Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Was concerned whether it was reasonable to get braces at age 50 but my experience has been wonderful with Green orthodontics. I ended up doing Invisilign and have been super impressed with the results. Yes it was a little intense to maintain on a daily basis and I got used to brushing and flossing multiple times a day. Every visit was easy, all staff were prepared and friendly, and my interactions with Dr Green and Dr Gordon were always positive. Very grateful.

Positive experience: I was with green orthodontics for about 2 years to get Invisalign for my teeth crowding-- it was overall a positive experience and I'm happy with where my teeth are. However, be aware that a lot of these five star reviews may not be entirely genuine-- they have a "coin system" where each time you go to an appointment, the patient can collect five or so" green coins" for good behavior/orthodontic care-- showing up to appointments on time, wearing your retainer, etc. When enough coins are collected, you can use them to buy certain prizes-- stuffed animals and things kids generally like. The coin system makes a lot of sense since kids often dislike orthodontist appointments, but one thing that always rubbed me the wrong way was that patients could earn a good amount of coins if they left a positive review for green orthodontics. I would always politely decline the coins at the end of my appointment and never tried to "earn" any of the treats as it felt rather juvenile at my age. But, as far as actual treatment, my overcrowding seems to have been resolved, although I still have to wear a nightly retainer indefinitely (as seems to usually be the case with Invisalign). I was not told I would need to wear a nightly retainer indefinitely at the start of my care, which shocked me at the end, but maybe that is more common knowledge than I realized. But all the orthodontist assistants that treated me were lovely, I must say.

Fantastic experience: I had braces for two years as a kid, but I still had problems with crowding and spacing. And I have a congenital defect that left me without one of my adult lateral incisors. Fortunately, Dr. Green provided me two years of Invisalign (from 2020-2022) and a retainer (which still works great today, as of November 2024). I am forever grateful to all of the members of this establishment for restoring confidence in my smile. I would recommend this provider for all of your orthodontic needs. Fantastic experience: We left our previous orthodontist because I felt that we were just part of a “factory” experience and they didn’t respect or care about my opinion as a parent. We were referred to Green by a friend and have now been coming here for 2 years and 3 children. The staff are super friendly, and I have never felt any pressure for orthodontic treatment. The facility is pleasant and comfortable, with modern technology. Would (and have) recommend.

Fantastic experience: First of all they reward kids for good dental hygiene (and for parents writing reviews). That said, after six months or so of bringing my daughter here I would recommend them. The office and staff are extremely kid friendly and they have excellent and responsive communication with easy scheduling, as well as availability before school and work in the mornings.

Positive experience: We were grateful that Green orthodontics worked with our situation so well. We had to accelerate the braces schedule due to personal reasons and they were able to do that. The only suggestion we have is to not have candy as a reward after braces are taken off. Maybe little toys could be an option.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with Dr Green for the last year and half. I received Invisalign treatment and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this office. Dr Green was very pleasant and honest about my treatment plan. The staff were all so kind and personable!! There were two cons I have about this office as a 30+ year old. His treatment plan was longer than other quoted treatments and I feel like it could’ve been a little shorter. I was quoted 12-14 months by most other practices but I went with Dr Green and it took 19 months total. In between scans I would wear the same retainer for up to 4 weeks. His office also doesn’t offer teeth whitening afterwards like other orthodontists. Looking back I remember other offices offering an expedited service with whitening. Please keep that in mind when choosing. All in all, I would still recommend Green Orthodontics and I enjoyed the service they provided!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Green is a very knowledgeable and professional Orthodontics. His goal for his patients is always 100% excellence. I saw him for a first time appointment in September 2023, for very wide spaces between my teeth and unstraightened teeth. He prescribed a 23 mths plan for my care with Invasiglin. I am only 10 Months in this treatment plan, yet i already have 50% space closures and straightened teeth. I am so happy that i have gained my confidence even though i am not yet done with my treatment. I say praise God. The thing I love and admired the most about Dr Green is his honesty. He was very forthright with my prognosis.. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to find an excellent Orthodontist in Decatur area..

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things. A lot of orthodontic places make ya feel like your just a number, not here. Everyone from the front desk staff to the Hygienist to the doctors make ya feel welcome and your important to them. I was a extreme on my bottom teeth , i thought there was no hope. Well i write this today after one year 2 month following their instructions using Invisalign with straight teeth.( they told me 2 but i followed their instructions to the T and cut off 8 months). I can go on and on how happy i am with them. But check them out for yourself. And bonus they take insurance.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Green. I can't recommend this place enough. My smile is so beautiful, the staff are all so friendly, and the pricing is reasonable for how much this place really takes care of you. Every person on their staff is ridiculously nice and genuinely seems happy to be there. As a working parent, I also really appreciated that I could text them instead of having to call with quick questions. Don't wait to get your teeth straightened. My only wish is that I visited sooner instead of doing one of those online aligner companies first. If my kids ever need braces, they will be going here for sure.

Fantastic experience: We were referred by our family dentist and we could not be happier with the referral. My oldest son is a patient and received Invisalign braces at a relatively young age. Because of their volume the cost is very manageable. What's more, the staff and office environment are incredibly friendly. Dr. Green has great bedside manner as well - easily moving back and forth between reassuring my young son and myself about treatment plans and expectations. All the steps of the process have been positive, professional and ease of care for the my teenage daughter as we visited for our first consultation. The front desk staff was welcoming and smiling with their beautiful pearly whites when we entered. The office is open, bright, clean and modern. The X-rays were high def and displayed quickly. Explanations of care were thorough! Dr Green and his staff are friendly and upbeat! I’m also impressed by their community involvement in giving back. Fantastic experience: Dr Green, Dr Gordon, and all the staff here are awesome! They really know what they’re doing, and are always kind. One time, when I had a scheduling problem, they were helpful and kind resolving the problem. Two of my teen girls have gotten braces here. We decided on modern standard braces rather than any of the newer types, and they’ve been great!

Negative experience: I can only speak to Green Orthodontics' initial consult process and bedside manner regarding this initial consult. I was referred to Dr. Green by my dentist and scheduled an initial virtual consult. I was confirmed to meet with Dr. Green via text message, but after joining the appointment I was told a different doctor would be meeting with me. There is no other provider listed on their website besides Dr. Green. After explaining some quick background to the technician, I repeated everything to the doctor who joined the call late. I had to clarify and reexplain my reason for a consult multiple times. I don't believe the doctor had direct experience with my specific issue and rather than just say that, I was shamed, questioned, and redirected to another provider that I explained had already directed me to orthodontic treatment. The doctor determined she would not accept my case by saying I should consider more holistic approaches and then could not explain what that meant when asked to provide an evidence-based answer to her decision to not move forward with reviewing scans/treatment. It was overall an unexpected and upsetting experience. As a result, I would not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Green’s office is organized, and efficient. The personal care he provided to my children was always thorough and thoughtful and we never felt rushed. He even went above and beyond to assist my son after a fall required oral surgery- highly recommend!
