Fantastic experience: Nice people. Went there because my previous dentist retired. It is not Dr. Lynch's office but good. Dentist very friendly and nice. My mom's hygienist worked at Dr. Lynch's office so that was familiar and she is very nice. Dr. Johnston's office big place with lots of people working there. Dr. Lynch's office seemed more personal because smaller office and been going to Dr. Lynch for so long. Do miss him and his office. I loved the personal and natural feel of doctor lynch's office but hard to replicate that with any dentist because went to Dr. Lynch so long. Everyone very professional and do good work. Very impressed. Pricey but really all dentists are expensive. My latest visit had teeth cleaning by Bridget or Brittany. Sorry i get mixed up with her nsme. The 2nd time i e had her and she is good. Excellent with the flossing. Did not hurt or sting and my teeth are very tight. Gums weren't real sore. She seemed to have a good touch with the flossing.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Bridget listen to the issues that I was having with my dental problems. She was very professional in taking notes. Asking me questions about how long these issues had been going on. During examination of my teeth, she handle me with kid gloves. After seeing Dr. Murphy, and after consulting with me about my issues he came up with a game plan to help me with all my dental, issues. Everyone was very polite, patient,. and very professional. I was called back to the room where the dental assistant took the very best care of me and when Dr. Johnston came in, he was, as always, excellent. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Johnston monthly for the last 15 months as I had the need for a full upper denture and a partial lower denture. Fantastic experience: There are no words to express my appreciation for the perfect job on my new crowns . They were my 4 front teeth which were very unattractive. Since I was young, they were always overlapping. In fact , some of my fellow students nicked named me fang. I never believed that they could look like they do now. I really didn’t do it for looks. I only had it done for oral health. I also had two implants and they feel great. What a confidence builder. Dr. Lamar and his assistant, Chloe, are wonderful. Thanks to you both.

Fantastic experience: Harley and Dr. Murphy cleaned up three cavities and filled them. It took a while to do three but it was very pleasant and everyone was concerned about my comfort. Dr. Murphy worked on me for a while but was very thorough and patient and I believe he saved one tooth from a root canal. He always calls to check on me and tells me what I need to watch out for and patiently answers my questions. Thank you Dr. Murphy. I love the staff, it’s like visiting friends and I get to catch up on what they have been doing. Maybe I am just nosy! It was good to see Harley, Mallory and Allison. Again, I want to thank Allison and crew for helping with my insurance. I hope I spelled every one’s name correctly. I just finished preparatory work for my implants.Dr. Murphy sat and answered all my questions and was patient with me. Harley and Mallory very helpful as always. Thank you to everyone.see you in a couple of weeks! I just completed the follow up appointment with Dr. Murphy. I have a setback because two of my implanted sockets are infected. So, now I’m on antibiotics for a few days and will return in August. I know we will get past this. It will just take time. Dr. Murphy is awesome, as always, and Mallory and Jennifer are great. Welcome Jennifer. Good to see you Allison. A great team doing great work. Thank you. My graft is doing well. No sign of infection. I will know in a couple more months if everything is in line for my implants. Thank you Dr. Murphy and Mallory. It’s great to work with y’all. I went back for a scan. Dr. Murphy was very careful to inspect the bone. He sent the scans to a specialist. We got the results very fast, that afternoon. Good news, we are good to do the implants now. We are waiting for the template for the insert placement and new, longer sockets. (I am sure I am not naming things correctly). It will be about ten days to two weeks and he will place the implants. Pretty good news. Thank you Dr. Murphy and Mallory and everyone on staff. Y’all are a really nice group of people. Continuing with my site monitoring. So far, all three grafts look good, they are growing into the implants. One is a little slower but there are no gaps or signs of infection. Dr. Murphy is watching closely. I had a repeat CT and everything is going well. I will return in April to reevaluate and plan putting the prosthetic inserts (whatever they are really called) in place. It will be great to finally chew on the right side. It’s been more than a year, I may have forgotten how! Thanks Dr. Murphy and Mallory. I really appreciate how much you care about your patients. Gosh, I am so far behind in this little diary I have started.On April 14th I had a check up to see how my implanted sockets were doing. After X-rays and CT, Dr. Murphy was pleased to see two sockets were looking great. One socket was doing well, no abscess, no infection, no shadows, but had not completely grown the bone to it. Dr. Murphy will have me back in July to follow up. If it has grown more and there are no further issues, we will plan placing the implants. He is being cautious and I am onboard with that. On April 22nd. I had my teeth cleaned. I also made a new friend. After saying hello to Allison and Mallory, and comparing crazy socks (Mallory had black! Oh well, we didn’t want her wearing dirty socks and her cool socks were in the wash!), I got to meet my dental hygienist for the first time. I am sorry to say that I have not had my teeth cleaned recently. Pretty sad. I did, however, meet Maggi who brightened my day and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I confess to drinking a lot of coffee and my teeth are pretty stained. She did a wonderful job cleaning and they look and feel a lot better. Thank you Maggi! August 13. Finally! My implants are in. They look and feel great. See them on Facebook ! Thank you Mallory and Dr Murphy! Y’all are the best! I even got to compare silly socks either Allison! And Mallory had ALL BLACK socks again! Mallory, enjoy Pigeon Forge!

Fantastic experience: 5/5 Experiance. I needed an emergency extraction of a molar. I called them at 4pm on Tuesday and was in the dentists chair 15 hours later on Wednesday morning. They were very kind and polite and helpful all the way through the process. Highly recommend

I had a really bad tooth ache and I was in pain for days , my husband called this place out of desperation to get me help and not only did they stay after hours and wait on us to arrive , but they took care of the problem right then and there . I am so grateful for Johnston and Murphy Dental, the Dr. called me the next day himself to check on me !!!¡ Never have I had that before they really do care and was so informative about the procedure and aftercare . Both dentist are great! Best thing. If you need a crown. They do it there same day. No temporary. You get your crown the day you have the work.

Fantastic experience: I confess, I've only been to the dentist once since the COVID outbreak but my crown broke off, forcing me to go. They still had me in file, got me right in and fixed up in a short amount of time. Very pleased with the visit so I went ahead and scheduled my next cleaning/check-up.

Fantastic experience: Dr Murphy went way out of his way to help me after hours on a Friday evening so I wouldn’t suffer all weekend after an accident. Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment for my semi-annual dental cleaning. The night before I went in for my appointment, I broke one of my molars eating cereal and granola. Dr. Johnston had let me know that the tooth had a crack but we would just watch it. Well when I went in for my cleaning, I asked the hygienist that I have been seeing for years if they ever had someone come in for a cleaning and needed a filling that same day!!! She at me and said oh no!!! I said oh yes. Well at first they set my appointment for a week later but called me later that day to see if I wanted come in the next day for a crown!! I told them yes please. I went in today and Dr. Johnston and his assistants did my permanent crown and made the process seamless!!! I highly recommend their office without reservation. I asked his assistant Lexi if I could have a picture of her with her “perfect tooth” that her mother gave her and she agreed!!! She was precious. She said her mother always buys her dental related gifts because she knows how Lexi loves her job!!! I said Lexi, you know if you love what you do for a living, you never WORK a day in your life!!! I learned that years ago!! Thank you Dr. Johnson, Susie, Lexi and the other assistants that are top notch!!!

Fantastic experience: Let me start this review by saying that I was absolutely TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. From bad treatments when I was younger, to attempted scams from other dentists, I'd put off going back for years. And as a result, I ended up with an issue I could no longer ignore. Dr. Murphy & Allison were absolutely incredible. Very comforting, kind, and accommodating despite my anxiety. There was nothing negative about this experience at all. I was able to call as a new patient and get a next-day appointment, and during that visit they assessed my situation, determined a course of action, and completed the procedure. I'd give them a 6th star if I could :)

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have been to in over 20 years! Everyone was very nice and very caring! I did not sit in the waiting room long and never felt rushed. Fantastic experience: upon entering the building I was welcome! they had everything ready my wait time was under 5 minutes! upon going to the exam room 2 young ladies was speaking with me and advising me of the next steps! upon the lady coming in to deading my mouth for the extraction she walk me through the entire process! the dentist extracted my #15 tooth and i did not feel any pain! i give this business 10 stars because everything was amazing! thank you for a wonderful experience
