Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled... Should have done it thirty years ago but here we are. Two of them had bad cavities. Going in I expected it to be a completely miserable experience. I had literally zero pain the day of and day after, it wasn't until the third or fourth day I finally had a little bit of soreness. All in all for a procedure I put off for literally decades it was extremely smooth sailing. Deep cleaning and a little bit of other work done all at the same time while I slept through it. 10/10 highly recommend Ocean breeze if you're like me and trying to avoid getting your dental stuff taken care of.

Negative experience: Went to this dentist for years. I had a problem tooth that was discussed at many appointments but there wasn’t any pain or discomfort so I put it off. When I went under the gas to get it taken out the team discussed it over me like they were in dentistry school and this was a teaching moment. Then the assistant ( who has always been rude) said something that struck me wrong (under gas mind you) I chimed in and said for the dentist to check it, she gave me the dirtiest look and scared me a little. Work on your people skills. Not coming back!

Fantastic experience: Ocean Breeze Dental has the best staff. From the receptionists to the dental hygienists to the dentists to the to the billing (and whoever else I missed). They are all upbeat and a pleasure to deal with every time! I recommend them to anyone who asks. You should check them out if you haven't yet!

Fantastic experience: Allie, Shadari (I called him Shorty) were so kind and a pleasure to work with. I am always a little nervous going to my dental appointments but Shorty made me feel very relaxed and took his time. To add, i was recently laid off and lost all my health coverage. Ive never been in this kind of situation before and Allie took the time to work with me to make my visit more affordable. Thank you Allie and Shorty for making a this absolutly nerve-wracking process for me more relaxing, easy and cost-effective for this worried and stressed Mama. I will be back to take care of the other issues that were identified in this visit.

Positive experience: My office visit today was fantastic as was the other times I have visited the office. They are very kind and caring people. I give a special thanks to Aaron at the front desk. She is fantastic, very caring and very, very friendly. The doctors and staff, of course, try to get you to Fix your teeth the correct way as for my situation. I do not have the funds to do that, nor do I have insurance. And they also work with that. I appreciate the help that they give me. And I appreciate the pain that they get me out of I think it's an outstanding dental office and you should give them a try

Fantastic experience: I went in for 2 small cavities and was absolutely terrified. I couldn't understand how they were going to fill a cavity on the side of a tooth. Dr. Ana was very patient with me and took time to explain it in detail before starting. She talked me through every step and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort. I have had nothing but nightmare dental experiences so was very apprehensive. My interactions with this office staff has always been professional and kind and my hope is, I can continue to see Dr. Ana while living in the area. She seems extremely accomplished in her field and am very happy I went through this terrifying experience with her as my doctor. The dental assistant and the front staff are very kind, friendly and accommodating to my ever changing work calendar. I appreciate having found this dental office. And they offer sedation so that is a major plus for me!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dentist office for over 10 years and I can’t recommend them enough. I first came here for a second opinion after being told I needed multiple crowns and a root canal, only to learn that none of it was necessary and I’ve trusted them ever since. I’ve also had braces done with them, so I had multiple visits with them in a year during that time as well as routine cleanings twice a year. The whole team is professional, kind and has always made me feel comfortable. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make me feel rushed. The office is clean, welcoming, and I rarely wait long for my appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental care.

The office is clean, comfortable and decorated to calm clients. My hygienist Karen was also very professional, skilled, courteous and knowledgeable. She asked if I had any complaints and then proceeded to examine me. The cleaning experience was excellent; no unpleasantness pain or excess water on my face or clothes. Karen displayed her skill level in the excellent cleaning process. Great job Karen!

Fantastic experience: Recently moved and needed new dentist for a lot of work, not just a cleaning. My dentist back in AZ was great - first dentist I ever went to that I did not dread - so I did a lot of research and crossed my fingers. I hit the jackpot! Great dental practice - from the friendliest, most efficient, helpful staff; to Dr. Jason and his playfully sardonic yet approachable and knowledgeable style; to Amanda, the best dental assistant anywhere! BTW, that is not the right title for her - I think it should be "Amanda, the most amazing almost-dentist anywhere"! One suggestion: I hate saying "staff" for the front desk people. I am horrible with names but I don't think they should be nameless when they do such a great job. Maybe their names and pictures on the website or a board in the waiting room with everyone's names and pictures so we can appropriately give credit where credit is due? Even if I cannot call you by name, know that you are the best out there. Thanks so much!

Negative experience: My dental insurance was in network at Ocean Breeze Dental and the office staff tried to get me to pay the difference between full price and the in network negotiated price. Be very careful with this business especially if you have insurance because they may make a fraudulent request to pay more than the full amount they are owed (as they did in my case).

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jason Whitmore and his hygiene staff we're so easy and gentle. I had a situation with my mouth, ulcers. They kindly suggested to get magic mouthwash. Plus to rinse with salt water and baking soda. The office staff is so friendly and understanding!

Fantastic experience: Today’s visit was a first! I met the “guest oral surgeon” who’ll redo my root canal from years ago… seems like a great chap too. Dr. Jason Wetmore’s CT scanner gave us incredible images to gage the scope of what’s going on… As usual the ladies running the show are just the best! Fantastic experience: Had my 2nd visit, tooth extraction. When I tell you it was so fast and almost painless. Fear of needles-but I got through it. Wonderful experience. And they called me and asked if I could come early to my appointment. I really appreciated that. Have had extensive dental work and have dreaded going in the past. Don’t mind going to Ocean Breeze at all. This was first visit and it was very good. I have been on a breast cancer journey and have neglected my oral health. My hygentist Saedi was the best. He made the long overdue visit easy. Dr was very thorough. Everyone was really nice.

Fantastic experience: I’m one of the original scaredy-cats where dentists are concerned, but these people are just amazing. Gentle, understanding, and more than competent. And they really care! What’s more, their upfront staff is an amazing group, efficient and as friendly as I’ve ever seen in a dentist office or any doctor’s office for that matter.

Fantastic experience: My experience with all the staff at Ocean Dental has been great. The first time I went to their office to schedule an evaluation of my teeth to find out what I needed done was a very good experience. The day of my first appointment I had a very scary situation with my cars tires. Their staff was very supportive. I had a head injury 40 years ago next month. So, I have to have my eldest brother be the overseer of my medical care and their staff have been very helpful. I felt very comfortable at my appointment yesterday. It took a little while for the numbness to subsided. I have been able to eat without any more discomfort since I had the cavities filled.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service from the front desk staff as well as the hygienist. The hygienist then decided to argue with me while I was leaned back in the chair with her hands in my mouth, and I felt like I was in a hostage situation. The front desk staff uses technical dental terms when speaking to their patients and then gets frustrated when we don't know their tooth lingo. Was told that my speech patterns are confusing when I was just asking questions about expectations, which is an interesting way to relate to neurodivergent patients. Basically, I'm in the market for a new dentist who doesn't talk down to their patients.

Fantastic experience: I went to Ocean Breeze today to get a filling. I was expecting pain. What I got was a filling with no pain. Dr Mariana was wonderful. Dr Jason has a wonderful staff, including Office staff, Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Doctors. While I still don't look forward going to the dentist, Ocean Breeze has made the experiences great. Fantastic experience: After a change in my dental insurance, I researched Ocean breeze dental, and decided to make a new patient appointment. I could not have been happier. The office was clean the reception Staff was accommodating and friendly . In fact I got an appointment the next morning, which was unheard of in these times. My first visit I received the consultation, full mouth x-rays and the best cleaning I have ever ever had with Alana. They were able to see me right away knowing I was in pain and perform a procedure without having to refer me to a specailist. Not, unlike my previous dentist who referred me to see a dental surgeon.
