Negative experience: I really like my experience with Moe cleaning my teeth. I was just disappointed with being charged for my cleaning and X-rays which I was not supposed to be charge. Talked to Samantha and Brenda to resolve this with my dental insurance and have not heard anything

Fantastic experience: Dr Paternoster provides gentle care. The second he saw I was feeling pain he stopped and addressed that issue before completing the crown prep.

Negative experience: Humana Ins Sent A Refund check to Coast Dental after I Had paid them In Full . They Deposited that $1250 check into their Account and Now I’m Having Trouble getting it returned to Me . I have Filed a dispute with Humana over Coast Dental Scandalous Activity , On August 11 I requested that money Returned to me . Brenda told me it would be and now 6 Weeks later I still have Not received it .also , They originally asked Humana for $15k when the procedure was $8200 ..Why would an Ins co send the Vender a Check after The Patient Paid a Dentist in full ? Humana and Coast Dental are Questionable at this point .. Insurance Scamming ? You tell me ! I really Liked the Dentists here but not sure I can ever use them again due to This activity , Trust ? I Wish to speak with the owner With other Questionable Conduct I experienced during my Visits . UNSETTLED as of 8/30 /25 After a lengthy Accounting of Numbers Humana has Deemed Coat Dental incorrect in their final accounting which awards me more than $300 additional Monies . I await a final statement to wash My hands of them In the future . Beware People ! These folks are Full of discrepancies.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, explanatory and professional. The dentist Mr. P is fast and efficient. Their staff are kind and helpful. She explained everything and didn’t rush me out, she answered all of the questions I had. Very satisfied with my new dentist.

Negative experience: I was a patient at Coast Dental until they tried to charge me $255.00 to pull a tooth and $125.00 for they called a plug. They said the $125.00 was for a dressing to keep the bleeding controlled and to keep from dry socket. I have had many teeth pull and they have all gotten the same treatment simple 2x2 gauze folded and bite down. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend or return. $380.00 for a simple extension is ridiculous. Ps; the staff were very nice.

Positive experience: My first visit, new patient. The front desk girl’s were helpful. I will continue their services. Unfortunately I was given a deep cleaning and my insurance did not cover. I had to pay out of pocket. Then once a deep cleaning is done you cannot have a regular cleaning again. The deep cleaning is very costly. I should have been informed about future cleaning procedures up front. I’m disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the office is super friendly professional, and make you feel so welcome. They’re playing the nicest office music that I’ve ever heard. My dental hygienist was extremely soft and gentle and told me everything that was going on and I was extremely pleased with the service he provided highly recommend this place I’m so happy that I just joined them!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Moe as my hygienist and ge does a phenomenal job of making me feel comfortable and cleaning my teeth thoroughly. He is kind and is very knowledgeable about keeping your teeth and gums healthy and clean. I have some deep pockets in my gums and before he starts he always applies the right amount of numbing gel to make my cleaning pain free. He explains everything that can be done to make my teeth the best and let's me know what my insurance will pay and what I will have to. There is no hidden charges that pop up after the visit. The reception area is big and very clean with lots of seating. The wait time is consistently under 5 minutes.the receptionist are kind and professional. I really have had a good experience since coming here.

Fantastic experience: When you find great health care professionals you stick with them. Dr. Paternoster is top notch and so is his hygienist who definably had his work cut out for him on my teeth cleaning lol.I'm so glad my insurance has them on the list now.very nice staff. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Sitting here waiting for my wife's appointment. I guess concern for wait times are not important as we've been waiting a half hour past her appointment time...and are still waiting.

Positive experience: This company is the worse. They appointment department doesn't know what they're doing. I make appointment i get there and they say I don't have an appointment. This happened to me more than once. Terrible

Fantastic experience: Karen was great but by the time I got home the new denture had chewed a spot on my gum on the right side and bit into my tongue on the left. Guess I’ll never get a new dentures that fit like my old ones did originally

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my second and final half of my deep cleaning on my mouth. I wanted to give a review on the Coast Dental. The people that work there are very polite and welcoming. Moe was the dentist who did the deep cleaning on my mouth and was very gentle about it and did an awesome job. Moe explains what needs to be done nothing more and nothing less. I give Coast Dental 5 stars base on: Welcoming, Cleanest, Honestly and Getting the job done right the first time

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. On my first visit, I was told I needed a deep cleaning out of nowhere. I go to the dentist religiously every 6 months and have never needed a deep cleaning. I only went to a new dentist because I moved. I've also not had any issues with my teeth. Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the deep cleaning. I paid $580 when I checked out (after my insurance), and the next day I got a text that I owed another $160. I signed an itemized bill before the deep cleaning and paid in full before I left, so I called them and they told me it was a glitch and to disregard it. I proceeded to get a text every other day for a week. I ignored them (as instructed) and they stopped. A few weeks later, I got a bill, and the every-other-day text messages started again. They billed different codes to my insurance and are actually charging me more...but even with the (inappropriate) upcharges, my insurance says I only 'owe' $90 more, so where is this $160 coming from and why did you bill differently than the paperwork I signed when I left?! This feels so scammy. I tried calling 5 different times, and after being on hold for 10 minutes each time, the line disconnected. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I finally called and pressed a different prompt, pretending I was a new patient, and they answered almost immediately. The person who answered could not help. I told her I couldn't get through option 3 without being hung up on. All she could do was send a message, and someone would call me back in 3 business days. The fact that they are charging me more than what was agreed is already ridiculous. On top of the fact that I cannot get ahold of anyone is really making the inappropriate billing seem fraudulent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The staff is rude and the billing practices leave a lot to be desired.

I came into coast dental having previously been treated by another dentist my prior dentist did an awful job leaving my mouth in complete discomfort. Coast Dental for the WIN !!!!!! Fantastic experience: Wow…, and let me explain in our society finding compassionate care is entirely to uncommon but not at the Brooksville coast dental Dr paternoster and Karen are shining examples of providers who care about and treat their patients with respect and dignity they listen and hold your hand and take the time to prevent discomfort and pain. This experience has been super daunting as any dental procedures are, but this experience has been better than my previous experience with 5 star dentists in manhattan. Also it has to be said that Brenda is the most bubbly ,beautiful and amazing nurturing woman she is the office manager and I wish I could clone her for every doctors office I have ever been to, and last but not least Angelica , reception extraordinaire she has taken ever opportunity to try and accommodate any of my scheduling request and clearly explain cost plans and is an absolute delight to speak with. If you are in Brooksville Florida I suggest you change your dentist to coast they will not disappoint!

Positive experience: First dentist that doesn’t allow me to use my basic cleaning that comes with my plan . Better communication needs to be had , I can not afford a $700 cleaning , it’s all about sales not what is included in the plan . I also called ahead to check if it was covered.

Fantastic experience: One of my biggest fears is dental, I did have to go last year and have a tooth that had broken from the bottom up removed, it was tedious took some time but I didn't feel a thing and they got it out, fast forward to this year same thing a broken tooth and nine freaking cavities that's crazy right, today I had two cavities filled and extraction on the broken tooth which was amazing cuz he sectioned it and pull each piece out and it was easy and didn't bleed much, and then I had a temporary bridge made these guys are absolutely amazing, I'd like to give a special shout out to Dr P he was absolutely amazing did a great job kept me laughing every so often, and his assistant Andrea who made my temporary bridge she was awesome she was amazing and the staff there was also amazing I am a lifetime customer now.

Negative experience: Coast dental is a bunch of scammers, I went in for a cleaning and said no I needed a deep cleaning and I said I'll only do what the insurance will cover. They assured thats what they would do but ended up with a bogus bill of $500.

Negative experience: Thought i found a new dentist, boy was I wrong. First appointment was told a time showed up to be told didn't have 1 to come back 3 hours later. Went back did x-rays said I needed a root canal, ok no problem. Scheduled for the next week, but had to cancel. So rescheduled sent me texts messages. I confirmed to go there and say I wasn't on the scheduled. That I needed a cleaning first. Cleaning wasn't mentioned for previous appointment. Why send me messages for this 1 if you weren't going to do anything. Had to find someone to watch over my mother so I could go to tell me no appointment. Please do not trust this place poor customer relations. Front desk was no help with their faultiness.

Fantastic experience: I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the office staff for the exceptional service I received on 4/11/25,. I responded to the office regarding a balance due on services performed in March. I did so with an attitude originating from an experience I had with my former insurance company. I spoke with Angelica and insurance coordinator Sam. I was unsure of the of the services I received in March and could not recall the conversation with the hygienist. Angelica produced a form showing I was informed on the services and agreed to the services. Office Manager Brenda produced a form from my insurance company verifying the service that was denied was covered. Brenda took immediate action and contacted my insurance company. She was very patient as they had hung up on her the first time she called. Upon her second attempt, she made contact with an agent that verified the service was indeed covered. Brenda was extremely patient (more so than what I would have been). I listened as she took meticulous notes to document the conversation and claim numbers with dates in which it would be resolved. Angelica, Sam and Brenda showed genuine concern with a level of professionalism that is uncommon in todays customer service. You can count on them to handle your concerns promptly, competently and professionally. Thank you Coast Dental.

Negative experience: Unprofessional business practices. I had 3 business days to confirm my appt when I got a very casual text stating I needed to update my insurance, and at the bottom of my text, my appt date showed the wrong date and time (a day eariler even). I called the number provided in which the scheduling rep. said she wasn't sure why it was changed but that the original date was already booked. I attempted to call the office directly 3 times, but they never picked up, and then the call directs you to a customer service rep. Who then forwards your callback request to the office. No callback was ever received! Safe to say, if you have a job or kids you have to make arrangements for to go see the dentist its better to avoid this practice as they do not respect your appt time and never calls you to ask if it can be changed. The office also never answers the phone and never returns a call!

Negative experience: I got a cleaning there and told me my insurance covered it and had no charges. 2 months later I’m thrown a $120 bill. And the previous time I went there last year, they also charged $70 for a mouthwash and gave me numbing I didn’t ask for (I was getting a basic cleaning) and charged me for that too. They’ll squeeze every cent you have out of you

Negative experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experiences with Coast Dental have been consistently disappointing and frustrating, and I want to warn others before they waste their time. I first visited this location about two years ago for a regular cleaning. I drove an hour to get there only to be told they couldn’t see me due to a “mix-up” with my appointment. I showed them my text reminders confirming the date and time, but they refused to take any accountability and sent me away. No apology, no effort to make it right. Fast forward two years — I recently moved closer to the area and wanted to get braces. My current dentist doesn’t do orthodontics, so I reluctantly gave Coast Dental another chance, hoping things had improved. I scheduled a free consultation and confirmed with them on the phone. I specifically asked if they needed anything from me beforehand, and they said they’d call me if they did. No call came, so I brought my ID and insurance card and showed up for my appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes and filling out paperwork, I was told they needed to take x-rays before they could proceed. Not only had this never been mentioned, but I had just gotten x-rays done at my regular dentist a week prior. They said they couldn’t see me without new x-rays and refused to proceed — again, no apology, no accountability. Just another complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, while I was being told they couldn’t reschedule me, I overheard the admin calling patients who missed their 8 a.m. appointments and telling them they could come in later at 9 or 9:30. So clearly, they can be flexible — just not for me. When I explained that I had taken time off work specifically for this appointment, they didn’t care. I was met with a “too bad, so sad” attitude. While in the waiting room, another patient actually told me she doesn’t trust the dentist here but continues going because it’s hard to find someone else nearby. That says it all. Unless you enjoy being disrespected, dismissed, and completely inconvenienced, I highly recommend avoiding this practice. Coast Dental has proven time and again that they are disorganized, unprofessional, and lack even the most basic level of patient care or courtesy.

Negative experience: Coast Dental doesn’t even deserve the 1 star credited to them. Your customer service and receptionist area are the most unprofessional people who lack knowledge, skills, communication, and integrity. The foul language used behind the front desk is utterly disgusting and to be a group of ladies doing this is even more vile. I had extractions done and paid my portion I owed after what my insurance pays. 3 days later I began receiving texts and emails that I had an overdue balance of the exact amount I paid. It was basically saying I never paid it. I have my receipt and bank statement and confirmation from my dental insurance this was paid. I call the local Brooksville number to only be connected to a person who doesn’t speak great English. I was told they couldn’t reach the office because the line was busy but they would fill out a report and someone would call me within 48 hours. The texts and emails came 2-3 times every single day but no response in 48 hours from Coast Dental. No response after I reported this to the same number FOUR different times. This continued for 3 weeks!!!! You lost a patient and a patient who had over thousands of dollars of dental work that needed to be done. Get your customer service and receptionist it area in check. Teach them morals and communication skills. Get a direct line to your office and take a professionalism class on how to operate a business. I will say the only positive I can comment on was the dentist I had. She was amazing and because of her staff below her, she lost out. My business has been taken elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Coas Dental in Spring Hills has a great staff. They are really knowledgeable and always willing to halo as well as answer all your questions. Doctors are always making sure that you understand the procedure and that you are comfortable. You won’t regret going here.

Negative experience: Arrived at 7:55am today for 8am appointment. Doors locked. One employee inside. Walked through doors at 8am, filled out paperwork. Taken back at 8:40, 1st appointment of day and it is 40 minutes late. Xrays, met denist, given proposed treatment plan. No time for cleaning now. I had to get to work. I had only requested 2 hrs off work for Denist appt. Which would of been enough time if they were not late. So no cleaning. Go to check out and get charged $67 for xrays. My insurance paid my xrays but since they did panoramic my insurance didn't cover that. They should of disclosed. I wouldn't had it done. So 40 minute drive there, paid $67, 40 minute drive home and was 10 minutes late to work. I DIDN'T GET MY TEETH CLEANED. Lady at desk had attitude when I complained too. GOOD BYE Coast Dental. Been using Coast Dental for years but on the east coast, not this office. Beware!!!!!

My former dentist (Akel Dental) refused to send my current xrays they offered to do mine for free, that was just the beginning. The staff and atmosphere were top notch. The doctors were so friendly very welcoming facility I can't wait to have my smile back in just a few short months

Positive experience: The dentist doesn’t seem very friendly, I got a filling they didn’t use anything to hold my mouth open and it was multiple at once so my jaw is insanely sore, and it came out less than 5 days later & my mouth hurts worse than when I went in, & I can never get ahold of anyone at the desk even if I request a call back they never call back. I really liked it here my 1st visit, & I like the staff but 2 out of 3 visits and the not being able to contact the desk, I’m 1 more bad visit away from switching.

Negative experience: I arrived early for my appointment only to find out that I was not on the schedule. Irritated, I tried to find out what happened and when I could reschedule. An assistant overheard and asked me to wait while she checked to see if they could work me in. To my surprise, they took me right back and completed all of my dental work. Further, this is the first time I have had a dentist take the necessary steps to insure I was in no pain during my procedure. Although we got off to a bumpy start, I would recommend Coast dental in Brooksville.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant I had today was the sweetest, most caring, one I’ve ever had in my time of going to coast. She was happy to do her job and her care for others shined through. I don’t remember her name exactly she was a nice Hispanic lady! I believe it was Donna or Debbie. Either way, she, and the dentist Karen were so energetic and bubbly and made my routine drag dental visit so much better!

Negative experience: Waited 1 hour for my appointment to start with then got called back to a person whom said nothing to me but point me to the room which then had to figure out on my own what we’re doing cause she just stood there. Then after X-rays I saw the doctor who came in and said it looks great all I have is a little cavity up front then he leaves then she comes back in and says I need some kind of deep cleaning for 1300$ and then sends me on my way doesn’t do the usual cleaning not happy not going back! Dentist and front office were very nice.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit. I went in to get a crown placed and to have a molar extracted. They saw me at my scheduled appointment and performed X-rays to assess what was needed. It was as easy as 1-2-3. The dentist came in to conduct his assessment, and the team took great care to ensure I was not in pain throughout the procedure. I was genuinely surprised by the fast and compassionate service I received. I was super impressed!

Positive experience: They took lots and lots of pictures of my mouth and started to make a plan. I'm actually surprised that they didn't charge me anything yet. I liked all the people with whom I spoke. We'll see next time how they do with teeth... the last dentist with whom I really enjoyed speaking (some guy in NJ) would decide, any time he found a tooth he didn't want to work on, to have it extracted. My previous dentist, whom I returned to later, told me that one of the teeth that were extracted was a perfectly good tooth. I figure if this other guy had his way with all my teeth, I would end up with no teeth at all. Now: it was decided during my recent visit that one (or maybe two) of my teeth should be extracted. After considering which teeth those are, I agree that those two are not helping me at all; they can go.

Fantastic experience: My first time here and I can say I had such a wonderful experience (and I hate dentist) Just want to thank everyone, Agelica at the front desk that was so pleasant & helpful, Dr Henwood & her assistant Jayla were just marvelous and so caring in replacing my crown, and my hygenist Ashley who did a great job cleaning my teeth. I've always been afraid to go to dentist but this team makes it so much easier. This is my new go to dentist, Love you guys.

Negative experience: .I used to go to the Port Richey location and recently scheduled an appointment at this location due to a move. The experience was nothing short of infuriating. Upon arrival, I wasn’t asked for any information, simply signed in, and was left to sit. As I waited, I overheard a patient complaining that corporate wasn’t responding to his issues and that they owed him hundreds of dollars. The receptionist was of no help. In fact, I had to start searching for answers online myself—more than she even attempted to do. Then another patient arrived, clearly frustrated from a previous visit where he was told he didn’t have an appointment, despite having one scheduled. This time, he brought in the appointment card the receptionist had given him, proving that he was indeed told he had an appointment. The receptionist’s response? "Well, you’re here now, so take a seat." No acknowledgment of the mistake, just a dismissive attitude. After waiting for 30 minutes, the receptionist finally called me up only to inform me that my insurance had not been transferred over and that they couldn’t see me today. This could have been communicated at the very beginning, rather than letting me waste half an hour of my time. Her excuse? "I was busy with other people." Meanwhile, I watched the entire time and saw nothing that would have prevented her from addressing this sooner. She had plenty of time to whisper and gossip with one of the dentists about the previous incidents. To top it off, I had received 4 confirmation emails about this appointment, all of which were a complete waste of time because the appointment was never going to happen. This was a highly unprofessional experience from start to finish. I was listening and watching everything the whole time. I did not like what a saw. I definitely will never go back to this location. It’s sad because the Port RICHEY location was great.

Fantastic experience: Dr Paternoster and his staff was excellent. Very informative and caring. Took the time to explain everything. Will highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I had Ashley clean my teeth today from coast and she did a great job one of the best I've ever had so I would highly recommend her and Coastal Dental was pretty good too I like Dr P so if you need dental work I would recommend these highly

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of dentists and haven’t been to one in years. I recently moved to Florida and started having problems with my teeth. I found Coast Dental through my insurance. I have to say they listened to my fears and addressed them very compassionately. Ashley was very supportive and helpful. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: Staff was exceptional and the doctor was great , he made sure I was comfortable and in no pain, his assistant was also so helpful, I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist to go here.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist for a procedure that was not able to be completed on 10/15. They charged $1600 to our credit card prior to the procedure. They said they would refund the full $1600. I was first told it would take 4weeks by the front desk. Waited 4 weeks, nothing. Then was told it's actually 4-6weeks, nothing. Now it's coming up to 7weeks and told it's 6-8weeks. This is unacceptable. I worked for a credit card processing company and I am aware of the process it takes to refund. The branch is blaming corporate, corporate doesng return calls. When I left my first appointment, Angelica told me I didn't have anything copay for that visit. Then proceed to call me a few times over $13. That SHE forgot to take. But yet they want to hold onto $1600 for 2 months! I have to now question this office and their processes. Especially after I thought it was highly unprofessional that during a visit with patients waiting in lobby the receptionist ignored patients wanting to check in so she could gossip about another dentist in the spring hill office that was stealing equipment and material, but couldn't let him go because of a contract. AND now they are basically sitting on a $1600 refund for services not rendered. The next step is I will dispute this with my credit card company and report to BBB.

Fantastic experience: I called the Coast Dental on Cortez near Walmart late Monday afternoon because my back molar was killing me. They returned my call and gave me an appointment for 8:30 AM the next morning with Dr Richard Paternoster. The hygienist took X-rays and gave me a treatment plan that spaced the treatments so that they used my insurance benefits for this year and finished the treatment plan next year to take advantage of next year's benefits. That was fantastic and allowed me to get the work that I needed done. This place is great from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the Doctor. I was in pain and nervous and they made me feel very comfortable. My wife and my sister have both changed to this Dental Office. I recommend it to everyone. John A Christensen

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for a new patient exam and x-rays. When I arrived after an 45 minute wait was told that Ashley would clean her room and be with me shortly. I asked who Ashley was since I was to see the dentist and was told she was hygienist. I explained that when I made the appointment I had asked for the free exam and x-rays with the particular doctor that my friend recommended. She proceeded to argue that wasn't the appointment made. I told her that I would just leave and give someone else a shorter wait.

Negative experience: They lose your appointments even though they are made in their office. Then they send you a text message to conform it and you do. Go to check in and they want to see it. Your dismissed to your seat to sit and wait. Watch other people come and go after your appointment time. Then when you question them an hour later they say you didn't have an appointment we are trying to work you in and try to dismiss you back to your seat like this is acceptable. No explanation or communication of this the hour prior that the system dropped my appointment. No asking if I prefer to reschedule bc they could see I was right n had an appointment and it's their system error but let's let you still wait no explanation! Then the office mgr has the nerve to try to Reprimand me for questioning the frt desk for them trying to fit me in instead of apologies for lack of communication on their end and their system errors. Keep in mind the lady who wanted to check in before me was told she wasn't in the system and needed to reschedule. So apparently this is an ongoing problem at this office. Stay away. And watch your pocket nook too. Want to charge you for alot of out of pocket costs saying insurance covered and it's not but want you to pay up front. I knew better and walked out patient beware!!

Fantastic experience: My very 1st visit and everyone was very friendly. Took the time to explain every procedure. and made it a very comfortable experience! As a 77 yr old I've been in a lot of Dental offices..but this office is the best! I highly reccomend Coast Dental!

Negative experience: My experience was absolutely horrible considering that two years ago I went in for just a tooth extraction but was convinced since at the time I had the means & insurance to get both top and bottom removable implants for preventative purposes which were over $12,000 and here we are multiple times since having the procedure the denture implants have broken in half as well as the screws drilled in my head had fallen out ??? so I now they want to tell me there's nothing they can do because it's out of warranty unless I want to pay $1,000 a piece for each one to be fixed so all I was looked at was as if nothing but a dollar sign not a patient that they actually cared about especially when I have no top or bottom implant dentures??? I was treated well two years ago because I had great insurance along with good credit and now I see the truth.... the truth is... all you are is a dollar amount they can get out of you. ( That's my feeling about my experience today) I was hoping for some sort of help considering the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THEY DID GET FROM ME but I received nothing today no help at all or compassion. Today was a waste of time for something they could have just told me over the phone. They said there's nothing they're able to do now??? But did remind me of an outstanding balance that's still owed to them. SMH.

Fantastic experience: They are always friendly. I feel comfortable going there to get some dental work done. Took me awhile to find a dentist because I have bad experiences. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first visit today with Ashley for a cleaning. My experience with her was more than exceptional. Ashley was very thorough and when my cleaning was completed my gums were not throbbing nor aching at all. I have been getting cleanings for many, many years and always leave with throbbing ,aching gums that last for a day. I highly recommend Coast Dental Brooksville location. Also, the staff is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: The office receptionist is so nice and accommodating. I’ve been really struggling with a particular tooth but the dentist and his assistant have done a great job with me. I’m super frustrated and not done with the process but none if it is the fault of the staff in this office.

Fantastic experience: Have used this office all thru my teen years for orthodontics and dentistry, and still seeing them now for my cleaning in my mid 20s! Medical staff and reception has always been wonderful and kind. My hygienist makes my cleaning a nice in/out process, very sweet and answers any and all questions I have. No reason for me to ever leave The *only* thing I don’t care for is the customer service line to schedule appointments. Oftentimes when the appt comes up that I schedule with them, the text says it was “incorrectly scheduled” and that I need a new appt. I finally found out that if you schedule in-office, you have no worries of that sort.

Fantastic experience: I have always felt comfortable going to Coast Dental. Their experience makes me feel relaxed all the time knowing that they know what they’re doing. I have no complaints.

Fantastic experience: Dr. P is the first dentist I've been to in over a decade that hasn't tried to upsell me on two implants. I have 2 baby teeth, and every dentist I see tries to get me to pull them. The hygienist and the ladies in the front were nice. The fluoride was chunky (something I've never experienced). Other than that, 5 out 5.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place staff of ladies were so very nice. The Dentist both ladies were Excellent . I had a tooth pull. The Numbing was done so well didn't feel the needle or the tooth being pull. Hats off to the Awesome people that work there. Part 2. So I ended up with dry socket. But the dentist told care of me. No more pain. Thanks to Coast Dental
