Fantastic experience: Everyone here was absolutely wonderful! They were very kind, helpful and supportive. They made me as comfortable as they could considering why I was there, they even gave me blankets when I was cold. The office was incredibly clean and woman at the front desk was amazing helping through all the financial stuff. Even though I don't want to have to come back, if I ever need to I would. And I would highly recommend them!

Positive experience: I was in town to take care of my dad and had sudden tooth pain and needed a root canal on a Sunday. Thankfully this place was there. Everyone was really nice! I was there for about 4 hours but I wouldn't expect to be in and out much faster because I was a walk-in. I am so grateful they were open!

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment online around 9am because I woke up to swelling and tooth pain. Filled out the forms online which was quick and easy. Arrived at 11:45pm and was greeted by Mari, my appointment was at 12pm but I went right back. Had to have a tooth extracted and there was minimal pain after being numb. I was done by 12:50! Thank you Doctor Duffie!

Negative experience: If you want to get treated by a provider whose only concern is $$$ be my guest. This place is deceptive. I called before booking an appt (abscess tooth that isn't responding to two different types of Antibiotics and swelling and pain worsening with infection spreading). The lady on the phone knew my insurance and asked if it is a ppo and I said yes and she said I will be good come on down. I get there and the front desk then decided to tell me I'm out of network and will have to pay $1,700 today. For a tooth extraction and abscess treatment lol. Greed. I walked out. I'm a single dad of twin 7 year old boys and cannot afford it right now. Called 3 practices in network and can't get in the next couple days. I'm over it. The pain is unbearable and feel swelling/infection in my neck now. I am at a loss of what to do to get this taken care of and until I can I guess whatever happens, happens. Screw this greedy deceptive practice and screw our wonderful American healthcare system. Screw both parties that are supposed to represent us. Now I understand why L.M. did what he did.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Emergency Dental when my crown popped off while flossing. Getting the appointment was easy and they were able to see me within an hour and a half of the call. My first impression was that I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff and the cleanliness of the office. The music playing was also a soothing touch...When Dr. Duffie came in to inspect everything, he was engaged and present with what I was dealing with, and had a nice, easy touch when reapplying the crown. I had a pleasant experience at this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was experience extreme pain and pressure sensitivity. I just got here from Honolulu so it's not like I could go to my regular dentist. I googled ER for dentists and Emergency Dental of Las Vegas was the first result. It's close enough to where I'm staying and they close at 9 PM so I figured I'd give them a visit. Wait time was pretty long but as is expected for a walk-in so I don't mind. I was assisted by Danielle for my forms and xrays. She was very nice and made conversations. Dr. Bruchu was the dentist who saw me. He immediately identified the problem (which i forgot other than the nerve in my tooth is close to the surface and something was inflamed) and I needed a root canal. Danielle gave me the pricing and gave me financial options since it was a pretty steep price (for me anyways). His assistant during the procedure was Mari. She was very helpful in making sure I could breathe when I had to put a green sheet over my mouth to isolate the infected tooth. They talked me through every step of the process and made sure I was well informed. The whole procedure took about an hour or so. Everyone here is very kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend if you're here on vacation and end up needing a root canal.

Fantastic experience: Called in the morning and they were able to see me the same day to remove a tooth that I had cracked. But the nurse and doctor that did my extraction put me at easy during the entire process. I'm so grateful not to be in pain anymore

Fantastic experience: Everything was wonderful. Came in with an abcess and was taken care of by Maricruz Shanlee and Dr. Duffle. I was in and out within less than two hours. And an extraction + bone graph was done. Will be coming here for all my other needs!

Fantastic experience: I went in to Emergency Dental of Las Vegas this past Sunday after waiting way too long to deal with my wisdom teeth. The pain suddenly became unbearable on a Sunday night (just like my regular dentist said it would), and we went on the hunt for a place that could get them out as soon as possible. Thankfully we found this place and they were able to get us in the same night at 7:45 pm. They took scans of my whole mouth and xrays of my wisdom teeth specifically, and they took their time in explaining the options of treatment and the cost of everything. After insurance (which unfortunately didn't do much in my case) i was looking at 1800$ to take out all 4 wisdom teeth- expensive, sure, but way less than I was expecting because I've been through root canals on a single tooth that were 1300$. Being an emergency service, being later at night, being a holiday weekend, being the complicated case that mine ended up being, they could have easily charged me way more than they did. They even helped me find a financing plan to take care of it with a relatively low down payment (about 100$), and we were set. Dr. Bruchu and his assistant (I'm sorry, I don't know if I ever got your name- i think maybe it was Danielle?- either way, you were fantastic!! ❤️) were very patient, empathetic, and caring through the entire process of taking out all 4 of my wisdom teeth. They let my partner be in the room during the procedure, too, which was also nice and very comforting. They checked in on me a lot, made sure I was doing okay. They were very understanding of my anxiety surrounding dental procedures and didn't make me feel bad about it at all. They let me have breaks as needed and were very invested in my wellbeing through the entire thing. The procedure went super late into the night because we also realized that I have pretty weird wisdom teeth- well, at least two of them were, anyway, and were holding on for dear life because of their root structure. Poor Dr. Bruchu really had to wrench on them for a while, probably about an hour each, before they finally gave up and came out. The third came out in like ten minutes and was a little more normal. We took a break and thought the last one would be smooth sailing too, but nope. It shattered as soon as they went to take it out and had to be drilled out and taken out in pieces. All of that to say I am EXTREMELY grateful that Dr. Bruchu and his team were able to fit me in the same day, and that they spent so much time with me (even staying well past close, which I'm so grateful for but also so sorry for! I hope you guys got good rest after that!) and making sure that I was okay and that I got the best possible result with the unfortunately complicated circumstances that ended up coming up during the extractions. We're about 24 hours post surgery now, and I'm feeling leaps and bounds better than I did before I walked in the door, even if my jaw is a little sore from having to keep it open for the 4.5 - 5 hrs my procedure took. I've had very little bleeding or pain in the actual extraction areas. I've got some good meds on board and am just taking it easy these next few days. I really, really appreciate how well you all took care of me on Sunday and I'm definitely recommending you all to anyone that needs emergency dental work done. You guys made a very scary situation a lot more bearable and a lot easier to get through and you all did a fantastic job even though it was a much more difficult process than any of us ever expected it to be. Thank you guys so much again for your excellent patience, compassion, and care on Sunday night. To anyone reading, if you ever need emergency dental work, dental work on short notice, and dental work for a price that will probably beat many other offices, especially in those circumstances- this is definitely the place to go. They definitely care, they easily help you figure out the finances, they give you options for treatment, and they really communicate with you throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I needed to get a wisdom tooth pulled & my regular dentist office was closed (Labor Day); so I found this place via Google. Dr. Bruchu & Angie were amazing. Dr. Bruchu pulled my tooth with ZERO complications. Angie was very helpful & professional. I’d definitely come back to see THEM specifically. I do have dental insurance, but I was prepared to pay out of pocket & out of network prices. On the website, it says they charge $165 (with or without insurance) for the initial exam, then additional fees based on services. I was initially told the extraction would be $600 (on top of $165 I already paid), then $326. When I got back to the front, I was told the $326 was wrong due to their system error & the extraction cost was actually $459. I was told they’d refund me after they submitted the claim to my insurance if my insurance paid. I ended up paying $624 (exam fee & extraction) total, which wasn’t bad. Of course I’d rather pay LESS, but you pay what you pay in an emergency. Just know they do NOT accept cash and they get their money BEFORE rendering services. Again the dental care was 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Everything went extremely well! I had pain in my root canal/crown and they recommended to have it removed since it was not worth saving - I was nervous at first but Dr. Duffie and Dr. Shanlee were amazing and eased my mind throughout the process. I’m forgetting the assistants name, but please remind me her name because she was amazing too, ensuring I was okay and comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Fast and tentative. Didn’t go under anesthesia but the doctor and staff made sure I was comfortable with the pain and everything during the procedure. Had two wisdom teeth pulled in less than an hour after x rays. Shanlee up front and Dr Bruchu were helpful and caring every step of the way. Will be coming back for any other extractions needed.

Fantastic experience: Chanlee and danielle are awesome bridge broke saturday night and i am presenting to my sr executives monday early am. They had me squared away before 1pm Sunday. You cant imagine the relief when i got a temporary that looks better than my last permanent. Don't waste time running around just get over to them.

Fantastic experience: As a truck driver who lives in Las Vegas, I woke up in Utah with a slight pain. As the day progressed so did my pain. Leaving Utah I google searched emergency dental offices and Emergency Dental of Las Vegas popped up. It was approximately 3pm and I wasn't due to hit Vegas til 5pm, which turned out to be no problem. I was scheduled for 6 pm which was absolutely amazing. Needless to say I was seen and treated that evening by Dr. Lee( who is absolutely amazing) and her staff, Shanlee(OFC. MGR.) & Monet the Dr's assistant who are the epitome of a caring staff. Emergency Dental is now my home and I recommend that ANYONE who has ANY dental issues check them out and become a member of our family. Open almost literally from dusk til dawn or later.
