotel, not a medical facility) dr simper spent a lot of time with me. i cried a few times during the visit (i don’t like people touching my teeth after bad experiences w dr winterton. i have issues that need to be dealt with and honestly, i don’t know how, but i feel like i want to go back and deal with this. i have been so out of touch i didn’t realize how many awards they’ve won, but it’s not surprising. most notable is “best place to work.” (tri cities herald 2023) it shows. the happy staff took care of me and made me feel heard and respected though i was a grown woman crying w dental anxiety. doctor gave many options for how we can meet my needs with comfort. i will say, dr simpers model for comfort dentistry is top notch. coming from east coast, this is the kind of treatment i would expect from an upper east side dentist who only takes private pay. looking forward (i say hesitantly) to going back. scared, but dr simper and his staff have earned my trust so i know i will be okay and finally get my teeth and grinding taken care of. thank you dr simper and your staff!!! -julia picicci

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to reach out and thank you all for being so friendly and welcoming. We are a new family to your practice, and all 3 visits my children have been to have been nothing but... pleasant! This afternoon's appointment I'm especially thankful for. My 12 year old had a big cavity that needed fixed, and he was beyond nervous and scared. Everyone there was gracious, patient, and kind. The assistant and the dentist explained everything in detail to my child in a way he could understand, and then to myself as well. My son got a weighted blanket, the remote, and watched Disney plus, with cool shades nonetheless On the way home he said, that wasn't bad at all..."it didn't even hurt!" They always go above and beyond to make my elderly father comfortable during his appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!

Fantastic experience: This morning was my first appointment at Southridge Dental and I had an awesome experience! My hygienist was Lainie, and even though it was early she was sweet and bright! Fantastic experience: The full staff is amazing. I had severe tooth pain. I left a message on the weekend. They reached out first thing Monday and got me seen and treated that same day. Everyone was professional, caring, and patient centric. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE DR. KAYLA! She is real, she is smart, she is kind. This chick is my dentist soulmate! I look forward to her helping me - even though I have massive anxiety that is dentist related. She is always there and so relatable and down to earth. The customer service is through the roof -as soon as you walk through the door, they know who you are. I love the hygienists, the receptionists, the assistants - I can’t brag enough about this clinic. 10/10 - hands down.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office ever!!! We have a big family and it is always nerve wracking taking all the kids to the dentist on the same day. We were instantly welcomed by the front desk staff who made us feel right at home, offering snacks and cozy seats allowing me to talk through all the insurance information while they were distracted. They were thorough with every detail, even emailing after hours to make sure we had all the coordinating benefits in check. The assistants and dentist were in tune to what each child needed which is an huge accomplishment because their ages range from two to ten years. The dental assistant and hygienist explained every single step of the process, helping everyone feel at ease and calm. From start to finish, it was simply a great experience. We are patients for life, Thank you!

Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE IN THE WORLD. Truly. I had a filling fall out while flossing on business trip, they were able to see me within 24 hours. The office is so gorgeous , the team was so friendly. I also have had a TMJ issue and doctor Kayla popped it back in place!!!! I AM SOOOOOOO HAPPY! I wish I lived here just to able to come back. Amazing.

Fantastic experience: Always a good visit! In and out with ease. Really nice dental office inside. And the staff and Drs always hear my concerns if my teeth are bugging me! They don’t just shuffle you in and push you out. No complaints honestly. I’ve gotten quite a few fillings done here, only had one I needed adjusted. They got me in on the double to fix me up.
