Fantastic experience: De.Khan and his staff was amazing. By far the best dental experience as an adult and as a parent my daughter is 3 years old and she literally came out of the office saying if I was going to bring her the night day because she liked coming to the dentist. As a parent doctor visit can be challenging but this place makes it easy with no worry and staff and care is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is extremely kind and patient with my 2 ASD children (both have major dental anxiety). They let my son come back 3 times in a week to slowly complete the work needed. They are very understanding and supportive, they help my kids relax and not be scared, they talk them through every step of the appointment. We definitely recommend Galaxia Dental. It is a bit of a drive for us but we don’t mind because of how kind everyone is here.

Fantastic experience: All 4 of my children come here to Galaxia dental on Zaragoza. Best dental place to bring your kids very patient with your kids. Staff is helpful and nice wouldn’t go anywhere else for my kids dental treatment. Oh and stress free while you wait to be called with all the fun games and movie theater they have for the kiddos.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist office for the whole family, Took my 3 kids, wife and myself. Fun enviroment that kept the kids entertained. Staff and doctor Candelario were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Doctor Candelario was very good at explaining everything and kept kids at ease. Shout out to Bryanna, who made sure we were comfortable, was extremely profesional and helped us progress every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: From the waiting room to the back offices/rooms, this place is kept super clean. It has a ton of video games and a small movie theater room. Seating couches are so comfortable. The best asset is their staff! Top tier customer service, always great conversation and attentive to our needs. Trust me, this is the best Dental office in El Paso.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office was clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dentist Escobar is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. For both my self and my daughter the procedure was painless, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout. The hygienists and assistants were also fantastic, friendly, thorough, and attentive. I truly appreciate the care and attention we received, and I highly recommend, bringing my son next week. Recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!

The two ladies in the front helped me fill all my paperwork and were delightful. Got all of my x-rays and treatment done fairly quickly. The staff is all very friendly and professional. Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment with Galaxia Dental this week and provided all my insurance information in advance. They assured me they would verify my insurance and contact me if there were any issues before my appointment. However, they waited until today (Saturday) to try verifying it—when my insurance company was already closed. As a result, I couldn’t receive treatment unless I self-paid. This lack of follow-through and organization has left me to deal with tooth pain all weekend, and now I have to wait until Thursday for the next available appointment. I hope they take steps to improve their processes to avoid this kind of frustration for future patients.

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our tiny human here for a few years now. At Galaxia Dental, it is always such a perfect experience. The front desk personal is very professional, kind, welcoming and respectful. The office is super cute and my daughter likes the play area. The X-ray nurse is always very patient and helpful with the kids who have medical anxiety like my daughter. Yesterday we had a dental emergency, and the office got me an appointment in less than an hour, got us in to the back quickly, and has an answer and solution quickly. The dentist is so knowledgeable, patient and positive. They explain very detailed. Plus they are quick. She had to have a baby tooth extracted, and we were there and out in an hour and 15 minutes, including a cleaning. She's never had a cavity, so this was her first "procedure" and she was nervous but they made her comfortable and kept her that way throughout the entire experience, talking her through and explaining the process. And pricing is super affordable. Thank you Galaxia Dental, you guys are amazing!!! 100000/10 recommend for your kids, you won't be disappointed.

They speak to my kids with such a calm and understanding tone. My kids enjoy coming here. Especially since they get to play with the games in the waiting area. The staff are also so kind to me and my husband during our appointments. It was so great that we were able to schedule the appointments together. They explain everything so clearly in whats recommended for our dental hygiene and always gives us opportunities to choose what is the best route for us.

Negative experience: I called to reschedule my daughter's appointment for an earlier date/time. I spoke to Jennifer whom mentioned they had availability all day that same day, so we agreed to schedule at 1PM. We arrived at 12:40PM and were not seen until after 2:30PM. Don't mess with your patient's time please.

Fantastic experience: We had the BEST experience with Dr. Candelario and the entire staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone that needs a pediatric dentist. They are exceptionally patient, friendly and professional. 10 out of 10!

Positive experience: They are very accommodating and flexible when it comes to rescheduling. They have video games, tv shows and movies in their lobby to keep us occupied until it is our turn. My kids (plus my husband) love that feature. Today’s visit we didn’t have to wait long (like 5 minutes). Their usual wait time is 10 minutes to 15 minutes. I do have to mention that the last time we were waiting for an hour and a half before being seen, no updates for if we were next or how much longer and that’s where they lost a star. Other than that, we love coming here for our 6 month appointments. The staff is super friendly!
