Fantastic experience: Lane Associates in Roseboro is an awesome place, they are kids friendly. My son has been coming for about 6 months and I can honestly say I’m so glade I switch my son to this location.

Fantastic experience: The experience was amazing! The doctor was phenomenal, he made an incision to get rid of my excess liquid from infection. He actually cares and will call to check on you to see how you’re feeling. Today he made a quick and easy extraction. I told him he is my main doctor for dentists and I definitely recommend anyone to go and make a visit you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: This has been one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at Lane & Associates in Roseboro showed absolutely no compassion or care for the amount of pain I was in. I came in clearly needing urgent help, but was met with cold attitudes, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency or concern. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive from the moment I walked in. When I tried to explain how much pain I was in, I was brushed off and treated like I was just another number — not a person in distress who needed help. If you’re looking for a dental office that values patients, listens, and actually cares about your well-being, I highly recommend going anywhere but here. I left feeling worse than when I came in — physically and emotionally. Absolutely unacceptable.

Positive experience: My hygienist was amazing. She was comforting, kind and patient with me. I haven’t had a cleaning in a long time and she was very calming and thorough . She explained what she was doing, and how everything looked as she went it wasn’t a surprise at the end when she said what needed to be done. I would give my experience five stars for her, but the front desk people are very short tempered and show no compassion or understanding. When the person at your front desk is not a warm welcoming person it makes it very difficult for people to want to return.

Negative experience: I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just to be called- this was an appointment I scheduled 2 months ago- my paperwork was already done, yet I spent an hour and a half just waiting in the lobby for my child to be seen

Negative experience: Made an appointment for a broken tooth. Couldnt get me in for over a month. Four days before my appointment they called and cancelled wanting to reschedule another two months later. When told I had a broken tooth the girl didnt really care. Called another dentist in Clinton and they got me in that week.

Fantastic experience: Jaime is so sweet and kind. As someone that has terrible anxiety going to the dentist, she makes my experience so much better. She explains everything to me, what she’s doing and why, gives tips for at home. She needs a raise! She’s the best!

Negative experience: I went to get I thought a cleaning. Numbed my mouth scrapped in-between teeth. I never had no teeth hurting when I left I had several hurting . I had no chips r Crack teth when I got there when I left I had it. I am reporting this to Better bussiness r more. Plus my insurance company not to pay for this & as much as I can. Also said I had 4 cavities. I will find out going some where else to get another opinion. Very unsatisfied. Worse cleaning I ever had . Wish I never went there 1st time & last in Roseboro .

Fantastic experience: Today our hygienist was Angie Mitchel. She was really nice she took her time and explained each tool and explained why she needed to use it. She let me feel of the tool. I would definitely recommend her. She would be great for someone who is scared and uncomfortable or a child.

Positive experience: The receptionist was extremely helpful. Even after coming in a day early on accident, she was able to schedule my appointment right then! Then we're also very fast with moving my information to another dentistry so I could get the help I need. Prices are a LOT higher than other dentists, so if you need serious work done you might want to shop around a little before making a serious decision if you dont have the insurance for it.

Negative experience: I have been going here for years never had a bad experience most of the staff have always been courteous polite and helpful. Several there I think the world of. However I had a very different experience today with the newer lady dentist. She was rude, unprofessional, and was agitated because I was nervous and had questions. Her assistant was extremely nice and courteous and tried to make me feel better. I could tell she was not happy with how the dentist treated me and even wanted me to try and see the other dentist that’s there on Thurs and Friday. She was a blessing. The dentist absolutely not. Needless to say my last visit at this office because of her unprofessionalism. Thank you to all of the other wonderful staff members maybe they will have a turnover and get rid of this rude dentist
