Fantastic experience: I have major anxiety just thinking about going to the dentist. That being said, from check-in to post-treatment, the care I received was incredibly gentle and kind. Jada and Yen are absolute angels. Jada is one of the most loving and gentle people I’ve ever encountered in a dental setting. She went out of her way to help me feel at ease—setting up a stand-up comedy show on the TV to ease my nerves, and thoughtfully informing the doctor about my anxiety. She also provided me with a stress ball which I really needed. The doctor was also gentle and clear about the procedure, checking in often to make sure I was okay and not in pain. Yen at the front office was just as supportive. She guided me through the financial aspects with clarity and compassion, making it easy to access the services I needed. I left feeling cared for, respected, and safe. That means everything.

Positive experience: Had to wait a bit and x-ray tech seemed to struggle answering questions in English. However, hygienist, dentist and financial person were all excellent. Cleaning was very thorough and dentist clearly explained and showed pictures of issues with my teeth and what needs to be addressed. Financially, they set up treatment to maximize my insurance and minimize out of pocket expense. This was my first visit but off to a good start.

I appreciated how comfortable and well-informed I felt throughout the entire visit. They also have the latest equipment, which made the treatment more precise and comfortable. Fantastic experience: This place, the facilities, the staff, the doctors, everything was absolutely wonderful. All the staff are so kind and accommodating. Extremely capable and they truly think in the best interest of their patients. We had a minor dental emergency and they were able to squeeze us in to get treatment. They made us feel so safe and taken care of and I could tell this was all despite being extremely busy in the office and working other patients in between. They also did such a great job explaining the procedure, risks, etc. as well as the insurance costs and so on. With how well they helped us on such short notice on top of everything mentioned above, they earned all 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: This visit started off rocky as there was miscommunication concerning whether my carrier was in-network or out but the staff helped patiently resolve questions and concerns I had. The hygienist, Mildra Burgos, was very thorough and careful throughout the X-Ray process and cleaning. She was also really informative and helpful regarding my specific dental issues. I do wish this center was in network and I’m considering returning for a followup.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Hudson Dental with my dentist and other staff, specifically Johanna and Jada! Everyone was so attentive and conscious of time. I came in to repair my permanent retainer and found out that I needed fillings. Not only did my dentist fit me into her schedule that day to do the procedure, she also offered a personalized retainer for the same price that I had already paid. Overall, a great experience, especially if you dislike going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dentist office really made me feel safe after not going to the dentist in over six years due to a bad experience. Sabrina not only kept asking if I was OK but also played music to keep me calm. Sabrina was really great I would ask for her to do your cleanings!!! Also big shot out to Dr.Esmirna Morillo and the assistants Jada and Jonathan for such a great job on my extraction!

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the amazing staff here I was able to get both of my wisdom removed with no issues! Amanda the receptionist was able to fit me in last minute, I had terrible pain from both of my wisdom teeth and couldn’t bare it any longer. When I tell you this was pain free and a fast removal, believe it! Thank you Dr Esmirna for relieving my pain & a great experience. Jada the treatment coordinator was awesome as well, walked me through a detailed recovery plan and you can tell she truly cares. I wish I could’ve got the other dr’s name who was also assisting, honestly super happy I found this place!

Negative experience: The problem with this office is not the nice office nor the automated service with appointment reminders It’s the constant new people coming and going I’ve been coming to this dentist for 2 years now and there always someone new that you need to talk to and get their opinions from. New people new attitudes and no result only thing that stays the same are the price gouging and constant co pays even if we get sent home and nothing been done If your in for regular check up then it’s fine but anything far more extensive this is not the place for it. Unless your comfortable paying high prices for bad service You’ve been warned!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a deep cleaning treatment and the dental hygienist Julie treated me very well. Felt no pain throughout the procedure and she was also great at describing the x-ray results. 10/10 would go there again for a deep cleaning or any other dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ozoria and her assistants, Jada and Julie, made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my visit. Jada even brought me a pillow talk about going the extra mile! Their focus on comfort had me so relaxed I actually dozed off (no joke!). Dr. Ozoria is a true perfectionist. When she finished placing my crown and I saw the results, I was beyond excited to move forward with the rest of my treatment. A few hours later, I was able to eat comfortably with no issues at all. Fantastic experience: Mildra was very thorough with my cleaning and my appointment was smooth and punctual.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic and they told me my insurance covered what I needed to do so I went ahead and did a cleaning, 3 minor fillings that looking at it now I don't even think had to be done and an x ray for a root canal I did some years back and needed a crown. I made a co pay of about 60 or 70 dollars which is what they told me I would have to pay. A few weeks later I receive a bill of almost 700 dollars. They said the insurance told them it would cover when they called but I don't even think they called the insurance they just said that to cover themselves. I would never go back to this place and I recommend you don't either. There are many other places in the area that would easily tell you up front how much you might have to pay out of pocket. Administration here only cares about their money and there is no conflict resolution. As a responsible individual I have finished paying this bill but If there was a 0 to rate this place that's what I would give.

Positive experience: I recently moved to New Jersey and was looking for a dentist. I made an appointment for 5:30 PM because I work in NYC and need enough time to get there. On the day of my appointment, at 1:30PM, I received a text message from Bianca stating that they couldn't accommodate my 5:30PM appointment - despite having received confirmation via ZocDoc days prior. The message said I'd need to arrive by 5 PM. I replied that it wasn't a problem. I had to leave work early and drove over 45 minutes (got lost twice!). I arrived at the office exactly at 5:16 PM. I was then turned away because their grace period is 15 minutes, and I was one minutes over the grace period. It's worth noting that my appointment was at 5:30 PM, and they called me three hours before the appointment to inform me that they couldn't accommodate it. The most important takeaway is the fact that they called me three prior to my appointment and I accommodated them; I was one minute over the grace period & no accommodation was made for me. I will NEVER return to this dentist and wouldn't recommend anyone to come here ( I’m in search for a new Dentist unfortunately). The experience was absolutely disgusting and showed a complete disregard for my time. If they don't accommodate 5:30 PM and 6 PM appointments, they should remove those options from ZocDoc, as both were listed as available. After being turned away I went to ZocDoc website & confirmed that both options are still listed today (4/28/25) even though I got turned away…. I digress UPDATE: Since this incident one of the front deck personnel (David) got in contact with me & I was able to reschedule and appt, since then I’ve had no complaints with the service.

Negative experience: EDIT: THE FRONT DESK CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 5 TIMES ABOUT $1,000 OUT OF MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND BLAMED IT ON THE SYSTEM. THEY SAID THEY COULD REIMBURSE ME IN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS AND TODAY IS FRIDAY. The service was prompt and organized when I got there. Julie was my hygienist- did an amazing job!! I have super sensitive teeth so she numbed my gums and I didn't feel any discomfort (i had never gotten that before). The doctor was very nice! She reviewed my file and offered alternatives. They have additional services available like whitening, retainers and fills.

Fantastic experience: Very gentle and caring; DR Otero an his assistant Maria Salazar lend me a helping hand, when I needed a major surgery done which I never thought I could do , since I was very anxious just listening to the word Dentist I’m satisfied with this friendly professional personnel.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dental clinic, even when it has 5stars. I think these 5 stars were under another administration, when it really worked properly. But now it doesn't work at all. Last summer 2024 I went to this location for cleaning and evaluation, after almost 1 hour and a half waiting I talked to the clerk regarding this delay, The specialist started with the evaluation and said: YOU ARE FINE, YOU DO NOT NEED ANY CROWN OR TREATMENT ON YOUR TOOTH. So, After this evaluation, I went to the admin side, made the payment and scheduled/booked my new appointment for the next cleaning. After 45-55min I got a call of the manager and said: Sorry the doctor made a mistake, you need a crown on your tooth, You did not have to leave so quickly. I said what? I mean, the doctor saw/checked the x-rays and said everything was fine and almost an hour later you call me to tell me that he was wrong, that I did need treatment and you also tell me that I shouldn't have left quickly? I had been waiting a long time, and then after doctor review the rx, you told me that the diagnosis was wrong? Despite this big mistake/issue, I still visit this location. At my next appoiment, I could not attend because my wife is pregnant and we had to go to the hospital due an emergency. I went in person to this location to apologize and made a new appoiment for cleanning. It was scheduled for today 12/11/2024 at 9am when I called at 8am to confirm my appointment their staff just told me: sorry we do not have any appoitment for today with your name. if you wanna get a new appoitment we are complete full for the next 2 months. I am pretty sure that the 5 stars that this dental center has been earned, were with a different administration and little by little this will go down in category for things like the ones I told you.

Fantastic experience: Mildra is incredible! She has a great hand and makes me feel comfortable especially since I am not fond of visiting the dentist! Ive been going to Hudson Dental for some time and they’re very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with this office, the entire staff is lovely. They treated me kindly with respect and explained everything with detail. I had a dental cleaning with Julie the hygienist she is honestly amazing. She was very thorough with the cleaning but gentle as well I didn’t suffer which is a first! I would definitely recommend this office they deserve every 5 star they have received so far.

She was extremely patient and helpful and walking me through the whole process despite my nerves.
