Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Naderi was extremely attentive and professional. Thanks to his skill and gentle touch, my deep cleaning treatment was completed in just one day! He made the whole experience comfortable and smooth. I truly appreciate his care and precision — highly recommended!

Negative experience: My child had an appointment here for an orthodontic consultation. Upon walking in I felt very uncomfortable. It has this dark vibe, unorganized, and scattered look. The front desk workers do not greet you. They called my son to do his X-rays however I was not allowed to go to the back with him—which is unsettling for me. Finally, they tell me my son has an extra tooth. I asked the orthodontist are you sure it’s not a baby tooth that hasn’t fallen out yet and the “extra tooth” you’re seeing is his adult tooth that was trying to come in. He told me NO and that this was his permanent tooth in and it’s something that we don’t have to address before getting his braces. I knew this was bull. I had a 2nd consultation somewhere else and it’s indeed a baby tooth that hasn’t fallen out but the adult tooth is behind it. The fact that the orthodontist is willing to put braces on baby teeth and can’t tell the difference between baby and adult teeth is ridiculous!!! This place do not know what they’re talking about!!!! Also after leaving the appointment a lady called me and asked me how’s my son’s eye. She didn’t ask to speak to the parent of “the child’s name” or anything. I told her I was unaware that something happened to my child’s eye here; then she said oh she had the wrong number. This led me to believe this establishment matches how the inside looks… unorganized and in disarray.

Fantastic experience: They are absolutely amazing all the way around from scheduling the kids in a good time frame, flexible appointments, great set up to keep the kids busy while waiting, and great with my daughter.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would, but I need to comment on this. I brought my two children for their 6 month cleaning. They told me my oldest had 9 cavities and my youngest had 6 cavities. That seemed so absurd to me and let’s not leave out the fact that they do not let you in the back room while your kids are getting a procedure done!! I don’t know how I let this happen, but I beg you DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS CLINIC. Also, the front desk is absolutely rude and do not know how to welcome anyone. I also asked them to email me both of my kids x-rays and they said I needed to email cooperate so they can approve it. GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST PLEASE

They also service adults I came for a cleaning and the dentist was so amazing she was very kind and gentle and explained each step. Vanessa at the front desk is amazing she so informative and has great customer service very friendly. Overall I recommend this dentist for a 10 /10 experience

Negative experience: I really do not recommend it. Recently my 3 year old son had his appointment and they told me that for his treatments I could not go in with him and that the child had to go alone. This made me really distrustful because that had never happened to me in the previous clinic I was at. I feel that it is not professional or ethical for them to do that, not letting you be with your child. You are in that situation and you do not really know what they are doing to your child in there with all those people there. Please stay away from this clinic and do not risk something happening to your child.

Negative experience: We had our first appointment today with our 3 years old son but we canceled it due to that weird policy that parents are not allowed during exams or procedures with the kids, I would never trust my son like that, we walked out.

Negative experience: We arrived 30 minutes early for my nephew’s appointment, but he was never seen. The front desk rescheduled us for the next day. When we came back, we were told there were many people ahead of us, and we had to wait again. After all the delays, they finally saw him and somehow finished both a cleaning and a cavity in less than 30 minutes—which doesn’t seem realistic or thorough. Very disappointing experience overall. There was a clear lack of communication and organization. Hopefully they take steps to improve how they manage appointments and patient care

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience in and out, and everyone was super nice!

Negative experience: One of the most unsettling dentist visits I’ve ever experienced. The office was dark with a strong chemical smell, the front desk was disorganized and unfriendly, and they initially refused to run my insurance because it was Saturday — even though I sent it weeks earlier. I watched multiple parents get told different reasons why their insurance “couldn’t be verified.” The office was requesting parents self pay if they wanted to keep their appointment. Worst of all, they said it was “policy” for children to go back alone for treatment, with no parents allowed. If I can’t trust them to handle insurance honestly, I’m not trusting them to take my child behind closed doors. We walked out, and I suggest others think twice before booking here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. NADERI is amazing. I have 6 children and he was amazing with every one of them and was able to get them all in and done with quality and care. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the facilities.

Fantastic experience: I found an amazing dentist office in Katy for the kids. Everyone from the receptionist, X-ray technician, dental assistants and appointment Schedulers were awesome. The dentist is very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me good suggestions on what to do about my son’s missing teeth. This place has an Arcade, games, a movie theater, PlayStation area, popcorn and water for the kids. I would recommend you bring your kids here. You won’t regret it. I give it a 10 out of 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: We have had a great experience with Grand Prix Dental and Orthodontics. They are very patient and professional. My daughter sees both the orthodontics and the dentist. They work around our schedules. The staff is very friendly and they always get us in and out fast.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time going here and we loved it. Everyone was super nice and the environment for kids is so nice. It has arcade games and bumper cars for all the kids to enjoy while they're waiting to be seen. I'm glad we switched to this office.

Negative experience: Super easy to get an appointment! Love that . But i went with my daughter to get a check up was told that she needed 2 crowns. When Dr walked in checked her he seemed rushed,even though i was told we were the only ones there. They were going to do the crowns but then the dr decided to refer us out.I asked if she really needed the crowns they said yes they referred me out so she could get them. When i had the appointment to get them done at the dentist they had referred me to they said,” she doesn’t need them just brush her teeth “

Fantastic experience: Walking in the building was a little overwhelming with blow ups and arcades. I've never been in dental office like this before. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and sweet. The gave me a tour of the office and what to expect. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The dentist Dr. Nguyen was very friendly. The only complaint would be time. We were there for 2 hours 45 minutes. Overall, my kiddo was happy and that's what counts. Keep up the good work Grand Prix!

My children were very comfortable. I’m not a fan of the dentist however Grand Prix(Katy location) put me at ease. I highly recommend them!

My daughter has been coming here since she was just a year old, and after trying several other dentists, it's clear that none compare to the gentle care she receives from her dentist and the amazing dental assistants. Each visit has been a positive experience for her, and it’s heartwarming to see her love for brushing her teeth blossom because of it! One of the highlights of our visits is the fun arcade area where she can play both before and after her teeth cleanings, making each trip to the dentist feel like an adventure. Thanks to Grand Pix Dental, she actually looks forward to her appointments!

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our daughters to this location always great help always great service and always make my daughters. Feel comfortable and handle with care.

Negative experience: One of the most unprofessional and inefficient dental offices. They force you to complete an update form every time you visit. Even if you tell them that all of the information is the same and nothing has changed. They still require you to fill out a physical form. You cannot do electronically. They’re still working like it’s 1983. They try to rip you off. Every single time I visited during the past year they always try to upsell you something. We have never visited this place without paying extra on top of the regular cleaning. They don’t allow you to come into the room when conduct they physically do the cleaning. It makes me feel so uncomfortable leaving my child alone and not monitor what is happening. Finally, the attitude of the front desk employees is the worst. They’re the most unprofessional with a horrific attitude acting as if they’re doing you a favor. Stay away from this place. Unprofessional people who have no idea what they’re doing, except for trying to make more money.

Fantastic experience: Felt like home out first visit there, me and my kids have moved from NC to TX !!! And my kids didn’t realize they were at the dentist, so much to do !!!! They give out pop corn for the movie theater inside the dentist, & also feed you pizza !!! The front staff is Amazing with providing Information & they give you a tour of the entire office… the dr was so soft spoken & make sure you understand the treatment that your child may need, also asks how you feel and for your input. Amazing amazing office. Felt very comfortable!!!!

The waiting room was filled with fun arcade games, toys, and more to keep the little ones entertained! The dentist and staff were absolutely fantastic with my children. The dentist gently counted their teeth, checked for any sugar bugs (cavities), and made sure their smiles were healthy and strong. After completing a few quick procedures, the kids were each rewarded with a fun prize—such a great way to end the visit! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. They truly care about you and your children, and they make the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

The Dr. Went above and beyond to help my daughter get her extractions done in a way that it was affordable and accommodating to us and you just can't get that kind of service anymore !! Fantastic experience: Oh my God This Dentist office is the best, I have been to plenty of dentists but they do not top this Dentist office at all. They make you feel so welcome and soon as you walk in the customer care is amazing . The kiddos love it it’s like a big game room just beautiful and relaxing with an indoor movie theater. Fantastic experience: Veronica and all the employees were really nice, they were fast and explained everything with detail as many times as we asked (costs, procedure, etc). They are bilingual. I had a cleaning and 2 cavities filled and it didn't hurt at all, the dentist and assistant were really nice and kind. Im definitely coming back.

Fantastic experience: Before coming my 5 yr old son was so scared and nervous because he hadn't been in awhile. When they called his name and he went on his own, we expected to be told he was wanting us but instead he came back to us happy and with a toy. We appreciate the staff for making him comfortable and wanting to actually come back.
