Dr. Coleman , the periodontist removed an infected root canal and then the second step was to put the post in . Dr Markowitz put the crown on today Both providers were amazing -- gentle , concerned for my comfort and knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Fantastic experience: Leominster Family Dentist is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been with. I moved to Leominster and needed a close dental office and after reviewing a lot of them I chose them. Not sure if anyone loves going to the dentist but I was and am very scared of dentist, doctors or medical procedures. The first time I went I had Kristy who made me feel so calm, then followed by Dr Alec Powell who is magnificent. I did need some dental work and Dr. Coleman was amazing. The office staff is so friendly and kind. You can’t help to feel like you belong there and any dental issue that comes up I know I’m in the best of hands. I love this place and will never change.

Fantastic experience: I will admit for the longest time I was hesitant with going to the dentist due to issues I've had are other locations. But Leominster Family Dentist. Hands down the best. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, which is a huge plus. All team members care about the patient, and they listen as well. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Very accommodating with my anxiety and helped keep me in track to get my teeth in a great place. I've just switched my children to the practice and one of my sisters is a patient here as well. Slowly but surely bringing the whole family over lol. 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: Lauren and Dr. Mike are AMAZING!! My 3 year old gets nervous in new situations so I wasn’t sure how he’d do at the dentist. Lauren answered all of his questions and showed him exactly what she was going to do before she did it. My son is now saying he wants to be a dentist when he grows up!

Fantastic experience: I had broken a crown and was nervous about the process to have it replaced. My appointment was at 9:45 and that’s exactly what time I was in the seat and all said and done by 10:20. My dentist talked through each thing he was doing which was great as I knew what to expect. Honestly, what a great experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Leominster Family Dental has always been good for me and my kids. My older kid is somewhat sensitive and they do a great job keeping him comfortable. They encourage you to schedule with the same hygienist so you get to build a relationship over time. Mine is Mel and she is awesome and should get a raise or two

We had a bit of anxiety over whether he would cooperate but Dr. Mike and Jade I believe, were completely understanding and assured us that this was normal for kids his age. Fantastic experience: I have tons of experience with dental offices because despite my taking really good care of my teeth, I periodically need services beyond the quarterly dental hygienist visits. Leominster Family Dentists is at the top of my list for dental care. From the front desk people (who are knowledgeable and empathetic if I am having pain) to the hygienist I see 4 times a year to the dentist and her assistant (who explain things so clearly) and the specialists for root canals and implants- they are all amazing. I’ve had experience with several dentists there and they all are great. I’m not publishing specific names because I selfishly want them all to myself- but be assured that there is a culture in this office where all the staff seems to work well together, and they focus on patient comfort first. Their work is first rate. Don’t be afraid to go to the dentist- these folks will take care of you with pain free procedures, empathy, and concern for your well-being.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike is truly the best! As both a dental hygienist who’s worked with him, and as a mom whose children are his patients, he’s awesome. All the staff at LFD are. My daughter had to get 6 baby teeth extracted today and was pretty nervous. She did so good because Dr. Mike and his assistant Brianna are very good at what they do; they explained what they were doing the whole time, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’ll always trust my kids in their hands!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning by Lauren, who has cleaned my teeth once before as a new patient. She does an excellent, thorough job and asks all the right questions. Because I have a knee surgery in a few months, she gave me a Medical Clearance for Dental Treatment form that the physician can complete to ascertain when & how I could have my next cleaning safely, taking a prophylactic antibiotic to be safe. This is the kind of professional guidance I expect, and I got. Very pleased indeed!

Fantastic experience: I don't think I've ever seen a dental office where everyone cares as much as the staff at Leominster Family does. I walked in very nervous about my situation (based on my experience at other dental offices). But the staff here are very professional and laid out my options and involved me heavily in the decision making. we mapped out a plan that far surpassed my expectations and what other offices told me needed to be done. The team here did what was necessary for me and didn't try to pressure me into more unnecessary work to charge for. I am so thankful to this team for making my experience as painless as possible and I will definitely be a repeat patient here for years to come

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, I’ve had anxiety about going to the dentist for almost 20 years since being in the military. When I went to Leominster Family Dental, I was paired with Vanessa, a hygienist, who was so welcoming and caring. She really took the time to listen to me and treat me with upmost respect. She took extra care to attend to my personal needs with pain management while also providing thorough answers to all of my questions. My son has been going here for years and he has zero qualms about going to the dentist because everyone on staff is very kind and down to earth in addition to providing the best care. I have only great things to say about this dentist office. 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: Went to make an appointment here but they would not discuss cost or coverage so that being said- I will be going to a place that is 100% transparent.

Fantastic experience: Grayson always has a great experience getting his teeth cleaned. Lauren and Dr Mike are very gentle and patient and always make his visits enjoyable.

Negative experience: Cleaning was good staff were very friendly. They are getting only a 2 star though because in my three visits there I kept asking about my co pay or if I owed anything . Each time I got told I was all set. Lucky me right? I later got 3 different bills all at the same time. My visits were classified as “consultations”. Meanwhile two of the visits were for cleanings so the way they do their billing is shady for sure. The lack of transparency is why I won’t be coming to this place anymore. I’m sick of medical places just using you for insurance. I was tempted to give them a 1 star because I originally called them about tooth pain. They said come in we will take a look and X-ray if needed. So I can into the office, they did the X-rays and the doctor later came in to look at my teeth. He said I was ok and nothing was alarming. So basically they will push whatever services on you without discussing anything. Looking back I should have refused the X-rays since the doctor didn’t even look at my teeth yet but hey insurance claims right? Don’t expect any discussion about price or anything . This is just speculation but my assumption is that based off my insurance they wanted to charge me more. All the lines on my statement say “negotiate rate”. So seems like they charge whatever they want if you have better or worse insurance.

Fantastic experience: I recently returned to Leominster Family Dental after my last visit in 2018, and I’m glad I did. The office is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. My hygienist not only remembered me but also provided a thorough cleaning while explaining everything along the way. I appreciated being able to see my X-rays and have everything clearly explained. The doctor then came in for another examination, and the entire team had a great attitude. They’ve always been fantastic, and I’m happy to have such a great dental office in my neighborhood!

Fantastic experience: Today I had my semi-annual cleaning with Deb at LFD- how I look forward to this day! Deb is such a pleasure to be with that I forget I’m there for a cleaning! She makes the entire visit relaxing and friendly AND I have my teeth cleaned. Maybe my favorite part of the visit is when my dentist, Dr. Stephanos, comes in to let me know how I’m doing. Dr. Stephanos is quite thorough, and when I leave Leominster Family Dentists I know I’ve been well taken care of. I have told all of my friends and family that are in the area to join the practice as well!

Fantastic experience: My experience there has been amazing every time I go. The staff is extremely courteous, they do care about the patient's well being. They make you feel very at ease; and I'm one who's been a little reluctant to go to the dentist!

Negative experience: This will be my 3rd attempt to have a crown repair. Server is down. Unfortunately I have to take an antibiotic for my treatment. Twice taken meds which I didn’t need to take. Seriously need to have service and a server that can serve the needs of your patients. Needs to be updated.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this dental office for a few years now. I travel an hour to see them. I love my dentist and hygienist. They are thorough and trustworthy. I've experienced bad dental practices so once I find someone I like I stick with them. I highly recommend Leominster Family Dentists.

Negative experience: I am not happy with Dr.Unger I will never feel comfortable with a dentist touching my tooth again. He is not good with cosmetic work and removed my enamel when I asked to remove the composite bonding that he did. I want to note the only reason why I felt triggered to get it done was because he brought up shaving down my tooth when I was talking about my concerns about my teeth grinding. After doing my filling he brought the tool to my front tooth to start shaving my front tooth and I felt it and told him to stop immediately. It was very triggering and made me feel like I had to get it fixed now. I wish you would have asked me before shaving it down. I never had a dentist do that before. The red flags were there ‍♀️. As you can see the job was not good and he shouldn’t have done it if he wasn't skilled with composite work. I got the composite because I am a teeth grinder and I was chipping my front tooth, it wasn't terrible but I wanted to protect my enamel. He did not communicate with me or even ask me for a reference before removing his botched cosmetic work. He drilled away like he knew where my enamel was. I trusted that he would not damage my enamel. He ruined my natural teeth and I am upset that I even let him touch them. Let me just say that I did research and composite bonding can be done and removed without damaging existing enamel. He just was not qualified to do it. I would have respected him more if he had said “ I don't feel comfortable doing this” and referred me to someone else. He could have even had someone else fix his work. Terrible experience. I did speak to the supervisor and she was very nice but I am still very sad. They are having me see a different dentist tomorrow. It is not okay to play in peoples teeth if you are unsure. I should have never went back to you. Now my tooth is sensitive. You don't know your limits and thats dangerous. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. He is too drill happy. 10/04/2024 I got it refixed by Doctor A. I gave it sometime to get used to it and I truly do not feeel the same. My tooth are two different colors and although its better than the previous dentist's job I still feel sick. I am still thankful for her attempt. 11/04/2024 I want to say I want to say thank you to the assistant Jen. I feel as if she was one of the few people at the office who showed compassion and made me feel very heard. You are a really good person. I will say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. I cry everytime I smile and never take photos cause I no longer like what I see. Update: The filling the Dr. Unger the Smile ruiner did has caused discomfort when chewing. Due to the stress I was dealing with because of the issues he caused. Ofcourse I did not want to see him again. Now I have go get my filling redone because I cant bear to chew on my left side. You are the worst dentist I have ever worked with.

Fantastic experience: Right from the time I walked into The office I was taken right away and the upfront desk girls were very helpful for me. Dr. Coleman did a fabulous job of removing two of my teeth, one being a wisdom tooth. Overall, totally happy with everything from the beginning to the end great people, great staff and great work.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't keep my jaw open for more than 10 secs due to pain from tooth grinding and the doctor and dental assistant were very kind and patient and constantly asked if I was ok, gave me many breaks and a bite guard and even motrin for the pain afterwards, all despite my being 10 mins late.

Positive experience: I have been going to this dentist office for several years and had been really liking this place, but I got switched to a new hygentist this last visit and I want to be switched back. The new hygentist kept pushing me to have her take out my permanent retainer that I've had for 15 years because it was too hard to clean around it. She eventually mentioned gum disease could also be an issue down the road if I don't clean it properly, but I mostly was getting from her that it was just too much work to clean. I've never had a hygentist want my retainer removed before. I'm not getting rid of a retainer I need for other people's convenience. My wife also had her as a hygentist recently when her regular hygentist was sick and this same person kept pushing braces for her even though she had braces for over a decade when she was younger and we can't afford braces for her now for a minor "imperfection" that doesn't bother her at all and I find attractive. So, basically it's a great place when you get the right hygentist l, but a place you want to avoid when you don't. When a patient says no, leave them alone.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to recognize Debbie for her amazing work with my young kids. She cleans the teeth of my 3 and 8 year old boys. She spent so much time talking to my 3 year old and putting him at ease by demonstating what all of her tools do. I sat in awe of her, it was the late afternoon and even though we were probably her 10th and 11th patients of the day she was so sweet and cheery. I enjoyed talking with her as she worked, it's so clear that Debbie loves what she does. We always look forward to seeing her for their 6 month checkups! Thank you Debbie, you are absolutely wonderful in your field. See you in July!

I reached out to Leominster Family Dentists due to a dental infection that I could not get an appointment for at my prior dentist’s office due to a lack of availability. Leominster Family Dentists were able to see me and I ended up switching to this dentistry because I was so impressed. All members of the staff- from the dentists, to the hygienists, to the front of office, to the dental assistants- are incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend this place!! My boys had a visit today and they came out with Gold Stars for doing a great job brushing their teeth.
