Fantastic experience: Excepting insurance now , used to just help you file your claims. I've used this outfit now 3 times and it has upgraded everything. Prices are still better than all the rest and doc handled me easy cause I'm a big baby. Definitely recommend

Positive experience: Pros : The technicians were very considerate and professional. Did a nice job of repairing the denture. Cons: The facility is in a very inconvenient location. Hard getting into from Broad River Rd. And hard getting out of. Not a fan of the area and do not plan to return here because of this.

Negative experience: So far, my experience has been absolutely amazing. I still have a couple more visits before I’m finalized, and my dentures are finished, but so far the staff has been amazing. The process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I highly recommend them for extractions not to mention for the price range, you can’t beat it. This is after and before pictures. Just an FYI, I have a genetic advanced gum disease, and even though my teeth didn’t look that bad my gums were deteriorating, causing a lot of my teeth to be loose. The final product of the dentures was not what I was expecting. They are extremely loose in my mouth, and apparently all this place can do is put a soft liner in my permanent dentures. I’m not pleased with the final product, and I’ve been back multiple times to get adjustments. The dentures look great but are not practical for chewing food! Every time I go back the staff just brings up spending another 14k for denture implants which I obviously can’t afford! I’m extremely unhappy with the final product! I am extremely unhappy with my final Dentures ( which I’m supposed to wear for the rest of my life) that I received from the Broad River location. Last time I went in for an adjustment. They told me the only thing that they could do was put a soft liner in my permanent Dentures. I did not allow this. I got up and walked out. I have tori’s on my lower gum area (which I’m understanding should have been removed during my extractions )and they have grinded down around these so much my dentures don’t even stay in place even with paste. Every time that I eat my dentures come loose and are flopping around in my mouth. The top set of Dentures consistently move around when I’m trying to eat they do not fit to my gums correctly. I know plenty of other people with Dentures that don’t have this issue. Something is dramatically wrong and needs to be addressed.

Negative experience: Does not do sedation for tooth extractions. Which is needed in my case. Tried explaining past painful visits to other dentists. Only to be told that I could leave and handed a referral.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time at this office. I am totally happy with the information provided to me. This information was something no other dentist relaid to me. I’m definitely grateful the staff and doctor were definitely on top of the game. They explained a lot about the process and what I could expect. That answered all my questions before I could get them out.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy…some of the stuff members are so unprofessional and the one dentist in there try’s to tell patients how they should feel as if he was in their mouth or know their pain…I got my procedure done in May and since then I’ve been back every week since because something wasn’t done correctly and had to endure another procedure a couple weeks ago….then they (Shelly) want to tell my job I’m all good to come back to work with no issues but yet still scheduling me for appointments for something else to be done and then the bottom my mouth is still hurting and can barley eat but they say I’m good they don’t listen to there patients and you have to pay for service before they start. They got me this time but it WONT HAPPEN AGAIN….One particular dental assistant saw the issues that I was having and saw the redness and irritation inside of my mouth…but I will be going to another dentist to get the work done PROPERLY….

Fantastic experience: I can't give enough praise about this particular location. My neighbor and her sister went here and referred me, I'm so glad they did. Right from the first moment in the door Renee is smiling, welcoming and quick to check you in, she'll be on the phone but she'll ask you how you are and wait for an answer because she cares. Sherry is sitting next to her and she's the business side and sees you on the way out. She knows what insurance will pay and adjust and what your CO pay is and she's been spot on with all my bills. Better than my insurance. She's also busy but smiling, making sure you know what's going on, friendly, quick to schedule your next visit when it works for you. Between these two are the techs and assistants and the people that make this place run like the well oiled machine it is. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, non judgemental, encouraging and really make you feel at home and at ease. This is a busy office but you're never rushed or left sitting, they'll answer all your questions clearly and make sure you understand before leaving. Nobody likes going to the dentist for anything ever but going here takes away 95% of the stress. Dr. Smith is a busy guy but when he comes in you'll think you're the only patient in the building, he's also friendly, non judgemental, straight forward with the best treatment plan, he's thorough, will answer all your questions, give you options. He's about what is best for you not the bottom line. And the best part is the smile. I have a brand new smile that i don't think ever looked this good. The denture fits perfectly, feels great, durable, looks and feels natural in my mouth and eating, talking, laughing and smiling to show it off. Affordable is in the name but it's true, the dentures, partials, implants and dental procedures are affordable, much more than you think and with top notch quality. I will put my smile in a line up with clear choice, high dollar dental centers, over the border Mexican dental centers any day with confidence and with money still left in my pocket. This new smile gave me my confidence back, I'm back volunteering, socializing with friends and family, laughing out loud, planning a vacation with a group of old friends and enjoying life again WITHOUT my hand in front of my face. People say I look younger and happier then ever. I will tell anyone, if you question your smile then go see these great people, I can guarantee you'll be amazed with what they can do for you without putting you in bankruptcy. They will make you want to smile and they'll make that smile spectacular!!

Update due to many dental surgeries my mouth is extremely sensitive to pain and my anxiety is always through the roof... However I had 5 extractions and a tiny bone fragment removed today. I have 0 complaints the Dr was amazing the oral sedation and the Dr and staff working to get the procedure complete as well keep you comfortable. I highly recommend this place and im so thankful to be able to smile again. #Salute

Fantastic experience: Both myself and daughter needed top plates. So I called and got us an appointment and had our visits scheduled together so I went in one room and her next door. We went and almost immediately had techs with us and letting us know all we would need to know. We had fittings and another appointment maybe a week later to pick up our finished plates. Our smiles went from a 2 to a 10. It was such a pleasant experience. All of the staff were so kind, compassionate, caring. We got stuck behind some traffic on the interstate t e and I called to let them know. I was afraid they may ask us to reschedule but no, and the lady was so pleased to hwrw hwe kind words, saying no worries. Ws will be here waiting for you and we ended d up being 10 min past our scheduled time. We went right in and greeted with smiles. I highly recommend anyone to come here for any and all dental needs. They are so wonderful, easy location, off and right there you can see them there on the right. Any patient that disagrees with our testimony must be very hard to please. I know I will return when n for any dental work. We got our teeth about 6 months ago, and we ha e been through alot, like my husband being killed along with other deaths and other bad things is why ididnt do a review sooner.

Negative experience: This visit I had to give them a bad rating (1) appt was at 9:00 and not called back until 10:15; (2) when I called to make my appt for adjusting my bottom dentures I was not told there would be a charge and was not prepared to pay anything. All my other adjustments there was no charge
