Negative experience: has been over a year since my last visit- which i paid $100+ to be seen. i cancelled next appt due to giving birth to my child, literally unable to make it as i’m in the hospital. i was discharged from the practice with 0 communication from staff. i found out when i called to reschedule my appt that i missed from giving birth! only i was discharged but it’s okay cause my husband switched to my new dental office as well.

Fantastic experience: From the ladies at the front desk, Angelica and Evelyn, to Randi, Dr Parsons and the very patient assistant, Jennifer. Today was Part 1 of a crown replacement. I, like many others do not really “enjoy” going to the dentist, not because of the dentist but what goes on in my mouth, teeth It was a comfortable experience and everyone was so polite. I look forward to going back to getting my brand new crown. I can’t believe I said I’m looking forward to returning to the dentist!! Positive experience: AMENDED - This was the original review: First new dental office in years. I had been with the same dental practice in Cary since 2007. Even though we moved to the area almost 7+ years ago, it was easy to just make the drive as I liked where I was. When that previous dentist sold the practice, that was the sign it was time to move my needs locally. Very happy to have found these folks. Care was excellent, especially my hygienist. She was thorough, explained everything as it was happening, and did a wonderful job. This was a great cleaning experience and will be happy to return for the next one. Excited to have a dental practice I love that is right in the backyard. Well done! UPDATE - I had an appointment today. A week earlier I received a text link to update my paperwork. I was alright going through the fairly lengthy process as I had updated insurance. Most other medical offices have made this process a snap. Not so here. A bit surprising they did not ask for a front/back photo upload of my new card at this time. When I arrived, I checked in and presented my new insurance card and was told it will be a few minutes while they verify. I was then informed that since the insurance offices do not open until 9 am (an hour later) I would be required to pay everything upfront and try and get reimbursed later. This was an absolute non-starter due to the amount of time and effort that is always required to do so. Hence, had to waste my time this morning and reschedule for almost another two months out. What was a bit infuriating was being told, "no one reviews that pre- paperwork and I would have had to specifically call in to update insurance." Why waste someone's time having them fill out lengthy forms that have no bearing on speeding up service? As today seems to be my usual hygienists last day, I may need to rethink this dental practice and consider some other options as it appears the relationship is starting from scratch. Especially since my wife had almost the exact same situation happen here at her last cleaning. On a positive note, it did not take 30 minutes to get the bad news like it did for her. It should not be this hard for current patients with a track record with the practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here about 2 years. They are capable at their jobs, and will give you good advice and treatment. I've had multiple cleanings that are the cleanest my teeth have ever felt. My cavities were filled here very well, I had an issue with my bite once the novacaine wore off and they stitched me in later that same day to fix it. Very nice, and easy to talk to as well. Don't hesitate to see them!

My teeth haven’t felt this clean after an in-office visit in decades. Mark took his time and diligently went back to an area he found could use a bit more attention during final rinsing. I saw him at the Sanford office. I’d ask for Mark if he is available. He employs military trained and ingrained attention to detail to ensure your mouth is properly cleaned.
