Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist in years but everyone working here, from the front desk to the assistants to the dentists, put me at ease. The visits weren’t as bad as I thought they would be and Dr. Lu helped me come up with a dental plan that would leas to a healthy smile for life

Negative experience: Got my wisdom out, and two root canals. They shaved my tooth down too much so the crown popped right out while flossing, then tried charging me for a new one before I had to become a Karen. (they still charged my insurance for service but not out of pocoket cost because I let them know they was at fault) They got me a new crown but they ignored me for nearly a month and now I got my new crown with a tooth that will have to be pulled because they neglected me and its aching! Going to look for the proper way to handle this!!

Fantastic experience: Easily some of the fastest and most efficient dental work from start to finish I’ve ever experienced. The front desk is friendly and welcoming, they came up with treatment plan and worked patiently to resolve an issue I was having with insurance as well.

I came in for a damaged tooth and was super nervous but Dr. Chuong helped me calm my nerves and get through it with no pain. Lauren was great at helping me get set up as a new patient. Dr. Cerimele gave me a painless exam and thorough cleaning. Crystal was super kind and kept the X-rays, exam, and cleaning perfectly smooth. I procrastinated finding a new dentist for a long time and am so happy to now have an office I look forward to visiting!
