Negative experience: Im sure they are great once you get in the door. Was told to call to setup appointment as a new patient. Ive called daily for a week and left voicemail. Not a peep. Guess they have enough patients? Couldnt imagine needing to get ahold of them as an established patient with an emergency or in real pain. Ill keep looking.

Negative experience: Very friendly and positive environment! Biggest issue was they couldn’t separate my billing from insurance and what I owed so they completely dropped my insurance provider just because of the request I had!

Fantastic experience: As always, they did an awesome job taking care of our teeth, our family's dental health. Recently, I had an accident that led to having my 2 teeth needed an immediate attention and care. Dr. Palmer immediately put me on schedule to ensure my teeth can be saved.In addition, during the days of my healing process, I needed an urgent care for my gums, Dr. Main and some staff was there for me, they never mind extending their time making sure I get the best care. I love Main and Palmer Dentistry. They care for me and my family's dental health. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Our dental chair experiences was comfortable and professionally completed. However, scheduling and communications were confusing and doubling up on communication with me. First was a call, which I had to return regarding premed for my husband. I returned the call with the information needed only to be call 2 hours later asking the same question that I had already responded. Secondly, text verification had my appt at 11 and my husband at 11:30. We had set this up for both of us at 11:00. Thirdly, I received a call at 10:15 asking if I could move my appt to 11:50, i assumed from the hygenist. I responded affirmatively. Fifteen minutes later I received a call from receptionist asking if I could come in at 11 as the hygienist had a cancelation. Sorry, I can't make it, could I be scheduled at 11:30 as my husband. Yes, we were both afforded this time of 11:30. Please work on internal communications and I'd prefer to keep my appointment times as regularly scheduled. Thank you.

Negative experience: Have nothing bad to say as far as kids and husband go, they all had a good experience. I however did not. I saw Jay Main and he put two crowns on me, and did a filling. He was in a big hurry, he hit my nerve on my tooth he did the filling and now I have to get a route canal. I did explain to him to be careful because I’ve already had the same problem years ago. And now I’m back in the same boat, lots of pain and having to go back for more work. He also left filling stuff on the outside of my tooth which was sharp and very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I have only went here for less than 2 years, my first time being seen- I needed an emergency wisdom tooth removal that could be done in the office (not yet impacting a nerve), Main & Palmer were the only ones that could do it in town. My own dentist, also located in gc, that I had went to since I was a kid, couldn’t even get me in to be seen although my pain was about a 10/10! Since then, my husband and I have went here for our routine cleanings and check ups. The office is gorgeous and clean, welcoming atmosphere and professional while giving a comfortable feeling. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Bingham and my hygienist, Carley! She is the best!

Friendly staff that is willing to answer questions. 5 stars every time! 02.06.25 My appointment had to be rescheduled due to my regular hygienist dealing with some illness. The “sub” that took care of me, Jessica, was great! I had my almost 3 year old with me and she was great with her as well! One of my favorite things about this office is how family friendly it is.

Fantastic experience: I have a horrible time at the dentist. Doctor Palmer has been our family dentist for over 10yrs now. He never pressures me. He always allow me to make my own decisions after carefully explaining things he has concerns with. Dr. Palmer never makes me feel bad that I haven't been in like I should have been. He has never once hurt me while I working on my teeth. He explains what he is doing so it reduces my anxiety! He makes each patient feel as if they are his only patient that day! He never rushes. He is kind enough to come and apologize if he is running behind. As an added bonus, his staff are the most polite group of people I have ever known in a medical setting. They appear happy to see you. They are always busy. You will find them with patients and not huddled up talking. The office runs very smooth from check in to check out! We just need 3 more of him! 5 stars and not a single complaint!

Fantastic experience: Update of my review from 2 yrs ago.. Rating of 5 stars remains! I called Main and Palmer yesterday as I could feel one of my top incisors starting to chip. They go me in the very next morning. Dr. Main quickly fixed and kept it if from getting worse. Great staff, great docs. If you don't take your family here, you need to start. Fast service. Beautiful facility. Friendly hygienist. Knowledge Docs.

Negative experience: They will not be able to see you if its an emergency. they should take this off. If they are booked they can't take walk ins. If it is an emergency of course can't wait for an appointment 3 months later.
