Fantastic experience: Julie is wonderful! I forgot the dental techs name I had but she was wonderful too! When I say I’m a big old baby when it comes to the dentist, I’m not kidding. The thought just makes me want to cry honestly lol I woke up in the middle of the night with a toothache, called first thing in the morning, and they squeezed me in. Ended up with a crown and a filling. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had. They both were so kind and explained everything so well. No pain at all! I genuinely felt like Julie cared ❤️

Negative experience: I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like people need to be warned about this place. Earlier this year I had a tooth pulled and a bone graft done here with the plan of getting a dental implant later. The total cost was about $1,700 even with insurance. From the beginning, every appointment ran late. I was always sitting in the chair for at least 30 minutes before anyone even came in. Six months later, I came back for the implant post. After waiting again, they suddenly said I needed another “stronger” x-ray, even though they had already done several. Ten minutes later the dentist came in and told me he couldn’t do the implant because my bone wasn’t strong enough due to my sinuses — and that I’d need a sinus lift first for another $2,700. That didn’t sit right with me. I got second opinions from other dentists who all said the sinus issue would’ve been obvious from the very first x-rays. Meaning, I basically spent $1,700 for a bone graft that never had a chance of working the way they said it would. When I brought this up to the dentist, he completely disagreed. He offered to refund half my money if I signed some papers — which felt more like hush money than actually trying to fix the situation. I would never have gone through with any of this if they’d been upfront from the start. Just be careful here and get another opinion before you agree to any major dental work.

Fantastic experience: Update: Sonya (hygentist) is extra thorough! Recently had my cleaning appt. This office purchased several new machines that use high pressure water to clean teeth and along the gum line! For the first time in about 2 decades, I don’t have to dread going to the dentist for my cleanings, due to the high sensitivity of my teeth. It’s like a spa for your mouth! And the hygienists are so detailed, ensuring optimal results, cleaning all staining, residue, plaque, etc. No need to dread going to the dentist now!!! Thank you!!! Love how detail-oriented this office is. Doctors are always up to date with the latest advancements in the industry. The hygienists are perfectionists! They ensure long-term oral health with care and routine tips on how to maintain healthy teeth at home.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. I had my initial emergency assessment and so thankful they saw me so fast. I will be getting an IV sedation to resolve the problem. I have had one two years ago , and happy with the results.Friendly and Professional….. UPDATE…. I am very pleased with them fitting me in for IV Sedation. They did an excellent job …thanks to Dr. Nadine and her thoughtful and caring staff!

Fantastic experience: I tried to get a hold of this dentist at the number that was given to me for emergency service. I had given them a three star rating because I was not contacted right away. Once the answering service finally got around to letting them know that I was trying to contact them. They contacted me immediately And scheduled me for an emergency appointment, which happened 8 o’clock this morning. My dentist was actually off today and he came in and made the repair and took care of everything that needed to get done and answer any questions that I had. I am very satisfied and I will recommend this Dentistry implant center to anyone who is looking for dental work. They are very thorough and are very helpful and I’m looking forward to getting my final implants in once my gums have healed. P S I believe they got the mix up with the answering service remedied.

Fantastic experience: My anxiety went to the ceiling when I first walked in the door, but upon meeting my tech & then the dentist, my nerves were very calm. They both were friendly and answered all questions that I had. I felt very at ease and knowledgeable by the time my visit had ended. I'm weirdly excited about getting the work done. We'll it's Nov 12th, I had my procedure done 2day and my whole team gets high praise, they were excellent. It was over b4 I realized. My Dr. Was soo gentle, he took very good care of me. I like my temporary teeth, and looking forward to my few months of recovery till the permanents.i had an appt for a teeth cleaning, Sonya is my tech , I left feeling like we were good girlfriends, she really made me feel at ease. My anxiety goes through the roof when they are working in my mouth, but not 2day

They take the time to get a complete understanding of a patient’s situation, express genuine empathy, and share their considerable knowledge based on experience. They look at the patient as a whole, and I trust them completely with the care of my teeth/mouth. I recently had a crown and filling replaced, and was once again impressed by the “ballet of expert communication” that took place between the dentist and the assistant, Dr. Julie and Mohammad. Fantastic experience: There's a dearth of dentists in Canton ... it seems like every corner has got one. However, I like this operation for the available advamced technology and my hygienist has to be one of the best in the city - efficient, gracious, skilled, humble, and sweet. Thankfully, have very limited experience with the dentists, but I've obviously course corrected acceptably with their support and direction over the decade or so that I've been a patient. The entire staff has been welcoming and seem to understand the biz and insurances sufficiently. No complaints.

Fantastic experience: Not a fan of dentistry but these people make you feel so comfortable. Natalie, my hygienist the best. Because of her, I chose to turn to them for all my dental needs. They have not disappointed. Love their customer service from checking in to walking out the door! Also, to Lynn from a year ago, I also have extra bone in my mouth making X-rays hard and painful. This has been noted by every dentist (including the military), I have gone too, not just CD. Just wanted you to know you are not alone. You would think with all the technology, they would come up with an easier way to take x-rays of the mouth!

I was a bit upset but after seeing my X-ray I was more understanding! He did provide some prescriptions for me and help me hold off until I’m able to see an oral surgeon my tooth haven’t ache since I took my prescription he provided me ! So thank you so much :)

Negative experience: The women who answer the phones are joke!!!! If a patient calls after getting teeth extracted and was sent home with ZERO pain medication because I was given pain meds the week prior BEFORE I got my FOUR TEETH EXTRACTED. I call to let them know the bottle has a refill for only 2 pills please tell me how that is going to help? Yes the medication was Tylenol 3 and I took as prescribed I’m not the drug addicted person the woman on the phone was treating like! Will never come here again!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of the Canton location for the past 7 years and have been very happy with the services provided. The hygenists do a great job during routine dental cleanings. I got a wisdom tooth extracted before doing Invisalign and the tooth extraction went very smooth with minimal pain and swelling. My Invisalign procedure also went very smoothly and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this dentist office! Unfortunately we are moving out of state so I will need to find another dentist soon....bummer!

Negative experience: Update: just lost my 8th tooth that Contemporary worked on less than 5 years ago. This dentist cost me 8 teeth. Soon to be 9…. Had a lot of work done here before a major life event. I trusted them and they took advantage of me. I had two bridges put in 4 years ago and I’ve lost both bridges due to poor work and cheap materials used. I even pointed out to the dentist, my root canal looks cracked and they told me it wasn’t because if they admitted to that mistake; they would have had to pay for it. But they did multiple root canals on these teeth and charged me back to back. I notice I was paying for 3 root canals on one tooth. How does that make sense?! Later down the line, infection took out all surrounding teeth and the bridge. A couple months later, I lost the second bridge to an infection with no visible sign cracks or damage. Just infection. I shouldn’t have lost all my teeth in that short period of time. All work done originally at CD. Don’t go there. Save your teeth and money! Photo for proof!

She treated me so kindly and she was gentle but thorough cleaning my teeth. I honestly didn’t expect to tear up at the dentist, but Sonia was just that lovely.
