Negative experience: Hello I recently Called in to book an appointment but the receptionist NAMED GABBY left me on hold for over 10 min and I did not feel as if I was important for my call to be answered. I hung up the phone and she picked up as if she did not know me. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE.

Fantastic experience: I love this dental office!!! They are always so comforting, sweet, and very friendly. Dr.Gonzalez and Cece did my cleaning and were awesome and made my experience great!! 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a dental office. They also just did renovations and the office is beautifull!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with Aqua Dental on Austin Highway. They outright denied service to my child just because we declined to have x-rays done again. Every single time we visit, they insist on x-rays, regardless of how recent they were or whether they’re truly necessary. As a parent, I have every right to make informed decisions about my child’s healthcare—especially when it comes to repeated exposure to radiation. Instead of respecting our concerns, they chose to turn us away entirely, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Dental care should be about trust and collaboration, not ultimatums. We won’t be returning. Be careful who you choose for your dentistry and take care of your family’s health.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Majeed was very friendly and the rest of the staff all had great ppl skills. I had a little trouble with the insurance provider and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved. With that being said a great atmosphere for adults and children I actually bring my daughters her as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an incredible experience with Aqua Dental. Everyone is so kind, the dentist was very kind and thorough with explaining the treatment plan, and checked on me throughout the process to make sure i was okay and not in any pain. The waiting room is beautiful and there’s a fun area for older kids to play. They have TVs set up above you in the office so you can watch a movie while the dentist works. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone needing work done, or even just a routine cleaning!

Positive experience: I bring my kids here every 3 months.. appointment are si quick .. in and out.. my 2 year old had a big cavity that was missed so.it grew more... She had to get a crown on that tooth... I can't explain how dentist missed that big hole on her tooth... Also the Game area is always off

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist place ever been here since 11:30 going on 2:00 worst service front desk is rude doctor sucks takes forever in the doctor only takes 12 minutes on my kids after I've been here for so many hours how did he clean my kids teeth I would never ever come back to this location I will change my kids' dentist office and go to another dentist office I do not recommend this place

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional it's like maybe try to have manners when on the phone with People. Very Rude and just poor choice of Words. When I asked them to let me Speak to a Manager of how they treat others how quaint they stated they don't have 1. It makes alot of Sense Now they don't have no leadership and No accountability. Very Tragic to Say the Least. Manners 101 ladies!!!!

Negative experience: I brought my kid in for her check up and they told me she had a few cavities in the back but they didn’t want to do anything to them yet and check back in 6 months. Well I called them and wanted to get them fixed anyways since it would just be fillings like the doctor told me and I’d rather get them fixed now while they’re small then wait and possibly need caps. I was told there was no record of her having cavities which is false. Her dentist told me she had cavities. Not sure why they didn’t make record of it. Will definitely be going elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Loved everybody even with the different staff! My kids have been going there for years since babies. Everybody was so nice and attentive to all four of my kids and got everything done quick.

Positive experience: This place is a beautiful place. My kids loved that they could play games while waiting for the Dr. The only part I didn't like was that I was told the "Dr doesn't want parents in the back rooms while there kids are getting work done." I kindly responded and said" oh no! I need to be in the room at all times, no acceptions." The Dr allowed me back and the treatment went good . I would recommend this place to others for the dental care was great ! So far , so good!

Fantastic experience: This is our second visit to Aqua dental. My daughter and enjoy coming here as they are very kid friendly and make the dental appointments fun. They have arcade type games in the waiting room, movies playing in the exam Rooms and aquariums. They are always on time and do a great cleaning. My family recommends Aqua Dental!

Negative experience: First appointment I could hear my four-year-old son screaming from the back of the office when I asked what was wrong with them they went back there came back and said there was nothing. It was the kid next to him. Sorry as a mother, I know my son’s voice. Next day, my youngest daughter went in for fillings. She threw up and was only giving laughing. Gas has been in extreme pain with no prescription given and now three hours later in extreme pain and is even sweating. Ibuprofen 800 that I had at the house is not helping and she’s extremely swollen to the point where it looks like. She followed a bunch of great. I called the office and they said to take her to the nearest ER or bring her in the morning. I definitely will not be returning, even though she’s needing more work done, I can find another dentist somewhere else that cares about their patients and not the money. Now I know why they had same day appointments available.

Fantastic experience: Out of the whole year that we’ve been here I’d whole heartedly like to express how much of an amazing, sincere, professional & kind experience that Aqua dental has given to me & my babies. They really made us feel at home, comfortable & welcomed in the city with their hospitality & concern in my children’s oral health!! We found our dental home to ease our anxiety for our oral care with the mini arcade, office theater & fish aquariums that you can watch from the comfort of their relaxed & bougie interior!! Thank you for the amazing customer service Aqua Dental..we already can’t wait to come back again soon.

Fantastic experience: My babies love it here. We have been apart of this dentist since they first opened on Austin Hwy. My kids did not want another dentist after our move. They are worth the drive for their awesome staff

Negative experience: My daughter had an issue with her silver tooth and the dentist said nothing was wrong, it's okay. Several times they check it and nothing wrong. Then we took her for a 2nd opinion & now the new dentist said they need to extract the entire tooth because it's infected.

Fantastic experience: My son loved the fish. As a busy mom, I appreciate the reminders of my appointment, since it's every 6 months it is nice to have that reminder.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go for all your dental needs! As a military family the location of close to Fort Sam can't be beat not to mention that they see adults and children. Very attentive to my special needs child. We have been going here since we came to San Antonio a year and a half ago and have not been disappointed. Very family-friendly (kid friendly from start to finish) and accommodating with Disney/Pixar movies played throughout the facility and arcade games for the kids. The ancillary staff from reception to hygienist and techs are courteous and the doctors are nicer than your typical dentist! I had a major problem with my teeth and not only were they able to take care of it but the referral process to ao a specialist was very easy. Kudos

Fantastic experience: Wonderful kind loving staff. Excellent patient services. But Alexander Burger let go home without stitching the gum on one of the tooth bleed all night started vomiting blood. Went back Saturday morning the lady dentist had to correct it and she stitched it no problem since. He was in too big of a hurry and forgot a step

Fantastic experience: *** UPDATE 2021: Still loving this office, became a patient myself I always see a rep at the Heb handing out flyers but have never checked it out. Wish I would have done so a lot sooner. The wait time was quick; everyone was professional and kind. My kids absolutely loved the waiting room and felt at ease in the backroom, which is wonderful. Forgot to mention how great the late hours are, I didn't have to leave the office early for their appt.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying WOW!!! We are so impressed with how our first visit here went. I have four boys and like any other kids they were nervous with being seen, especially during this pandemic. We went in filled paperwork out, daddy, four boys and myself were able to go to the back with the boys. The appointed doctor was AMAZING, we had 1 for two boys and another for the other two boys but they were amazing. Everyone working there were amazing, helpful and friendly. While heading out they handed my boys toys and a new electronic tooth brush! We are so amazed with this office and excited to be clients. Boys are definitely excited for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I love how quick and fast they are here I'm always in and out and even when I come early I'm seen early it's rare I've ever had to wait. My kids love it here and they're fully entertained with the games and tv they provide. Every time they visit they get a brand new electric brush, a big toy, and all the brushing accessories like floss and timer. I've been coming for YEARS and never would imagine going anywhere else. I'm especially thankful for how thorough they are handling covid before and at the time of arrival its extremely comforting at times like this when other establishments dont even take half the measurements aqua dental does to ensure cleanliness and thoughtfulness. Also love the staff here half of them know all me and my kids by name and the staff itself is professional and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter the same day. They handled changing our provider over to them with the insurance They got us in the back within 10 minutes of checking in and filling out the paperwork. They were sure to explain everything in the procedure to my daughter and I. The only thing that I didn't like was parts of the visit I was not able to stay in certain rooms with my daughter. She didn't have any complaints.

Positive experience: My kids loved walking in, the first thing they saw was the arcade games. The staff is quick and efficient. After the appointment they had pizza that the kids could take home and eat later since they couldnt eat right away. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I couldnt be in the room while my kids cavities were being fixed. Now my kids totally think it 5 stars free toothbrush and toy for my youngest and the oldest is getting a year supply of teeth whitener.

Negative experience: Borderline harassment. I told the front desk I would reschedule my child’s appointment because we couldn’t make it and within 2 weeks I had several calls and texts. That’s not even the worse part, they started texting and calling my husband multiple times a day back to back and even reached out to my mother who is listed as an emergency contact. It doesn’t get that serious. At first we loved this place but the last few times we have waited well over an hour after our appointment time to even be seen. Typical visit is over 2 hours. We will find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: We love Aqua Dental! Very friendly staff always on top of appointments. Also really good with the littles and know how to comfort them. Always really clean in rooms and waiting area. Games in the waiting area is a plus to keep the littles occupied.

I have four children we had our appointment scheduled at 5:30, I arrived in a timely manner by 5:49 all of my children are in the back to be seen. My children was disappointed at how quickly they move as they were watching tv and playing games.

The staff is always friendly the kids love the goodies they get after each visit.. i came here because our previous dentist didnt use the laughing gas to relax during procedures.. today we had a slight emergency with my daughters tooth. We walked in and within a fee minutes they called us back.. oooo and they had pizzzzzaaaaa in the lobby.

I hate the dentist and before would have so much anxiety coming but Aqua Dental Has done such a good job at making sure each visit is as easy and stress free as possible. Also love that I can watch movies while I get my teeth cleaned .
