Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to this location, and once again I was met with an experience that exceeded expectations. I was warmly greeted by Liz at the front desk, whose courtesy and patience immediately set the tone. The check-in process itself was remarkably efficient, with thoughtful prompts that allowed me to update my children’s medical history and even request school or work notes with ease. The entire process took no more than two minutes and felt exceptionally well designed. Karina and Halie, the dental assistants, showed remarkable patience and gentleness with my children, encouraging them in a way that made them feel at ease. My children were then seen by Dr. Waller and Dr. Milner, both of whom were thorough, attentive, and reassuring. Their care and detail in explaining the state of my children’s dental health left me both informed and comforted. The environment throughout was pristine, and the sense of safety and professionalism was unmistakable. This has truly been one of the finest dental experiences for me and my children, and I look forward to continuing our care here with full confidence.

Negative experience: When I put you in for an appointment you're not seeing that that time they're short of staff and the weight. Is extremely long I wasn't too pleased waiting in the lobby for an appointment that I had at 11:00 for my children I checked in earlier like I was instructed to 15 minutes early it was told that they are short of staff also that there was three families ahead of me I'm not understanding the fact that they're so strict on appointments but cannot keep up with the time and get this place this is very poor for business

Negative experience: The situation following my son’s procedure with Dr. Kern was completely unacceptable. He was visibly swollen and had a cut on the outside lower part of his lips, which caused him pain. I attempted to contact the office multiple times and left a message, yet no one returned my call. This level of neglect and lack of communication is inexcusable. I have completely lost confidence in this practice and will not be bringing my children here again. Furthermore, I was assured I would receive a survey link. Despite calling the office repeatedly, I was told each time that it was “on the way,” yet it was never sent. This repeated failure to follow through only reinforces my disappointment in the professionalism and accountability of this practice.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist that has been cleaning my daughter teeth is always great, she is very gentle with her. My daughter used to be very anxious when getting her teeth cleaned, but since we started coming to this location, she is calm.

Fantastic experience: My baby could not have had a better experience! Everybody who was part of her care team made her feel confident, Reassured her that her teeth were perfect and needing caps isn’t always something we can control. Then the procedure time, she did amazing! They made her comfortable, when she got cold they brought her a blanket, they didn’t show her the numbing shot which I’m so grateful for and the whole time again just told her how brave and what a rockstar she was being! Dental work is scary and they made it as smooth as possible for her! Note she’s 5 and terrified of dental tools but not today! Negative experience: To note: I am using a faux name to protect the privacy of my child. I brought my new 3yo here for his first visit back in April. He was perfectly well-mannered and did extremely well with the visit. He was friendly, happy, sat still, followed directions, and had no fears at all. Toward the end of the visit, the dentist (not hygienist) started probing his teeth for pockets. He has perfect teeth with zero cavities or dental concerns. With the last area she probed, she slipped and went into his gum causing him to cry in tears with pain. I saw all of this happen. What did she do? She said “You’re okay. I know it sounds loud, but you’re okay.” No. He didn’t react and say ouch and cry because the probing was loud. You made a human error, slipped, and hit him in the gum. Own your mistake, say sorry, and treat my son like a human being. Don’t lie to him. Don't gaslight and undermine his feelings. When I asked her not to be dishonest and tell my son he was okay, she rolled her eyes, said okay, and walked out of the room. Perhaps she’s used to “white lies” with kids and talking down to them to them because she’s annoyed by them having feelings, but I refuse to allow this dentist to treat my child this way. She will not come in contact with him again. And she shouldn’t be working with the public at all if she’s going to blatantly lie and treat them this way.

Fantastic experience: We love Triad Kids Dental!! We have been going here for years!! Between Winston and Greensboro! Everyone that I have come across with maybe the exception of two people have been great and friendly!! Today we saw Dr. Kern!!! Between my husband and I taking our kids to the dentist, I personally do not recall ever becoming across her! She was GREAT! Quick, easy and very attentive to my kid. I could see her observing his body, looking for any twitches and signs of discomfort, while getting his filling done. She made sure to keep wiggle his mouth when applying the anesthesia. Which can seem minuscule but some doctors don’t and from experience, it makes a difference. It’s a little distraction, that’s helpful. It was a small, quick and easy appointment but within those 30-45mins, Dr Kern easily made a big impression. That means something!

Negative experience: My 4 year old son had his first appointment here back in December after we decided to switch from Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. The dentist he saw recommended we treat a cavity forming between his front teeth with silver diamine fluoride which helps stop the progress of the cavity. The next appointment was set up for 6 months later. At that appointment last week he saw another dentist, Dr. Waller, who told his father not only did the silver diamine fluoride treatment not work, his cavities had spread quickly and he now needed 8 caps and crowns and would need to be put under general anesthesia. Both his father and I were shocked by this news. I was concerned about him being put completely under for dental work so over the next few days I called 3 times to speak with someone regarding the work that needed to be done and the general anesthesia they recommended. I never got a call back. It was then I decided to bring him back to Lake Jeanette to get a second opinion. Since Triad would not release his x-rays to me in a timely manner he had to undergo x-rays again. The dentist at Lake Jeanette told me the only thing she recommended was more of the silver fluoride treatment on the small cavities between his molars since it had done such a good job on his front teeth. The fact that Dr. Waller wanted to do all of this now seemingly unnecessary and extensive work on my 4 year old's teeth is pretty concerning to say the least. Needless to say we will not be going back to Triad Kids Dental and do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant that worked with my daughter was very kind, patient, and understanding. My daughter's anxiety was at an all time high today yet the assistant remained calm and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Very courteous. Highly recommend this dental office. Had to take my grandson here at 8:00a for a tooth extraction. Our dental assistant was wonderful. Loved the dentist. Front desk as well.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Triad Kids Dental. The office demonstrated negligence by not obtaining parental consent for a fluoride treatment. We were not informed about the treatment until we inquired about what was happening. Moreover, they failed to provide information regarding the risks associated with fluoride, which is a requirement under North Carolina state law. It's concerning that such critical protocols were overlooked, as they are essential for ensuring the safety and well-being of our children. I cannot recommend this office based on our experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hollis is the BEST of the best! She educated us in every aspect of my son’s appointment! All of the staff is kind and caring!

Fantastic experience: First time coming to this branch and I wasn’t disappointed at all my son was extremely anxious, but they made him feel completely comfortable and everything went perfect. This is the only dentistry I will be taking them to all of the branches are completely amazing fast and know exactly what they’re doing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Greene and her assistant Allison were phenomenal. My child needed a crown placed and they not only walked through everything with us (the parents) but also walked my child through everything. They even made sure the way they explained things to my child was in language my child could understand and feel comfortable. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the way they both took such great care of my child during being serviced. Thank you so much to both Dr. Greene and assistant Allison for being great!

Negative experience: This place was great years ago but not anymore. They neglected to see a cavity on my son’s tooth and now he is in need of a root canal. It seems like there is a new dentist every 6 months that we go in.

Negative experience: Beware of some shady practices here. For years they had been great and friendly. I could always sit with my children. They got basic cleaning, some fill ins. No issues. It was when braces came up that there were problems. I was told after consultation, my child needed 4 teeth extracted before braces. I was hesitant but went along with Professional opinion. The day of the scheduled appt, the office calls me to say… looking at the chart your child actually needs “8 TEETH” removed. You also need to go to an oral surgeon to remove all of those. We can give you a referral if you don’t have an oral surgeon in your back pocket!! I said this sounds extreme. But, what’s your oral surgeons info? That was the rudest surgeon office ever. She asked for my insurance. I state that i have 2 insurances. She responded, “ we don’t double bill, so do you want to go somewhere else or not.” It was fine to bill one, as they would cover it alone, but we didn’t get that far. That’s your referral for children’s extractions…. No thank you. The second and third opinion - I had confirmed my child needed NO TEETH TO BE REMOVED! Scary. Update: 2 years later- braces off, teeth great! No teeth removed with another facility.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE REVIEW 2025 My kids are now 13 and 17! It's been a while since I wrote my 1st review here! Nothing has changed, always a good experience, my kids no longer look out for the playground or the video games, but they do enjoy the excellent attention they receive each and every single time! Johanna and Dr Ahmed were fantastic our last visit. Thank you! I took my 5 year old girl and my 9 year old boy to Triad Family Dental and we all Loved it. The kids had a great experience! Not only they loved the little playground and the video games on the waiting area, but they also enjoyed the staff attention which was outstanding! Everyone was super friendly and caring also the place is very clean and you are allowed be with your kids the entire time. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: This place is for children! Over the top accommodating to children and potentially nervous parents. There is a culture of patience, playfulness, professionalism, genuineness and cleanliness/safety. Every trip I take here with my son, with some apprehension in tow (I've had my own poor dental hygiene consequences) is absolved by the end of the trip. Go here if you want standard care, above standard customer service and a balloon at the end of your child's appointment.

Fantastic experience: Not only was the waiting area clean but also inviting, with toys for the younger ones, tablets for the older kids and a tv for everyone. Not that you'll be in there long because the staff is so efficient that the wait is very short lived. Speaking of the staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful, making you feel like a person not just a number. Shabria, the Dental Assistant is by far my favorite staff member at any clinic I've ever been to. She is kind, smart and very pleasant to be around. She helped us the entire time we were there, and made sure we felt comfortable and cared for. Thank you too everyone, including the very helpful front desk staff and very informative Dentists. I highly recommend this place for your family as I am glad I found them for mine.

Fantastic experience: The office is very welcoming and my child loves going to the dentist there. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for children of all ages. Mosheh was our dental assistant and he made sure our daughter was comfortable and happy the entire time. Dr. Greene was an excellent dentist! She kept my daughter smiling and made sure that her teeth were perfectly cleaned. We will continue to go here until she ages out

Negative experience: Appointment felt very rushed. They didn’t even X-ray my son’s teeth in the back because he gagged once. He had a chipped tooth and they did nothing about it. I won’t be going here again. WAYY too many people at one time so the appointments are very rushed and not listened to properly.

Positive experience: Friendly staff clean environment but I really wish they would stop trying to squeeze so many patients into one time slot. It’s always so many people and kids no matter what time of day you go. Morning appointments are the absolute worst! Money rules all I guess.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. My one year old son had his first dentist appointment here. They had us wait over an hour to be seen for less than 10 minutes. It’s evident they see as many patients as humanly possibly by the amount of patients that came in for at 9am appointment. I’m never going back here and shocked by the amount of 5 star reviews.

Negative experience: I have an issue with dentist offices that don't respect their customers time and this is one of those places. Arrived 10 minutes early to get checked in and noticed there were over 10 kids waiting in the waiting area. 40 min. after the appointment time and still waiting. Clearly they have an issue with overbooking appointments at the expense of making us wait longer than we should have to. This is the second time we have used this dentist and had this issue both times (last visit ran 1 and a half hours over). Will be looking for a new practice that can better manage this process.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Randleman location the day before for my 3 other kids but went to this location the next day for my other child and both were amazing and caring and listened to my concerns and got a great treatment plan set.

Positive experience: They got my daughter in 3 hours after I called for an emergency extraction for a baby molar causing her pain. It was so convenient to have Triad Orthodontist next door to replace the wire on her braces right afterwards. We were fortunate both offices were flexible enough that afternoon so we didn't have to make two trips. My kids have been patients for 5 years and everything has gone well. Usually only a 5-10 minute wait.

Positive experience: Great place, nice and gentil staff. Speak spanish!! this is a very importante thing. update. I wrote that reference 6 years ago. All this time I have brought my son and everything is fine. Today I had another follow-up appointment and I was surprised by the number of patients that attend the same. Too many people, everyone talking, a lot of noise, it looks like a supermarket with people walking from one place to another, not to mention that they made me wait half an hour and there were even flies in the office. It seems to me that wanting to serve so many people at the same time affects the quality of the service. It's definitely not the same place anymore. Not everything can be about making money. The quality of service counts.

Fantastic experience: Clean and my kidos love going there . They give kidos a ballon a small coin to get a prize and stickers and of course they give them a bag with tooth brush, floss and toothpaste. While, kids wait they have an area of iPads. They are allowed to play games but for sure it’s first come first serve to the ipads. They have tvs playing a movie at all times and that helps kids while they are getting any procedure done.

Negative experience: Worst follow-up care! Never update the patients record even thought they have been informed numerous times. Stated that they tried to call when they were calling a number that was supposed to be removed from the patient's chart years ago, and completely ignoring the correct number listed as a secondary phone number. Once we were able to finally reach someone at thier front desk, she wasn't willing to schedule without speaking to the treatment coordinator first. My question is what HELP are you?!

Fantastic experience: We are new to the area and have had 3 visits here. Dr Ahmed (sp?) was great with my granddaughter today. She has had a bad tooth for quite a while and until today no one has said anything about antibiotics. He said her tooth, which has needed pulled for months, was abscessed and prescribed her antibiotics and rescheduled her for next week to get it pulled. He was kind and patient with her, as she was scared . He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Hailey was our dental assistant and she was wonderful as well! Very happy with our service!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff! We just moved to the area, and needed to establish a new Dentist for my daughter. My daughter was a little nervous at first, but the staff was so kind and patient with her. She left with a huge smile on her face, and said she felt so much better, and loves her new dentist!

There has not been a time when my kids or I have felt uncomfortable or had an unsecured feeling. The entire staff goes above and beyond and is always so pleasant. Fantastic experience: We absolutely love the care we get here! All of the staff have been wonderful to work with and they are very kind to our kiddos. I can't rave about them enough!

Negative experience: Our visit was fine. But my son needs a cavity filled and I've been calling for 6 months to make an appointment. Apparently, they don't do the fillings there and every time I call they say they'll call me when when they get "the schedule". It's been 6 months!! I'm taking my kids somewhere else.

Negative experience: Rude staff that did my child's blood pressure. She didn't even know what size cuff was appropriate and got an attitude when I corrected her size choice. Didn't even put it on him correctly. Not going back. No response from management!

Positive experience: Everyone was friendly. Haven't been to this location in a while. However, my daughter had a late appointment. And I do understand that staff is tired and ready to go home. I would recommend that they do not rush cleaning people's teeth. My daughter said that the dental assistant was very aggressive with flossing her teeth in a hurry. Where it caused her gums to bleed and remain very sore for the rest of the evening. Other than that, our visit didn't take very long.

Fantastic experience: My son is on the autism spectrum and appointment like these can be a lot of myself and my son! Brittany came to clean his teeth even though she wasn’t assigned to him. Brittany, Dr. Gonzalez and Angie showed so my patience, kindness, and empathy. Very grateful for them!

Negative experience: This place referred my 10 year old daughter to get a root canal (on a tooth that did not cause her any pain or discomfort whatsoever at that) at a practice which asked for over $1,500 out of pocket for both the consultation and procedure. That isn’t within their control, naturally, but after we took her to a different dentist for the same consultation, we were told that she didn’t need a root canal at all, and that the root canal procedure would both be too invasive and extensive for a child her age, especially with the state of the tooth (which was still growing and with a cavity that was fairly minor). He suggested proceeding with a filling and a follow up appointment. Why would you recommend an unnecessary root canal on a small child? I had called to ask this question and the nurse in the line had insisted the procedure was necessary! Yet we received a completely different answer and much less invasive treatment from a different dentist. Suffice to say we are not returning to this practice again.

Negative experience: Reached out 4 times to have my kids transferred to this place, and never got a call back. Every time I call, no one can answer my question of whether or not they received the consent to release records-- supposedly not a single person I talked to had access to the email. Not to mention, they gave me 2 different emails to send the transfer records to and 1 of them I found out hadn't been active in over 5 years! Place is garbage!

Negative experience: My daughter has braces and we have always had very positive experiences. My daughter and I both enjoyed our visits because we felt cared for. However, that changed once the previous dentist left. My daughter had an appointment in March to adjust her braces but I had to cancel her appointment because she got COVID, then a couple of weeks later I got COVID. By the time we were well (a couple of weeks) I called the office to reschedule and I was told that my daughter could not be seen until July. When I explained that her power chain broke and it was hurting her the receptionist did not care at all. I even asked to be put on a cancellation list and she didn’t even acknowledge that. So my daughter has spent four months with a broken power chain and discomfort. The previous management would have worked us in for what is usually just a 10-15 minute (LITERALLY) appointment. Once her braces are off I will not be going back for any future needs.

Fantastic experience: He had the best time and they kept him engaged and were gentle and he loved his prizes and balloons. The receptionist staff was super nice and also the staff that wasn't with him was so sweet. We are very happy to make this our regular dentist!!!

Negative experience: The people were friendly enough in the office, but the fact that it was not made clear (and took almost 30 minutes to discover) that there is a 10 person waitlist for a service they are not equipped to offer is absolutely unacceptable. When I requested to speak to the office manager (because this is absolutely not the front desk's fault) I was told I would receive a call back because she was with a patient. I have since used the over 30 minutes of time to schedule with another office that CAN perform the procedure, and may even be able to do it at the same time as the evaluation appointment. The office may be fine for regular care, and it is kid friendly with all the screens playing a movie, but don't expect any more than that. They can't even keep batteries in the scale.

Fantastic experience: This place is great I live in highpoint and travel 20 mins to get there even though there is a different one 5 mins from my house… the kids love it and it’s just a great place… give kids balloons, toys and stickers each time and has TVs in the rooms while they are getting thier teeth done for distractions and they provide sunglasses During appointments so the kids eyes don’t bother them… soo friendly and have a movie area in the waiting room plus tablets for the kids to play so they’re not bothering you while you’re waiting…I’ve been going to them for a couple years now and I plan on going to them until my kids are not kids anymore. Negative experience: The issue was not with this place…the issue was with dr shoe which I believe is one of the dentist here but we had never seen! My daughter was sent to valley gate to have extractions on her teeth…he was the oral surgeon…when he gave me his opinion of what should be done I accepted his doc advice and turned it down…this was not taking kindly! The fact that I wasn’t allowing this man to do what he wanted to do to my child really annoyed him!!! He went into a fit about how u should never put a child to sleep more than once a year! He pulled me away to talk to me 2 diff times trying to convince me, at this time telling me he didn’t want to touch her then! Meanwhile she’s already been giving happy juice!! I was in tears my husband did get very upset! I’ve never seen a doc try to make decisions for MY child and when I don’t agree literally go into a fit! Doc called 4 days later to let me know he wanted to finish her work! Was I ready to schedule? Don’t forget his whole argument for doing all the work the first time was because you shouldn’t be put to sleep twice in a year!!! I declined! The doc office then informed me that they were letting her go as a patient! Like we were actually coming back!

Fantastic experience: We've now been for three visits with my 3 year old over the past 18 months or so, and I am just SO impressed by how kind, patient, and all-around awesome the staff are here. The fact that they got my wiggle-worm kiddo to sit still for x-rays, a dental cleaning, and exams is nothing short of a miracle. And even without dental insurance I still felt like the cost was reasonable.

Negative experience: I had never had any problems till today but my kid had a hard time with the lady cleaning her teeth they had to do something different so she told her not to move but didn’t explain or show her what she was going to do so when my kid saw the object she got scared and moved and the lady was done she told me we can’t do it today visibly irritated so I said okay then she continue to tell my kid to stop because she was going to scare the other kids! My daughter then apologized to me and I had to explain that it was okay to be scared! But that was uncalled for

Negative experience: I will never suggest this place for ANYONE for one they will give you the run around my son has been having to reschedule appointments since March to get crowns put on his teeth today we we’re finally able to go in for work and he was given some kind of oral sedation, I waited a total of two hours before they told me they would have to reschedule because he needs anesthesia. This place is very unprofessional and the waiting areas are a bit weird I will be sending my child elsewhere I do not know now they reviewed 4 stars that’s a joke!

They have a balloon, sticker, and token station for the kids to do after the appointment. Very fun, safe practice. I would definitely recommend your child go here instead of SmileStarters.

Fantastic experience: Five stars across the board!! I went to Facebook to get any suggestions on a pediatric dentist and when I say so many people recommended this place I was like WOW ok I’ve found the spot! So glad I went here for my 3 children they loved it and are excited to go back! After having a bad experience at other pediatric dentistry’s I was so relieved on the courtesy of all the employees I want to thank each and every person that helped my family. Negative experience: The staff here is completely rude and very unprofessional. Oh, and if you decide to change providers, don’t expect a smooth transition when you request your child’s records. They hung up on me a total of 4 times when I called asking for verification of them being sent. Totally uncalled for. We are currently with a new dentist who is fixing THEIR mistakes in my child’s mouth. Once your child needs more than just a simple cleaning, RUN as fast as you can from this place!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to update my review because I felt like they deserve more of a review based on how well they do with my daughter. She literally cheered today as we pulled in to the parking lot even though she was nervous about the procedure they were about to perform. I used to dread going to my dentist growing up. He was so mean and rough when cleaning my teeth. This practice is the exact opposite. It makes me overjoyed to see my daughter excited to go to the dentist. I can't say enough good things about this place. I obviously absolutely recommend taking your children to this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I took my 5year old daughter to this dental office and she was a little nervous because she hadn't been to the dentist office in a while due to Covid. I'm so glad I chose this place because I felt like they took great care of my daughter. Checking into this place was easy because they had forms to fill out online before your appointment. Her nurse was Ms. Britney and she was Amazing! Ms. Britney made my daughter and myself feel comfortable because she explained everything that she was going to do and let my daughter hold some of the equipment. She was also very gentle and patient with my daughter. Then Dr. Hollis came in and explained to me the progress of my daughter's teeth and calmed my nerves about certain issues that I had. When it was time to leave, my daughter received a balloon, a prize from the prize box, and new dental supplies. Overall, I am very pleased with this place and have already set up my next appointment.

Negative experience: We've been going to this practice for 5 years. The way we were treated today I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. There was no issue until my 5.5yo was hooked up ready for xrays and they asked me for permission to give her fluoride which i declined. The woman's demeanor immediately changed and pulled my daughter out of the xray room without completing her xrays. Myself and my two children were then escorted to a wait in a closet after we declined the fluoride treatment, they then said it was because we weren't wearing masks yet we have medical exemptions plus we signed their waiver. There were other people also not wearing masks and I believe it's because we declined the fluoride treatment. We left because my 5 year old was scared of them putting us in the closet. I wish I could upload the video for you all. This facility supports segregation and medical discrimination. What happened today is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not place your children's health with them.

Fantastic experience: They do great with children. My son has loved the dentist since before we started going. Even if he didn’t I feel as though they would take his worries away bc they are so gentle, patient, friendly and playful with the kids.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great experience with them. They are really nice and friendly. She loves the little play section that they have. When they did her pictures on her teeth, they were super gentle and made sure that she was okay with them doing it. When they brushed her teeth, she just laid there as if it was me doing them.

Fantastic experience: We have been going here for years after a bad experience years ago with my daughter. We love it here and love Dr. Hollis and we seen Dr. Ghattan yesterday and really liked her too! So thankful for a good dentist with a great environment to take my kids too. We drive 45 minutes to go to the Greensboro and it is worth it!

Positive experience: The staff is great and since we are in a pandemic it was uncomfortable being in a waiting room with 20 people. Then when we were called back there were too many people by the X-ray machine and social distancing was not possible. I thought the first appointment in the morning was a good idea, but they had the team huddle at the beginning of the day. If these things are addressed I would feel comfortable coming back at a time this would not be a concern.

Fantastic experience: This practice is so friendly and compassionate. We had a dental emergency with a 5 year old from a recent refugee family. The office saw us right away, and Dr. David Smith was competent and compassionate. He speaks fluent Spanish. The office has the latest technology, and is geared for kids. Wonderful place.

Fantastic experience: They were wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone. We didn't have a long wait time at all, even though my kids wouldn't have minded because of their cool reception area. I thought that was great enough, but it only gets better inside where the kids are seen including screens on the ceilings so the kids can watch movies and a treasure box. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My one child has special needs and they were wonderful with him. It made going to the dentist a fun experience. I wouldn't change anything. Fantastic experience: Dr. Bri was great! She took her time and was very patient with my autistic son. Somehow she was able to look in his mouth even though he makes it difficult when we go to the dentist. We will definitely be coming back, as this is our new home dentist office. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: 2019 My daughter loves coming here. She was exited this morning when we came by. She was 1 last time we came so I was suprised that she remembered. My daughter is a crier and the staff have been nothing but nice and patient ! THANK YOU ! 2021 We visited a few weeks ago with Dr Hollis & Ms Monique. Let me say that Dr Hollis is the only Dr that convinced my daughter to let her use the electronic tools on her teeth. No other Dr has had this amount of patience & that was able to talk and relate to my daughter in a way that made her feel so comfortable ! Thank you so much for taking the time to take care of your patient & easing her fear of the electronic tools !

Fantastic experience: After going to another highly recommended pediatric dentist for the last few years I was looking for somewhere that would take my insurance and a friend recommended Triad Kids. I was nervous to switch because we had such a positive experience with our previous dentist (minus the out of pocket expense) but I was absolutely blown away with how awesome our experience was at Triad Kids. I wish I would have switched a long time ago - it would have saved us so much money! Both my 2 and 4 year old did amazing - not a tear was shed! Dr. Ghattan was so incredibly kind, patient, and had such a positive energy my girls warmed up to her immediately. Our hygienists, Kayla and Amanda, we’re just as good with my girls. They explained things every step off the way and we’re so encouraging throughout the cleanings. The office is very kid friendly - TVs on the ceilings so they can watch cartoons as they have their cleanings done, a giant prize bin, a balloon wall, and stickers galore! I would recommend Triad Kids Dental to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist to help their kids develop a positive outlook on going to the dentist and keeping their teeth healthy!

Fantastic experience: My son came in today to see if he needed to get braces. He was super nervous and didnt know what to expect. The treatment coordinator Alexis was very helpful answering all of his questions and calming his nerves, letting him know its not gonna be as bad as he thinks. Dr. Hoina was helpful with all of mommas questions and quick and precise with my sons exam! We love these employees here!!

Fantastic experience: The team at the Nicholas Rd. Triad Kids Dental was incredibly patient and sweet with my very nervous 4 year old daughter. They didn’t rush her or push her to do anything she wasn’t ready for. It took her an hour to get through what would have been a very short visit. They rewarded her with a sticker, balloon, prize, and a new toothbrush! I can’t thank them enough for their grace and patience. I’ll be bringing my 2 year old in next!

Fantastic experience: This was my 2 year old first time visiting and the office and staff were very welcoming. The dental assistant was very playful and patient with my son. She made his visit exciting and entertaining versus traumatizing. The dentist was also a big help and made sure my two year old was as comfortable as possible. Fantastic experience: I have been so happy with my experience bringing my kids to this practice. My daughter is 5 and extremely hesitant about dental appointments. She is not always the most cooperative but our hygienist, Maria M., and dentist, Dr. Ghattan, were absolutely wonderful with her! They showed her the tools, explained clearly exactly what they are going to do and were beyond patient when she was still resistant. I have had experiences at other practices where the dental staff just kind of forced her mouth open to get it done but that was not the case here at all. Everyone we interacted with was kind, respectful and truly made my daughter’s comfort a priority. I cannot speak highly enough of Maria M. and Dr. Ghattan!

Fantastic experience: Dr Hollis and Amanda were amazing! The other ladies who helped were awesome as well I just don’t remember their names. In fact from the moment we entered the door from front desk to making our return visits everything was wonderful. It also felt genuine. Thank you all for being so great with kiddos. Our last dentist was not great and my kids had anxiety but you all relieved that and made it such a pleasurable experience. My kids are looking forward to returning! Fantastic experience: This facility is is the best I have ever encountered. From the beautiful lady at the front desk all the way to the lady at check out we were greeted with smiles and positive attitudes and vibes. I am most grateful and thankful for the entire staff, but Dr. KaSheena Hollis is a rock star with children. Her bed side manner, as well as the entire staff, was on point! I went to remind my 6 year old son that these ladies were at work, and we couldn't talk them to death! Dr. Hollis put her hand up as if to say, it's okay, just let him be;) Once that social pressure was off of the table, we laughed until we cried! She afforded us an opportunity to just be in that moment with one another and truly just engage in what it is all about....commradery. We became a team for my son who used to be terrified of the dentist until we had the pleasure of meeting her;) As a single mother of two boys, this kind of relationship and support is beyond important to me. They, in one encounter, became part of our village and I am grateful for this facility and the people who make it;)
